This is one nice Nordstrom Rack. It's well organized and easy to find merchandise pick-up and 70% off items in each section. I was here to pick up items only available at this Rack Store, which allowed me to experience a rather newer store but also employees who really care about the customer. Why did they have to lock the bathroom, there are no vagrants here and the South Coast plaza BR was not locked. I had been looking for a sequined pant for a long time bc my 2 sequined pants were too tight, the 54 cruises finally ruined all wardrobe, today I found one even if it's a capri, it fit perfect and I'll wear it to my Thanksgiving cruise. I also found a designer shirt marked 70% off. I love the bright hot pink heels I saw at $100 marked down to $60 but I waited bc I will only wear these maybe twice n didn't like to pay $60, today it was marked down further to $44, it was amazing. My husband bought all his shorts here, great selection always. I'm also upset I have 900 points, today purchase over $130 would have given me $10 cash but they discontinued the program wo warning and i felt cheated but I decided to let this slide, I'm also so pleased w the Vince Camutto dresses I bought 6!! marked down from $135 to $50, they all have big pockets to put in batteries for my iphone, I recommended this rack to my bff and she went and bought 2. I found two great dresses for some events coming up and two pairs of shoes to go with. They were running a 25% off additional discount on clearance so that made everything even cheaper. A treasure trove of fashion finds! I know it's a good weekend when I can make it to Nordstrom's Rack. I specifically love this location because it's always stacked with women's appareal. This is the best spot for high quality basics. Say no more to Amazon, because the Rack has everything you need at a decently affordable price. I also absolutely love their shoe selection. Sometimes you'll find a decent selection of Dr. Martens and converse. In the front they also have beauty supplies, accessories, and purses. This is the best spot for a pair of elevated sunglasses. Unfortunately I can't manage to keep a pair of sunglasses on me for longer than a week long period, so this is my go-to spot for a restock. High recommend shopping at the Rack instead of visiting a local mall or online shopping. read more

I love this and other locations for Nordstrom Rack! Stores are always clean and well maintained with clothes being organized unlike some other discount stores. Nordstrom Rack is on the higher end side and although you won't find the deep discounted prices you would at a Ross or Marshall's, the selection of premium brands is better. If you you spend the time to sift through the cloth racks, some bargains will be had on some stylish pieces. Love that they carry Cole Haan and Quay sunglasses as well as newer street clothes brands like Arturi! Nice selection of beauty and bath products as well. Had a great experience today shopping at Nordstrom Rack in Huntington Beach. I needed a nice dress shirt for my upcoming birthday party dinner this Friday. After trying a few other places, I came here and immediately found a bunch of triple XXX sized long sleeve shirt that I liked very much. The Nordstrom Rack has a great selection of designer brands heavily marked down. The shirt I purchased for my birthday party was originally marked $188.99 and I purchased it for over 50% off. Normally I shop at lower priced stores but lately I can't find my size at GAP or Target. The shirts I buy online never fit my chest or arms comfortably. I brought my aunt and mother to talk me out of tabi Mary Janes. If you pick out sunglasses, double check for scratches. This is my favorite Rack store - because of the employees at the cash wrap. I have always been impressed with how friendly and professional the cashiers are. Today one of them really impressed me. Dylan M helped me with a return and was so knowledgeable about the items I was returning. He chatted with me about the brand and product details. Not only did he go out of his way to help me, he offered to help several customers behind me in a separate line (after a manager seems frustrated that we had formed a separate line for returns at the indicated sign). The parking lot is really easy with tons of parking right out front, and it's very fast to get in and out of. I've been to almost every Rack store in OC and although this one is a little bit smaller, I'll keep going to Edinger every time because of 5 star staff like Dylan! (Also, the Friday night closing security guard was super friendly and happy with a smile too!) keep it up! read more

