First time coming here. Will not be back. Not only does she not offer a variety of styles in my size (32G) the prices are marked up. The bra tags price is covered with a white sticker. MSRP price in tag says $56, she sold it to me for $74!!! Wtf??? I was only able to see 3 styles in my size the rest had to be ordered and wait up to a week. Stephanie has created not just a shop, but a safe space where you are surrounded by girlfriends. The atmosphere is of complete acceptance and love while she looks you over, gives a few pats here and there then sends you into a changing room where she brings you the most comfortable, best fitting bra you could ever imagine wearing. I went in for a longgg overdue bra fitting. Steph is 10/10 for knowledge AND personality. She's super passionate about what she does which made the whole experience that much better. The shop has a very comfortable environment. The selection of bras hanging on the racks aren't massive, but she keeps a bunch of color options in the back. I walked in at 3:57pm on a Saturday, thinking (for whatever reason) that they were open until 5pm. Unfortunately they are only open until 4pm on Saturday. So I was feeling pretty bummed about driving ~3 hours and screwing up my time and getting there too late to be fitted, but Stephanie greeted me, told me I was lucky she was still there, and when I said I wasn't sure if I was lucky since I needed a full-on fitting and it was nearly 4, but she happily told me she would take care of me, and she did!! We tried on bras fast & furious and although I was not optimistic, she found a bra that I LOVE! I have been fitted by at least 3 or 4 other women in the past 3 years and haven't found a bra that really fits me in at least as long. Even though I came in right at closing, she spent 25-30 min working with me and I went home with two new bras, and just a day later, while wearing one, realized rather suddenly that I had forgotten it was there, because it was so comfortable!! The beginning of a great relationship. As we women know, our weight can fluctuate from time to time and our bra size changes as well. Pregnancy, Menopause, surgery, etc., can cause ill-fitting bras. When I first started coming to Stephanie she used a tape measure. She's so great at what she does that now she only needs to look at you! Bra shopping is a very intrusive, vulnerable experience but Stephanie's professionalism puts you at ease. One of my most heart warming experiences was: I was diagnosed with Leukemia (2009) and had to remained quarantined in the hospital for three (3) months. I won my battle. You can imagine my appearance and confidence level with the extreme weight lost, bald head, etc. I had my husband take me to Total Woman and Stephanie was there as usual. She took one look at me and ask if she could hug me. I told her about my journey and she promptly went to work by finding a bra(s) that fit and help restore some of my confidence.
