Came here to get some shoes for myself. Was greeted nicely by one of the workers there , I wasn't able to get his name but he was very helpful. Then I got to know what seemed to be his manager. I saw someone go in to exchange shoes and he didn't know what to do so he asked another guy in the store who I'm thinking was the manager. He was rude and disrespectful to the point that I thought to myself how he even still has a job there or how he even got hired in the first place. Overall he made that store look terrible. If you have another shoe palace in your area I HIGHLY recommend you go anywhere else but here. read more

Westminster mall has had so many shoe stores open and close a few months later, so I was not too excited when I heard a new one was opening. Walking in, you can see the wide variety of shoes they have, but the brands you see the most are Nike, adidas, converse, the usual. I came in on opening day, so and I guess they had a lot of workers because they anticipated lots of customers? Whatever the reason was, it got annoying. When you walk around a corner and one of the employees pops up to ask you a question, yet to have another one pop up right after the first one left, was a little too much. Props to them for being eager to help customers, but I'd tone it down a bit more. Cashier-wise: the cashiers are good at pushing products, but a little out of it when they're taking your payment. Luckily, I looked in my bag not too long after I bought my shoes, because there was no receipt. I looked in my wallet: no receipt. I walked back to the store and it turns out, they forgot to give me my receipt. As stated on the receipt, if I'd needed to return the shoes, I'd only get store credit. That made me think, if I had to return something, and through a fault of theirs, i wouldn't get actual cash back but store credit. The layout: Pros: the store is really clean and bright, it's easy to see the different styles they're selling. Cons: the music is literally blasting so loud you can barely hear yourself think about what shoes you wanna try on! It's a shoe store, not a party... Definitely need to tone the music down a lot, cuz that plus the amount of workers standing around watching you is a little too intimidating for my taste. Overall, the store is aesthetically pleasing to look at, but I wouldn't come back. It's just another shoe store, except you get headaches from the music. read more

So I brought my dad on Father's Day to buy his gift. He got two pairs of shoes and a shirt. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. They all look young but provided great service. My dad struggles a bit with his English so the guys that spoke Spanish were very helpful to my dad. Very impressed with service. Definitely coming back! read more

AMAZING experience!! My wife and I took our kids shopping for some school shoes and were instantly greeted when we walked into Shoe palace at the Westminster mall. Sometimes it's irritating when you walk into a store and don't get greeted or helped. But right away my wife and I were helped out by the manager Kenzie and she was able to provide both of our kids with some comfortable Nike prestos. I will definitely be returning. Rony & Armando are incredible. My wife and I had a lot of shoes we wanted to try on and they never complained once. It got busier and busier but they never ignored us and never rushed us.
