My experience at the scrub shoppe went very well, as soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly and asked what I was looking for. They have a large range of sizes and even had petite sizing in all the pants I wanted which was a happy surprise. They have a lot of koi, winks, and Cherokee brand scrubs here, probably other brands too but those were the ones I mainly saw. I thought we got a great deal, she gave me a discount for buying a set and I got my scrubs for a cheaper price than I normally do at my regular scrub store. However - I feel like my experience went so well because I came in knowing what I wanted and intended to buy something. I see many other reviewers stating that if they didn't know what they wanted/didn't want to buy anything they became overbearing and rude. Unfortunately, while the ladies are very nice, they are also very pushy so I can definitely see this happening as well. So if you want a great deal and you want to go somewhere that has a wide range of sizes and lengths, come here!! Just be prepared because while they are sweet ladies, they are also pushy and will try their best to get you to purchase something. read more

Excellent prices. I priced shopped, and this little gem is the best. A decent selection.

Found this place amongst my search for affordable scrubs and it was a very good experience with reasonable pricing. I was greeted by two lovely ladies and they provided me with any size and color right away. I was very surprised by the various selection of brands such as Dickies, Cherokee, and Koi. I know other reviews mentioned pushy/overbearing attitudes to buy or try on selection, but they really do their best to find what you need. It's their culture to get you in and out fast but they were able to give me some room to choose when I told them I needed time; so give them the benefit of the doubt, had really nice conversations! Other than that, I bought 3 sets and 1 top for under $200.. i think $46 for a full set is such a steal when you're used to paying that price for one top/bottom at figs. They were also able to assist me in placing an order for a Koi set for my friend that is always out of stock online!! plus more affordable compared online. Also gave me a free Koi bag and pen haha so cute...Highly recommend read more

I've been shopping here for 20+years. Great prices and service. June is wonderful. You just have to understand her. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. At first, the two women working here seem friendly--likely because they want you to make a purchase. But once they realize you're not buying anything, their attitude completely changes. They become aggressive and even refuse to let you try on more items. I've actually shopped here before and even brought a friend with me once. This time, I came in looking for a graduation nurse dress after being told over the phone that they had a variety of styles. However, when I tried on the first dress the staff member picked out for me and didn't like it, she became visibly upset. I found that frustrating--after all, I'm the one spending the money, so I should be happy with what I buy. Once she realized I wasn't going to purchase anything, she looked at me and said, "I don't like you. I'm not going to sell to you." After that, she refused to show me any other dresses and made it clear I wasn't welcome. And she said not to come back with her own words. This experience rubbed me the wrong way completely. I will never return, and I would warn others that if you're not ready to buy immediately, they may pressure you--and if you decline, they might even start speaking in their own language to talk about you right in front of you. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. read more

Great find. A little less than 140$ for 3 pairs of Cherokee scrubs. Very helpful ladies who work there. So sweet. The photos online made me afraid they only had fun patterned but they do in fact have solid colors of all varieties. I over heard another guest ask for extra tall scrubs and they did have a variety of those for her also which is really good. Great value for 3 pairs. Will be coming back if I or when I need more scrubs. read more

Helpful and friendly family owned shop. The two ladies are humble, gracious, and super helpful. I first placed a small order for our caregiving team and have since gone back several times placing bulk orders. They are our go to company for scrubs for our team members. Would highly recommend them. read more

I went to this store about a week ago. I started a new job and needed some tops because the place I got my pants at had no variety in my size. They have a good variety in designs and sizes. Yes the ladies seem that they could be pushy but they did leave me alone to look around. I was pleased with my purchase and the prices and will be going back. read more

No one was in the store but the lady was super helpful. Great price and very kind they have wide variety of scrubs too and bottoms anything you need really if your working in healthcare. Would recommend this place to anyone the lady was so kind and friendly they have fitting rooms as well. I'm definitely coming here again best scrub store I've ever been to. Cannot beat these prices read more

June was very kind and friendly. Her shop had lots of colors and designs to choose from. I was advised to visit her shop by my school for my uniforms. I bought 3 sets and 2 jackets for $200ish dollars so it was a good deal. read more

Service: 5 Selection: 4 Value: 5 Item: Hunter Green Koi scrubs As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what I needed. I wasn't sure which style I wanted but I knew I wanted something a little more fitted and slightly stretchy. They asked what color I preferred and bam I was trying on some scrubs. The two ladies that work there are very nice and fast paced. I can understand why people feel they are being rushed, but just know it's most likely cultural and they probably think you're just wanting to get in and out. We're not shopping for a ball gown. That day I was in a hurry so I appreciated the help to find something quickly. I had both kids with me and they offered them cookies. I would recommend this shop and I will most likely return for more reasonably priced scrubs. read more

