I had bought a cute comfy Koi lab coat for work for days I didn't feel like wearing scrubs and ordered embroidery to the left chest with my credentials. Three days later it was ready for pickup and I found the embroidery company stitched the wrong side. They sent it back to have it unstitched but because it was still obvious the stitching was removed, the embroiderer was set to buy a new coat for the store and re-embroider it. The owner decided to call me and offer to take it home, wash, steam, and try to see what progress could be made on it, in case we could make it look like-new to the unstitched side. I came back in and looked it over. It didn't look 100% but it looked so much better and to the untrained eye, it was not noticeable. I could personally see the difference, but it was barely noticeable honestly. Probably to the extent of maybe how it would have looked after three weeks of wearing it maybe. The owner refunded the embroidery fee of ~$12, and then gave me 20% off the coat itself which was very generous. I'm really happy with the coat actually, and the discount took the disappointment away entirely of the jacket not being pristine. No one noticed and it saved the embroiderer from buying a new jacket for the store. Thank you so much for working with me and making the situation right! I'll continue to visit for replacement scrubs or other work items here!

I had received a 20% off coupon and tried to use it on the boots prior to purchasing and they told me to use it once the boots got here. When I payed for the boots, I added in a protective cleaning spray (which was overpriced), and instead of the cashier applying it to the boots she applied it to the cleaning spray. I called and asked and they changed their response saying that they can't apply discounts for things that are ordered from their warehouse. Initially their employee said I could use the discount once the boots got there. Horrible service they need to be more careful with their promotions.

The fit is great, color and quality are superb. I could not be happier. On top of that the service I received was excellent. Not only were they fast, they reached out to me to let me know that the size on that particular coat was in specs they had posted but on the smaller end of it. I decided to size up and they were absolutely perfect and the communication and attention to detail was amazing. I ordered 5 coats to start and will be ordering 5 more and a couple aprons as well. I tried calling several times to "reorder" my same coats. Of course nobody is in the office all weekend. I finally get a hold of someone Tuesday AM and they say "sorry sale os over" I tell them I've been trying all weekend to get a hold of someone. My chef coats have a lot of embroidery. They offered me 35%. I argued that all I wanted was to reorder and couldn't do it on website and couldn't get someone on the phone. When it was all said and done. I caved and said ok I'll take the 35%. Now she is Ghosting me. By the way your flier does not have dates!!!! Thanks for the great customer service.
