Not happy at all. Edit: I called and spoke to the gentleman that helped me. He told me to call the manager Grace. I called Grace and she was not helpful whatsoever. She told me to call the Anaheim store back and talk to the woman working there. Yesenia told me I would have to go down to have her test out the toy to make sure it's not working and even then it would take a few more days to make an exchange.