I tried on a couple of clothes. I am postpartum so some of the clothes wasn't fitting the way I thought it would. I noticed that they started getting a little upset because they had to go to the back and grab different sizes (I was the only customer in the store as well). They kept coming to the changing room, trying to open the door and see how it was fit when I was still in the middle of changing in and out of my clothes. I didn't really like how it was fitting and I decided not to get it. They began to speak in their own language and shout. I was with my four month old baby and he began to cry at this Point. The situation got overwhelming, and I just needed to leave. I have never experienced something like this. At first they were very kind and helpful trying to help me but they were very pushy on their products and insisted I try things on. When I was leaving the store I was struggling to get my stroller out and the lady yelled at me and pointed her finger telling me to go away. The other lady literally followed me out the store and around the corner. Please don't go here. read more

These two wonderful ladies that work there are simply amazing. They are very kind people and helped me efficiently by using their expertise. I came here to buy scrubs for school and they knew exactly what I needed!!! I hope my experience motivates more people to go here because I want nothing but more deserving business for them. read more

The staff needs to know when a customer is shopping for scrubs, it's going to take time to find the right pair. They were polite and chatty some moments and other moments they were angry and impatient. They don't have a large variety of brands and they aren't good quality either. I'll give stars for the vibrant colors they had in the KOI section and that's it. read more

I've been on the hunt for some scrubs. I've been to a couple places in Orange County, but most don't have my size. It's hard to find petite sizes in stores, I find them limited, which sucks. I know I can order them online, however I'm new to scrubs and don't know which brand I like, so I want to try some on in-person. Two ladies at this store helped me out so much and I really appreciate them! They have huge amount of inventory in the back and I was so happy to find out they had my size in 3 colors!!! I will definitely be back:) read more

Very nice ladies helped my girlfriend get the scrubs she needed to work. Some reviews say they're being watched, whereas it really just their level of service trying to help you find what you need. Highly recommend coming here before trying any other local scrub shops. Prices are very reasonable for professional medical work attire and they'll have all the colors and sizes you could imagine. read more

The Scrub Shoppe - Uniforms Near Me - Buena Park, California

The owner knew my size and height just from looking at me and sized me immediately into scrubs. This was something I liked because I have a hard time with sizing and take way too long in stores. She was very kind the entire time, but like other reviews have said, she does want you to buy the scrubs you try on almost immediately. But I don't think that necessarily constitutes her as an aggressive or bad person, of course she wants you to buy from her store, that's the whole point of owning one. Her and her employee were genuinely so nice and I did end up buying the cutest pair of scrubs from the brand "koi" that were much better quality that the ones I had previously and for cheaper than they were online. The service was so quick and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Just definitely prepare yourself for conversation and to feel somewhat pressured to buy something. read more

They have a wide selection of scrubs and the ladies are so nice! They made sure I got the sizes and colors I wanted. Would definitely recommend this shop! read more

We entered and were greeted right away. The ladies running the store are so sweet and encouraging! It was very easy to find what I needed as someone who is just starting their career in the medical field. They have a very nice selection! read more

Difficult to find on apple and google maps which didn't direct me to the closest parking lot. Very aggressive and pushy saleswomen when I came in. They hovered over me while I was in the changing room asking if it fit and then looked me up and down to guess my size. I had to assert to "hang on" while I was changing multiple times. Get off me and let me change in peace, ladies! I won't return based on this. read more

The place is small quaint place with lower prices for the same brands of uniforms. They have been in this location for 23 years and I never knew. They have great customer service, and they have all sizes stocked so ask. Thanks June and Cain Have fun, they have earned a new customer. read more

Great selection and great prices for scrubs. It's a mom and pop shop, but they have so much variety of scrubs in stock ! Would highly recommend this place if you're in search for scrubs. read more

Read some of the reviews and I was wary but it was the closest scrub shop to my family's place and I needed scrubs ASAP before Monday. I can see how people who aren't used to shopping in Asian mom and pop stores can be turned off but I could tell that they were genuinely trying to take care of me. Give this place a try if you're in the area and find yourself needing scrubs in a bind read more

Mom and pop store. Both ladies are very sweet and helpful. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with the exact scrubs I wanted. They've been there for 23 years and I wish I knew about them sooner because their prices are actually a lot better than other places. I've paid $75 for a pair of Koi scrubs that came out to $54 with tax at the scrub shoppe. I also haven't found a scrub shop that is open after I'm off work at 7 and they're open until 8. I'll be coming back in a couple of weeks for Halloween scrubs! read more

I've never bough scrubs before but I need a pair for my new job. I found this place on yelp and boy do I regret it. I was hounded like if I didn't buy something the world was going to end. She was like "I have your size I have your size!" (I'm a bigger girl) and I said it's ok I'm just looking, she continued to follow me, pull things out in sizes, colors, patters, and kept trying to force things on me. Again I'm just looking. I couldn't get in a word as she kept trying to force feed me scrubs. I started to walk out because she was SO overwhelming and she followed me and kept trying to push items on me out the door. I've worked retail over 13 years and just changed careers. I would never treat a customer like this. I will not be going back I couldn't even look around in peace. read more

The owner is really nice and friendly. The price is reasonable. I would highly recommend to friends.

