Placed an online order with them May 3rd. One box outfit & a bikini (non-custom made). I placed about four other orders from different brands that same day. Everything else had come in including a CUSTOM MADE star rhinestone outfit. Meaning someone hand glued 100's of rhinestones on an outfit & got it to me before you could put a box outfit in an envelope & ship it. After about four weeks, I sent them an email regarding my order. No reply. So I shot them an Instagram DM a few days later. No reply. Left them a comment on their Instagram. No reply. Left the same comment on a few posts because I was like maybe they're not seeing it? No reply. Called the physical store a few days after, whoever picked up took down my order number & said they would reach out through email. They did not. Now they have restricted me from leaving comments on their Instagram. Had to go through my bank & get my refund because the store itself has a "no refund" policy despite my items never being shipped almost 5 full weeks later. Also had a friend whose pictures were taken from Instagram without her even tagging the store etc. for advertisement for the store. She reached out & requested her photos not be used, the owner refused to take her pictures down & ended up just blocking my friend on Instagram whose pictures she was non-consensually using. For this "brand" to be dancer owned is wild. You know how hard we work for our money. You know how consent works when posting other girls. 0/10 I will never attempt to support this "business" again. Dancer owned? More like scam artist owned. read more

Came here even though I live 30 minutes away with the intent to buy a couple of outfits because she has really good prices, but the first impression I got of the owner Alex was automatically offputting and even rude, as if I was bothering her for even wanting to go into her shop? There's a doorbell that you have to ring in order to get in, once you ring the doorbell, We can't really hear from the inside because it's next to this main busy street so I'm assuming she must've said open the door and I didn't hear because I rang it again and then all of a sudden I hear her yell in a very annoyed way "OPEN THE DOOR!" Mind you, if her hands were full, and you really couldn't get to the door, I would totally understand, but once I open the door and came in, I see her standing like 4 feet away from the door, putting shoes in a box or something? Like oh, sorry to bother you, please save urself the 4 ft walk to open the door for me since I obviously couldnt hear you. I I feel like that tone and approach is how you greet your kid coming home from school after u had a long days work and ur already frustrated like cool dude? I just came here from 30 minutes away just to go into your shop, and the first words coming out of your mouth is you yelling at me. My friend also came to browse and she just wasn't nice to either of us or welcoming. Definitely got the vibe that we were bothering her. I never understand that approach from customer service workers, let alone if you're the owner of the store? Like you were annoyed that people want to come buy from your store? my girlfriend who is the sweetest person on earth kindly asked where can she try on the outfits because the makeshift dressing room in the corner didn't really stand out as a dressing room to her I guess, and I guess alex the owner didn't really listen to her question because she said "you can try them on just leave your underwear's on" in a very whatever tone. And honestly with the tone she was giving, I could see that my girlfriend was almost scared to ask again, so I asked for her and I said, " I think she was asking where the dressing room is" and without a word or any eye contact she points to the left, where the dressing room is, as if she couldn't be bothered with our presence once again. So I had to do the customer service for the owner and tell my girlfriend I think the dressing room is right there and helped her to show her where it was. Then when my girlfriend bought some stuff in the end, her attitude totally shifted and she became this different fake nice person. It was very odd to witness. So basically, she's mad at you for entering her shop which deters you from wanting to buy anything, but on the off chance, if you still decide to buy some thing despite her horrible attitude, then she will be nice to you? Obviously I didn't buy anything on principle, even though I drove from 30 minutes away with the very intent to get a couple of outfits, with that attitude I'm not giving anyone my money. But at least my girlfriend (who also drove from 30 minutes away) who was super excited to go there by the way, got herself the outfits she went there for despite feeling unwelcomed. read more

I had a Terrible experience here! I drove 50 minutes to come here because it looked like a super cute store I literally have an infant 3 month baby I brought with me and my boyfriend that waited for me in the car. I walked in and I asked the girl that was there what outfits she had that were high waisted she showed me them and also showed me a rack that she said all outfits were $25. I then was asking where I can try on the outfit and she looked at me like I was dumb and pointed at the smallest little corner fitting room with no mirror. The mirror was outside the fitting room. So I stepped out and asked if she had any other mirrors and she pointed at one across the room.... Like why would I want a mirror even further away? So I was like I'm not even going to try these on I'll just buy the ones I like the most, so I got out of the fitting room and started to walk back to place the outfits I didn't want back where I got them from which I didn't even try on. And she looks at me and says where are you going throwing her hand at me super rude and says na uh give me those. At this point I'm like ok?? This lady had Extremely rude attitude... mind you the whole time I'm being super nice !!so I say ok I'll take these two outfits and asked how much they were and she gave me another price then she had given me before. I said well you had said they were 25 and she again with really bad attitude threw her hands at me and was like nope sorry not these. At this point I was like no... there's only so much rudeness a person can take... I would have loved to support this small business but I had such a terrible experience! I wasted my time coming here.
