Sign posted on the door said they close at 8, so I though, cool, we have 20 mins til they close. They had already locked the doors, but there was still people shopping. So I knocked because an employee was hanging clothes up by the door. She turned to look at me and I pointed to their store hours sign and had my phone up showing the time. Felt like a Karen, but they still weren't closed, and when she opened the door I explained that, and the employee blurted out "I dont make the rules." Every single person was just staring at us as we walked in. Lol. Maybe dont own a business if you cant honor the hours you have posted on your door. Used to shop here all the time when I was younger and was excited to take my teen shopping there, but I dont mind taking my money elsewhere.

I had an unpleasant visit years back and I stopped shopping here for quite some time. We would…read morespend 500$ every few weeks and we supported the shop and they have quality clothing. The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.

I didn't know what else to grab because I was in a rush. What's the problem with giving me $2.19 store credit? When I told her I didn't know what to grab she said, "Well, do you want store credit"? Well no shit!! It's not like she can give me my money back. She threw my receipt and I had to pick it up from the floor. She didn't even apologize. I feel bad for the young girls working here because they seem really scared of her. She needs to be taught on how to treat customers because you can't be running a retail store when you have poor customer service skills.

This specific Ao Dai was $60 but for the fabric, it's well worth the cost. No scratchy fabric, no weird creases, only some light steaming needed to straighten out the fabric. Flexibility : The store style is super accomodating and offers in house measurements to get the perfect Ao Dai for your size. Stuff are organized in a very clustered and crowded way. There's some good sales at least but it's mostly stuff that did not sell well or have been stained. I picked up a cute little tee, but unfortunately it had a blob of red mystery. Might as well throw that away because who knows what that red could be. Everything else is quite expensive for what you're getting. You can expect to pay $25 above for polyester. I would compare most of the stuff in this store to shein level. It's all just cheaply produced stuff sold at a premium price.
