Worst vans store ever. A group of 8 with one shopper and Patiently waiting outside for Covid restrictions. ( lame ) A female worker comes outside and asked if I know what I am therefore. I said yes we are here to buy a pair of shoes for my son. She again ask do I know exactly. I Dumbfoundead replied with the exact terms yes I do I am looking for high top vans for my son. I always come to this location because it doesn't get as crowded as the vans store in the mall.. I recently came here after Christmas to exchange a pair of shoes I received for the right size. This location didn't have my size but that usually happens to me because I guess size 7 is uncommon in most stores lol... but the guy that helped me (I forgot his name) wasn't going to stop until he found a store that had my size! Unfortunately, nobody else had it either lol... I tried a different style shoe but that was also sold out... I told him store credit would be fine and I'll just order them online (they had my size online!). But I very much appreciate that he went the extra mile to try and help me find a shoe that was impossible to find! Especially the day after Christmas lol :) read more

The sales associate Daniel was so incredibly rude and sexist. He did not allow me to purchase a pair of men's shoes for my son because he said they wouldn't fit my style. After constantly telling him they were not for me he literally left with the display shoe and never came back. He was also saying inappropriate things in front of me, my son and other customers amongst coworkers. Came in with my 5 year old and asked for size 9in little kid shoes, the guy goes "uh we dont carry that size" mind you my daughter is wearing Vans size 9. He then proceeded to have more bs come out of his mouth "where did you get those?" To which i answered "at a vans store that obviously DOES carry this size". How does a Vans store not carry ALL Vans sizes? This guy was a complete idiot and needs a whole lot of customer service training. Never going back to this location. I got a pair of checker socks and they ripped the day I got them I do not recommend to go here at all. I've always spotted this Vans shop while "cruisin' ' down Beach and since we were looking to use our "Buy $50 get $20 off" coupon we decided to stop by this one. Parking is behind the store in the same parking lot as the Dominoes. First of all the store is tinnnnny. There was a good amount of people shopping around and only like 2 people working the floor. I already knew the shoes that I wanted and found my size so I didn't need them much. What did bug me out is that when I wanted to try on the shoe, I asked for nylon socks (I wear sandals year round! lol) but the girl told me they had ran out. Um, WHAT? How does a SHOE store run out of nylon socks? Then she told me that I could just use the socks they were selling, but of course I'd have to purchase them. I'm sorry...do I have "sucker" written on my forehead? Girl, plz. I declined, and in fact tried the shoes on without socks! (Don't you dare judge me, i Swurrrr my feet were clean!!! -_-) Luckily, they fit and I ended up getting them! lol. :D Another thing that bummed me out is that they didn't have any clothes for women. In Vans store they are still relevant the old first shoes. Also they have a plethora of styles and new arrivals making me vow to come every week to buy new stuff. Knowing that buying shirts that cost $28 and shoes that cost $65, can be detrimental to my economy. Came in just before closing time, the clerks were very helpful to my mother finding socks in her size and patient while I texted a pic of some shoes to a tween that only wears certain things in certain colors. then we checked out and the 2nd clerk went out of his way to tell my mother her purchase qualified for a phone case and helped us look for the Blue or Purple one. so many stores today could learn service from these 2 clerks! read more

I really appreciated all the employees at this Vans location. Sydney, Amanda, & Addrianna made my shopping experience an enjoyable memorable one at this location. The store set up was a plus, lots of variety, especially shoe selections and sizes, and an amazing team of employees on the day i went which was on a beautiful Sunday evening (3/26/17)a lil just before closing time. These awesome ladies were just amazing with their customer services, especially with assisting my 12 year old son with his style selections in clothing and shoes.
