I didn't try on the panties, those are still attached to the baby doll because I wasn't about to try those are for sanitary reasons just in case the baby doll didn't fit. The baby doll wouldn't even fit over my breasts. They don't allow you to try on in store because of Covid. They said that it's final sale, BUT they don't tell you before you buy that it is. Bought an item from them at a higher price than anybody else, just to get it from a store that might have stock and have available in under two weeks. It was marked as delivered to my front door but it never happened. My security cameras show that nobody was around the house in the three hours before or after the delivery time. Contacted them and the blunt response I get is that they're filing an investigation with the post office that at least will take a week, and then they'll take it from there. Of course that means that I won't be getting the item on time. The person on the phone had no will to help and went as far as proposing to place a new order to ship. Pretty daring of her, considering that they won't take the return or offer a refund on hosiery. I pointed it out to her and reluctantly she admitted so. What that means is that they didn't have enough with the crappy response and the unwillingness to help, but they were more than ready to squeeze more money out of me again. I could have provided proof that nobody was there to deliver anything for hours around the delivery window, or anything else that might help the case with the postal service, and at the same time help me to get a rédelo very in time for my event, but at all times this was out of the question. Product was to small so I phoned in to get an exchange for a different size. I was told they need it back within 10 days from the day it was delivered. Easy enough when you actually are in town when it comes. Unfortunately we were not and the first day we had access to the product was after the 10 days.... They simply didn't care and said we were screwed and they really didn't care. Save yourself some headaches and avoid this business. read more

If I could give zero stars I would it was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Beware!!! I ordered shoes through this site which didn't fit even though with that brand I always order the same size this pair didn't fit. If you are going to be a company that sells shoes you should make it easier to return. I asked for the return. I then emailed asking for a return label of what I do to return. No response. So I finally tape the box up because it only came with the box with paper around it. It already cost me $11 to return and would have cost another $6 to buy a box. So I taped up the box and sent it back. They then only refunded me $26 for a $43 total pair of shoes. So $26-$11 I'm at $15 back for a $43 pair of shoes. If I would have known they had horrible customer service I would have kept the damn shoes. I pretty much flushed $30 down the toilet. I'm a single mom and $30 is a lot of money and I needed those shoes for work. I don't like buying shoes online as it is but I don't recommend using this company because if you have any issues you are stuck with the shoes. I'm doing everything I can to recoup the money from this scam. Do not order! There are many other sites that have good return policies and great customer service that are worth the extra couple bucks. Learned my lesson! read more

Before my last visit, I always recommend Funky Pair to all my coworkers and other dancers or girlies into the rave scene. This last time I went I had horrible customer service. I looked around and get some outfits and I found this one piece in the painty section in front of the cash register. And per usual they were watching me like a hawk like I was about to steal something when I asked the lady if she had more colors and sizes she asked where I got it from and then told her boss that I had taken it out of the package a complete lie and obviously they have cameras and they can review it before making accusations!!! she confidently said I took it out to try to steal it. Her boss then told her that she took it off of the display and forgot to put it back in its right Place, she never apologized to me and made me very uncomfortable to the point that I would never come back. the whole experience was very uncomfortable because of how they were watching us and even accused me! if they were watching us so closely when the fuck did I take that outfit out of the package? the owner herself never even apologize for her worker saying that I stole it. I bought some pleaser shoes from Funkypair and they turned out to be kind of trash. The glitter was so thick and abrasive it cut my skin from super mild floor work. I've had various glittery pleaser shoes and never had this issue before. Anyways the first night I wore them and realized how not usable they were I emailed FunkyPair about doing an exchange for a pair of shoes I already knew worked fine for me- to which I got the response "no we do not accept shoes that have been worn or shoes that do not have original packaging". I replied that while I can understand it should not be my responsibility to eat cost for shoes that are essentially defective because they can not be used for the purpose that the majority pleaser demographic is using them for. I also mentioned that I have bought from funkypair multiple times and need new shoes for work often- I am a return customer and have had no issues previously. I also sent pictures of my skin literally being cut. I got no response so I called them Monday and they said they were reviewing the whole thing. Today I got a response saying they're not liable for how their customers choose to use the shoes and they are not willing to make an exception on their policy.
