Had such a wonderful experience today thanks to Natalie and Nate!! We were shopping for my boyfriend and he has trouble sometimes because he's so tall and has such wide shoulders. The clothes they sell were longer and fit him perfectly! The staff was going above and beyond on grabbing things in his size (which was limited since it was a 3XL) and helping us find things for him that fit him so nicely!! They have 30% off going on now! Such a wonderful experience with Martina and all the girls! Attentive, kind, thoughtful. She swapped things out, answered all my questions, did price checks, offered me water. It was my first time at Bylt and she made me spend almost $500 because of her great service. They have a 30% anniversary sale going on so I was able to pick up around 5 things. Ordering thru the online portal is a disaster. No customer service, no way to edit or cancel orders without threatening a chargeback, and I've now had an order placed for 16 days that still has a tracking status of "to be processed". New store alert!!! BYLT Basics (previous only online clothing) now has 2 storefronts and one is in the Fashion Island mall!! Having a storefront for BYLT is huge! My husband loves their clothing and now that there are two locations we had to visit them both in the same day haha. Both of the attendants (Vivienne and I didn't get the other guy's name) were so kind and helpful during our outing. We were looking for specific items in certain colors, which they didn't have (or at least were still unboxing) but they were so apologetic and graceful in telling us that they didn't have them. The actual store itself is beautiful with this cool geometric mirror prism right at the front-center which really catches your eye. Everything was neatly in its place, not cluttered with too many items and just overall a great shopping experience! BYLT was previously only quality Men's fashion and has now transformed to have Women's clothing a select children's items! The price point can be a bit high, but the clothing lasts and every guy I know that has tried it says it just "fits better." Because of the quality, we've purchased several items online and plan to return to this store once they've settled in better! Definitely check out both stores if you're a fan! read more

Everyone at the fashion island location are so nice to me but they didn't have what I was looking for here so they sent me to the Irvine location headquarters and one of the girls there I think her name might be Briana Lopez was really rude and rushing me and I told her I was looking for a rib long sleeve hemp dress and she Wouldn't even show me on the iPad automatically told me they didn't even have it when I drove all the way down there just to pretty much get yelled at by her and she told to go shop elsewhere and was rude and others employees wanted to help but look like they were scared of her so I asked the fashion island location what her full name was to complain to corporate bc she refuse to give me her last name read more

Was stoked to see an actual storefront open up at Fashion Island but unfortunately the service is lacking. Went in to exchange a couple of tops I had received as a birthday gift and they wouldn't exchange them for a bigger size. Literally the shirts were still in their original packaging brand new with tags and they said they couldn't exchange them if I wasn't the person who purchased them because they have to go through their online account. The worst part was the D-Bag working there that seemed annoyed instead of pretending to care. To think I've bought thousands of dollars of their stuff online over the past 5 years. Go to State & Liberty instead and ask for Mira, a little pricier but way better quality and amazing customer service. read more

unable to give them zero stars. placed order and it never arrived. Tried working with CS via email (which is painfully slow and extremely un-helpful. Worst retail experience I have experienced to date. i had ordered from 2 similar competitors at the same time and orders arrived on time and solid customer service when I had a question . So more than one CS agent has emailed me and they have sent grossly inaccurate information, such as 1 saying there was nothing they could do as my order was older than 5 months...... my order was 3 weeks old, plus I had never received the items in the first place. now I am getting the runaround trying to get a refund after 1 of my 2 items was now "out of stock" since they supposedly filled it a few weeks ago. I could rant longer, but think this gives the gist of my experience and still zero resolution. read more

This store is incredibly disappointing. I ordered shoes for my bf and at first was impressed by how quickly they delivered, however, upon arrival there was a defect so they don't do quality inspections before material goes out. I went in person to their store at this location and and explained the situation, and the girl said she would do an exchange and re-order a new pair. I told her I needed the shoes by a certain date to which she said they would deliver in two days because of how close I live to the warehouse. Almost a week later, and the shoes had still never left the warehouse. Like many of these other reviews say, they have no online customer service, you can't email them and their chat people don't follow up with you. When I was chatting with their online support, the woman said she would send an email to expedite the shipping, and that never went out. Awful customer service and will never go back. On top of all of this, when I did the re-order, she used a gift card so now I am stuck with a gift card to a store. I do not wish to give any of my money to. A total bait and switch move. 0/5 stars if I could. read more

My sons love the product, wanted things for xmas, I placed the order, they emailed me a week later said they didn't have one of the items do I want a refund or a credit, I replied and NOTHING, they have no problem blowing up my phone every hour with sales but can't handle the one I gave them. No phone number to call them, because the message I sent are NOT being addressed, bow I'm out $40, no idea if my other stuff is coming and no way to replace what was out of stock. I had a few shirts given to me as a present that was past the 90 day return. I reached out online support and they said I could after they had looked up information. I went to the store and this employee who was happy to share that he was the team lead wouldn't help. He said store policy no returns after 90. I asked is there any other option and he said you can all online support on your own time and see. I said I did that and they said I could come into the the store and exchange and he said no.