Great service, they can size you easily to where you don't have to spend much time there, great price for the value, I always recommend my coworkers this shop. Amazing ladies! Walked right in knew what I needed and was greeted with a friendly smile and helpful business owner! Great prices too. Always happy with the attention and don't find communication that difficult as one customer posted. Definitely worth the drive as they have a nice selection of Koi Katie scrub tops. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I went in to get scrubs and the lady stands literally right next to you the entire time watching you! Miserable way to shop! Then she insisted I keep taking more clothes when I consecutively told her I didn't need it. To top it off she added $2 more to the purchase as if I didn't know. Terrible experience. I got my scrubs and ran out as fast as I can! Terrible and insulted me saying that "are you sure you're this size?" Excuse me?!?! I get she is was trying to make sure I get the right size but the way she did it was so degrading. read more

The Scrub Shoppe - Uniforms Near Me - Buena Park, California

I found this gem of a shop years ago when I was trying to find a set of scrubs for someone out of state. Not knowing anything about scrubs myself, the very kind, helpful and patient staff helped me pick out a set that was absolutely perfect for her, and at an extremely reasonable price. She was able to visit in person for the first time today, and decided right then and there that this is her go-to shop. It is tucked away in a corner near t.j Maxx in the Buena Park Mall (Right next to a formal dress shop), and I highly recommend that you check them out. FYI, they have a great selection of fun scrub tops as well! read more

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Unless you like rude ladies who kick you out when you ask for time to look through the inventory don't go here. As soon as I walked into the place one of the ladies working ran up to me and asked what size, I told her I was looking. She asked me 3 more times what size and again I told her 3 more times I was looking. She turned around and said something rude about me and the person I came with to the other lady working. The second lady came and rudely said why size, and again I explained I was looking. How am I supposed to find what I like if I'm not given time to look. She continued to rudely kick us out for not buying exactly what she wanted us us to buy. These two ladies are extremely rude and impolite. Save your money and spend it in an organization that will actually appreciate it. read more

They only want customers with specific requests, not browsing . wanted to look through the different designs on the rack because I saw cute ones from the window . A woman asked me what I wanted and I said "I'm just looking" so she repeated "thank you, bye bye" over and over until I left . I was only a couple feet into the store and there for a couple minutes. I think she wanted to retrieve things for me, but not let me browse on my own. Maybe she was protective of the store but whats the point of a physical shop then? Making me leave abruptly made it seem like they were accusing me of loitering or being a thief. Her English didn't seem strong so maybe she misunderstood "just looking" as "not buying "?They either wrongly assumed something about my character, or misunderstood the phrase "just looking". If it's a language barrier issue, I hope someone close to them helps them understand , maybe family or someone !! If my auntie was out there misunderstanding things and causing chaos , I'd correct her and educate her that the phrase "just looking" is not so literal , it's a friendly English expression, stop kicking people out over it. Other negative reviews have mentioned this as well, definitely a pattern. read more

The owners are so helpful and sweet. They didn't rush me although they were past their closing time.

Don't go here, came in for scrubs and the lady was asking me what size I wanted, I explained to her I'm currently looking for the scrubs I wanted and she proceeded to kick me out. Terrible way to do business. Super pushy and standing next to you the entire time as soon as you walk in read more

Great customer service. The ladies were so friendly and helpful They have the best selection of scrubs! I recommend this place.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! The two women who work there haggled me the second I walked through the door. They would not leave me alone to look at merchandise. They followed me around the store asking loads of questions, trying to get me to try on what THEY wanted me to buy and even set aside scrubs for me to purchase that I hadn't even wanted nor looked at. When I had said I wanted to look around, they got angry and frustrated continuing to HARASS me about purchasing from them. They asked me where I usually purchase scrubs and I said figs. Before I could mention that I was there interested in purchasing seasonally themed scrub tops, they physically made hand gestures shooing me out the store and verbally telling me to get out. They followed very close behind me making sure I had no other direction besides getting out of the store. As I left, they closed and locked the doors behind me. This is DISGUSTING behavior & a joke of a business. read more

I bought a pair of Koi scrub jobber pants and scrub top that ended up being $50 total. The store manager is helpful in letting you try on different styles and sizes so you know your fit. This store only takes exchanges with tag and receipt, no refunds. I'm giving 4 stores for the costumer service and 3 stars for the quality of the Koi scrubs. Since I got black, it seems like the color dye would bleed into my undergarments even after 1-3 times wearing them. read more