Fast forward a year or so later, I still like shopping at this Nordstrom Rack across the street from Bella Terra in HB. So much has improved since then. The stock inventory on clothing and shoes has been great. I always choose this discounted retailer for all my shopping needs. I'm so glad this store is only a few miles away. It's so easy to come here and find the swimsuits, sun dresses and vacation hats for that Summer getaway. They also have a good variety of name brand sunglasses. I mainly spend the bulk of my time in shoes or handbags. I don't think I have anymore room in my closet. Yet, I continue to browse every time I'm here! You will find awesome bargains at Nordstrom Rack. Especially that pair of premium denim that will cost an arm and a leg normally. Here you can get it for a fraction of the price. The signs of the prices were confusing and unclear. The discounted items were misplaced and not in the right spot, ended up notifying the staff there and they said that they would fix it. Couldn't find what I needed there and when we went to check out our items, the sales rep forgot to take out the alarm tag so we had to go back to the register to have him take it off. Overall, very unorganized and staff weren't helpful. Please fix this. read more

This conveniently located Rack is across from the Bella Terra and in the same lot as some really good food and Starbucks in case you need sustenance for shopping, or need to send your shopping partner out to keep busy while you peruse the racks. We came in here on a weekend looking for a few specific things: baby clothes, and wedge flip flop sandals. All parties left happy and found exactly what they were looking for. One of the better Nordstrom Racks I have been too. It is also one of the smaller ones. The layout is setup nicely; small men's section to the left, middle to the right is women's, shoes in the back, really small purse and house goods in the front. What I liked is the space around the store, it didn't feel like it was "packed in". I tend to go for the shoes or kids clothes and it's a hit or miss for finds or deals. That goes for the customer service also, hit or miss. Occasionally, I am like this is cool, when they have those mobile check outs (iPhone checkers) or kiosks going. Then other times you go and everyone is packed into a slow moving line on the side of the store. Put into an average I would say there is room for improvement overall in that department. Parking is shared and this Rack is on the end of the plaza, making spaces limited sometimes. read more

Well organized and great selection for petite women. Unlike some Nordstrom Racks, this one has a huge selection of shoes for size 4-5.5 which can be really hard to find. It also has a variety of cheaper designer clothes - everything ranging from Tory Burch to Coach to Michael Kors. The service is friendly and the return policy is really generous and nice. They have a lot in the front so lots of ample parking. read more

Went to Nordstrom's rack to go shopping. The store was near closing and I asked to go to the bathroom because i am 5 months pregnant. The man told we I couldn't use the restroom even though I am pregnant. It was ironic because he was walking out of the restroom himself. I am so upset that this worker thought it was okay to do that when 2 other girls just recently left the bathroom as i was standing in line, one of them being my friend I was with. I was about to spend $400 on clothes/glasses there and was so upset by the how this man treated my pregnant self to use the bathroom as a pregnant women. After his coworker saw the disrespect Eric gave me the recommend to go next store dicks sporting goods but they were closed. I have been a Nordstrom customer for years and now I want to cancel my Nordstrom credit card after being treated so awfully. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE and hopefully this will catch managements eyes to have better employees that care about the customers needs in the store, and implement consistency. I will also be sharing my story on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to spread awareness of this horrible experience so other people can steer clear of this specific Nordstrom Rac. To hopefully attract some changes in this store because out or all the Nordstrom's I've ever been too I have never been treated with such disrespect. THEN after we left we were sitting in my car, writing my yelp review and a police officer they called on us comes up to our car to ask what happened. The store claimed we were delinquent trying to steal from the store which was is in no means true. We are 21 and 20 years old. Even offered to have the officer search our bags to prove a point but he believed us over the store. The officer laughed at the store for calling on us for no reason. Champagne taste and a beer budget. I have always said that, if I had a ton of cash, I would dress really, really well. But, I have a wife and two kids that bleed me like a stick pig. I work and they spend. I'm still happy, though, right? Anyway, I got a gift certificate to Nordstrom from my mother in law. It was burning a hole in my pocket so I had to spend it right away. I fell in love with a type of shirt seen on Modern Family. The large gay dude (not that there's anything wrong with that!!) wears the long sleeve button down with a contrasting pattern inside the sleeve and collar. I found a discount rack at Nordstrom's for a brand called Thomas Dean. They go for $110 a pop. Wow, that's a lot of money for a shirt. It was discounted to about $50 so I went for it. The problem with a shirt like this is you want to wear it every week but you can't. You look like an idiot with one favorite shirt. Fortunately, there's Nordtrom Rack. I found 3 different styles of this brand in my size for $44 each. Sweet deal on a sweet shirt. I'm sure there are a bunch of other similar deals but I got what I wanted and got the hell out before blowing my clothing budget. Did I just say clothing budget?
