I was there about an hour ago. No one greeted, that's totally fine and normal ish in today's standard. Walked over to the dressing room to try on clothes. A sign says "ask please" but no one is around. With a smile I approached the two girls at the cash register and ask to use fitting room. Taller girl said "oh you can just go in." I noticed the other worker looking down at her phone texting and not once looked up the entire time I was in the store. When I went to pay the same girl was still head down texting, sending photos, grinning at her screen. The two girls were gossiping but at least one of the girl attempted to do her job. She even tried to tell the girl on the phone where something was but that girl never took her eyes off her phone even while trying to get to a drawer. The whole time I was there from entering to paying, that same girl did nothing on the job except chatting on the phone or to her coworker. She did not engage with me once although I needed her service. It's just so bizarre that she was hired.

Lacoste was founded in 1933. It's been a popular French clothing for many years now. You can recognize their products with a Crocodile logo. There are many stores in San Diego where you can purchase Lacoste, I believe here in San Diego we have 2 Outlets and 1 boutique in the mall at Fashion Valley. We used to go to Fashion Valley for my Son's Lacoste shopping, but now it's closed. My son and Husband will always go first to the Botique rather than the outlet because they said that they have more good staff at the Botique. Recently we drove to SOUTH COAST PLAZA because there's a LACOSTE botique there and they have new items, it's like a 1 to 2 hour drive away (depends on the traffic). But we dont mind driving that Far as long as we get good stuff. Lacoste has always good styles and good quality products . Upon arriving at LACOSTE SOUTH COAST PLAZA, we were greeted by a nice salesman named Jonathan. He was very Helpful and full of Patience, bringing a lot of different sizes and styles of clothing for my Son that he was looking for. At the end my Son got what he wanted, another Vest. After 2 days we drove again for my Son's clothes and this time he was looking for a Lacoste JACKET, we were helped again by Jonathan and again we got the Lacoste we wanted. Our shopping experience at this Lacoste was Smooth and enjoyable. The Place is very Clean and Bright, with lots of selections and a Nice customer service.

And the employee helped them pretty quick and then it was my turn. Gave him my two returns with my barcodes and voila! All done. On my way out I saw some super cuteeeee Halloween pillows, that I had to get! My Kohls charge card got dusted off and used lol It makes me so happy to see all the Halloween stuff coming out. Despite being at an outlet plaza and having signs proclaiming "50% OFF!" I didn't think the prices were much better than a "regular" Banana Republic store, even with the discount. The men's section, like all Banana Republic stores, is much smaller than the women's area. They have a large selection of shirts but not a great variety of pants. But I quickly found a pair which were almost exactly like the ones I had. And in my size! Yay! The woman at the register was pleasant and checked me out quickly.
