I've been to this location many times over the last two years and in general, have been quite pleased with the selection, customer service and value. However, I came in this morning (a rainy Thursday at around 11am) and had an unsatisfactory experience. The store was very slow so I enjoyed being able to browse leisurely without crowds. When I got up to the counter (there was no one else in line) I expected to get through my transaction quickly. However, the young lady behind the counter asked me to wait. She proceeded to work with hangers behind the counter while I, being the only customer in line waited for about 3-5 minutes just watching her organize clothing. Totally bizarre and really unprofessional customer service. I was surprised that the employee made a solo customer in line wait so she could fiddle with a task behind the counter (which she could have easily done after my quick transaction since there was no one else behind me). The manager may need to retrain associates about their priorities on the job. Then this location would be a more likely option for shopping for me. read more

I have been loyal to brand loyal to Old Navy for a long time. I must say this is a good location to get affordable clothes that I can wear for many years. This is well with the price. Normally stores like this would get a bad rep but this one wins. Everything I need is here. The staff that work here is very cool. I must say it seems the turnover rate here is low because the ones in training are working like they are full time already. If you come here on Black Friday you are getting the utmost care any retail store could give. At the checkout line I had a new guy talk with me so 1. They make waiting less stressful 2. Check up on me to see if I got what I need. Line moves very fast too. Yay me and them. The store is very clean and seems to be well maintained. May have seen an employee with a mop or some kind of cleaning tool upon entrance. Doesn't get any better than that. When in SoCal come to this ON not the ones in an outlet mall because you will be stuck there forever. Not to mention the shopping center location is very cool tool because it's in a not so cramped part of town when it comes to shopping. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, I've never had a dirty fitting room, the prices are reasonable, there's always something I find in clearance, and the check out + returns have always been seamless. Great for basics. Just bought shorts for 30% off, flip flops clearance priced at $2(!), and a $5 random bag of churro flavored Smash Mallows. I've always liked Old Navy. Even though it appears to be more for the younger generation, even as I get older, I still find clothes I like. The lines are hit and miss, but that's normal for all stores. You have to love the $5 4th of July t-shirt they offer every year. The fact that they've been $5 for over 20 years is pretty impressive. Although they tend to run out fast so get yours as soon as they come out. This particular location is pretty nice. It's clean and was fairly organized when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. Like a lot of places, they are short-staffed so the lines can get long. What slows everything down though is all the questions they have to ask. "Do you want to join our club? Would you like a credit card and save 20% today?" and when someone says yes, the transaction just got 2-3 minutes longer. If they say yes to both, you've added another minute or more. Ugh. One item we had didn't give us the discount as marked by the signage. The employee was nice though and honored what we told her and changed the price without sending someone to check, slowing the line down even more. We appreciated that. read more

I love their exchange and refund Policy. I had a little mishap at this location and it was fixed. Saved myself some money. With their exchange, you have to return and rebuy. I wana thank the store employee for having patience. It would be really helpful if they knew what items they have onsale so there wouldn't be confusion next time. I just received the refund from the online purchase I made. It was a total of 70.01 . This isn't what I initially paid. I paid a total of $70.65 . I called and waited for a long time to be told, there is a glitch in the system and we will work on it on our end but we cannot give you the .64 cents but we will give you a $10 off coupon. So I have to buy something to get this discount of the money they shortchanged me. They said they can't do anything about it because it was in the system. Sure it's only 64 cents but how does someone make a purchase of 70.65 cents and only get refunded 70.01 and that is okay with old navy and their customer service. And to send a $10 off coupon ? Like that makes it any better. I really don't care about the coupon. Make your businesses practice better. If the refund was incorrect figure that out and get it right. Not brush it off and tell the customer you can't do anything and here is a $10 off coupon that I HAVE to make a purchase to get something. I'd rather have my correct refund for what I spent. They told me that this coupon doesn't expire till the end of the year- oaky, so it sounds really condescending ; like this is a "favor" from old navy and that I should be grateful. Even if I wanted to return everything I have now (which I really do) I'll be out 64 cents . Your $10 off coupon doesn't make me feel any bette or is a good favor. I don't even want a $10 gift card. I wanted to leave a review based on amazing customer service I received from Brittany last night. I went to pick up an online order and decided to buy another sweater in black because they were just too cute. When going through the racks I couldnt find an extra small. When asking another girl there I was told there were non in the back after she had looked at her electronic device. I was disappointed but still wanted it. I went to the cash register to ask if I could order it online through them and was told that yes I could but that she wanted to make sure they didn't have it in the store , even after I let her know that another worker told me it wasnt. After she had asked another co worker she was told that they had two in the store. I was soooo thankful she double checked. I wish I would have gotten the other girls name because honestly I think she didn't care and wanted the easy way out by telling me they didn't have it... I dont shop here often if at all and with my experience yesterday this is partly why. I walked in and asked one of the girls on the floor if she knew if they had any Rompers. With confidence she took me all the way to the back of the store to this section where they had a mix of work out clothes and t shirts. She said yes they're right there and pointed to the direction. Which left me confused at that point cause I wasn't sure if she knew what I was talking about. So I poked around and didn't see what I was looking for. Then about 2 mins later she asked me if I had found my size. And I explained to her that where she pointed me to wasn't what I was looking for, so I decided to pull up a photo on my phone to show the girl. Ahh now she gets it. Ohh those would be in our clearance section. So I follow her over, and from that point on I had her and another one of her coworkers hovering over me, asking me every 2 minutes if I needed any help. I felt smothered and uncomfortable. I know it's part of their job being in retail. Trying to become Hero of the day to catch a thief. I get it, but sometimes what they do is drive customers away instead of keeping them. And the fact that the girl had no idea what a romper was. I hate being followed around like that. I received outstanding service from Xarion as I was shopping for a sherpa jacket. I found the one I wanted on the racks, but my size wasn't available. I asked him if there were any more in stock, which he found some stacked on an upper wall rack. So he got a long pole and proceeded to pull each one off the rack to check for my size. Ultimately, the last one on the rack was in my size. He asked his supervisor to clarify that I could use a 20% coupon of my entire order in addition to the Black Friday sale. That was a great surprise because I then piled on other items to buy to take full advantage of the coupon. The store layout was very clean, which was impressive considering this was only two days after Black Friday. I had a great buying experience here because I was able to find what I was looking for due to Xarion's help and saved money doing it too. read more

The pricing is always mental gymnastics, there was limited sizing available for a few things but overall had decent amount in stock. The layout of this Old Navy is a bit interesting, as the store is circular-shaped, so you literally feel like you're going around in circles because YOU ARE! It definitely feels much more updated, organized and cleaner than several of the older Old Navy locations I've been to. The displays are nice and it's pretty easy to navigate to the section you're trying to peruse. They have plenty of dressing rooms available, although I noticed it can get quite crowded during peak hours (i.e. lunchtime, in the evenings, etc.). As with all Old Navy locations, they have some great sales here, especially if you can manage to time out your purchases during one of their promotional periods, which I feel like they pretty much always have going on! Parking can be a bit challenging, as there aren't really any spots directly outside the store and Bella Terra can get pretty darn crowded, so be prepared to walk quite a way! Also, the employees seem especially rude, haughty and unfriendly here...though I'm not sure why, considering Huntington Beach is such a breezy town! You would think it'd be hard to be in a bad mood working at this location, but apparently - it's possible. Hence, 3 stars for the sour faces and negative customer service. read more

Lots of options and things to pick from. Old Navy always has clearance stuff that you can peruse from and that makes it a little easier on the wallet if you're on a budget which I usually am. I'm a fan of this location, with the only drawback is not their fault: Parking. Parking is available at the structure behind them, or if you can nab a spot near the front or edge by Corner Bakery or any other restaurant, but the structure is easiest. This location isn't that ginormous like the previous Westminster Mall or Metro Point one, but they have everything you need. The staff is helpful and friendly, even when they're busy with holiday shopping. Queue line up is nicely laid out and the store always looks its best (aka it doesn't look like a tornado or mob of shoppers went through it). read more

This is my favorite Old Navy store! Before COVID hit, I was here frequently. For years! Always, always friendly service. To be honest, once the pandemic hit, I was nervous and uncomfortable to shop in-store. I had returns to make, from March when everything hit, and (being high-risk and around high-risk family) it was stressing me out to have to go. But when I did, the staff member Breanna was AMAZINGLY patient and understanding (this lady deserves a promotion!). She could relate to needing the money more than the clothes, and struggling to pay bills due to the current climate. She never made me feel bad or awkward for having to do the old return, and tried her best to help me. I needed to do a return. I had ordered things online that didn't fit. I was helped by the cashier, who was friendly. But, even though I returned the entire order, my refund didn't balance the amount I paid. The cashier explained they don't refund shipping charges. Did the math again, subtracting shipping. It still didn't balance. Cashier called a Manager. Explained situation again. She starts writing all over my receipt and the refund slip. I say the math doesn't balance. She starts saying that's not her problem. I stand my ground. I should get back what I paid! She calls Customer Service, but the attitude is obvious that I am annoying her by wasting her time. She puts me on the phone with Customer service...without cleaning the phone during a pandemic. Anyway, the sneaky trick is that they charge sales tax on the shipping, which is not disclosed or shown anywhere, and they won't refund it. GRAND OPENING!! Located near Costco, on the corner next to Burlington Coat Factory (across from Nektar & The Residences/new apartments) lies this beautiful new Old Navy store. I usually frequent the Bella Terra plaza and noticed that an Old Navy was being built a few weeks ago and I came back today and noticed that there were Grand Opening signs on the windows so my boyfriend and I decided to head inside to check it out. I asked one of the workers there, who were all very friendly and helpful, when they opened and was told that they were open for a few hours this past Wednesday (9/3/14) and that their grand opening is tomorrow. It's a great location but can be difficult to find parking if you're used to the Bella Terra area. There's a parking plaza nearby so don't fret. Right when you walk in, everything is simply flawless. The mannequins are dressed beautifully and the clothes on display are folded to perfection. It's very roomy inside; women's clothes take up the right half of the store and men's is to the left when you enter. As you proceed towards the back of the store, you'll encounter active wear and all the way in the back is children's clothing. Again, everything is presented beautifully given that they just opened their doors, but I really hope that it continues to stay this way as they receive more traffic! Overall, I can't wait to come back! Their displays are gorgeous and as much as I love clothes already, the way they display them make me want it all even more. read more

What a scam... I spent over $200 to earn $30 super cash to spend on $75 worth of merchandise in the future (when the prices are higher). So I fell for it and ended up spending $160. The dressingrooms were busy so I didn't try on the linen shorts since I knew I could return them if they didn't fit. They were too large in the legs. When I went to return then I discovered the store policy is to spread the $30 "super cash" proportionally over each item and you lose your benefit when you return them. The cashier said I should have divided the purchase into one using the super cash & one not so I could have received the full benefit When I asked why the cashier didn't explain that when I made the purchase she said I should have known it. Well with the prices increasing while the quality is decreasing and poor customer service policies such as this, I'll be shopping here much less read more

I like this location as a newer addition to Bella Terra! I generally shop at old Navy during sales or holidays. They definitely have great deals for Black Friday and their annual sales. My personal opinion They are great for little accessories and tops. I probably wouldn't buy the jeans here because of the quality. Many have off seams & they seem to have their sizing a bit off. In December they have some really great stocking stuffers. This location is nice & has ample room for merchandise. I came here for the first time recently to this location and I was impress at how clean it was. The staff was amazing as well greeting me as I entered. The person that stood out the most because she helped me whenever I had a question was Marlene. Her customer service definitely made my experience a lot smoother. She was very knowledgeable and understanding because I know that I can be tad difficult. I went during a sale but they always had sales going on. So the prices was very competitive, personally I didn't buy anything for me. But I got a good amount of clothing for the prices. If I'm in the area I would come check this location out! Also, when a customer comes up to you and tells you that you screwed up, don't make excuses. Just say sorry - even if you don't mean it. It's Customer Service 101. Yes, in case you didn't know, it's called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and not "WASTE THE CUSTOMER'S TIME AND PISS THEM OFF." The competent cashier who eventually helped me sort it out had more sense than you.
