If I could give this business ten stars I absolutely would! My review is well over due. I've had several pieces done by the amazing Nicole! She has a way of bringing my visions to life . I'm a huge procrastinator and always helps me when I'm in a bind. Don't think twice they have great quality shirts and their embroidery and iron on is the best ! I will continue to use them for years to come! read more

Bought a 5"x 30" stick on lettering decal. $70 each this was 2 of 2 and did not look good when I received it but took it anyway. Tried to apply it like I did the fist one, and just couldn't get it to apply straight & first letter ripped. I took it back, and she made it very clear that it's my fault! No re-make, & no refund. Lured me into heated debate!! Absolute nonsense & worst customer service experience I've ever experienced!!! Two thumbs down!!! Buyer beware! read more

This is a long overdue review! I first reached out to The Golden Stitch on Yelp in October 2025. I was starting to plan my baby shower and had a crazy idea. I wanted guests to design individual quilt squares at the shower and have them sewn together afterwards. The idea originally came up online and suggested having people use fabric markers or puffy paint. Since I have a cricut, I immediately thought the idea would work well with HTV decals. However, I quickly realized cutting and weeding enough decals was going to be a nightmare, and they were unlikely to hold up well over time. This was when I turned to Yelp. I started searching for anywhere that did custom designs on clothing, thinking this would be the best lead. The Golden Stitch came up, and I sent the same message I was sending a bunch of other businesses. Very quickly, I got a response from Nicole. At that point, I wasn't sure we would be using her services. She was still incredibly helpful in giving advice on other items involved in the project, specifically things to look for when choosing fabric. Much to my surprise, she let me know she had done HTV decals for onesies for her friend's baby shower! I ended up going down in person to see samples of the onesies and discuss more details about how to make this idea come to life. She was incredibly knowledgable and very transparent about the pitfalls of some things I suggested and pricing of what I was looking for. By the time I left, I knew what to buy for fabric and what kind of art could and couldn't be printed at the price I could afford. Unfortunately, it did take me a while to find some art packages on Etsy to purchase and I was slow to come back and send her what I wanted. Nicole was incredibly understanding and still did her best to accommodate me and make sure I had the decals in time for the baby shower. She even went through and sized each piece of artwork to fit well on the square size we were using. Despite the time crunch I created, she got the sheets of HTV decals to me before the baby shower. My mother in law, my husband and I spent time sitting together and cutting them apart. Nicole even explained to me how to use my cricut heat press to secure the decals at the shower. After the shower, she was able to put them through her industrial press to help ensure they last along time. When I came back to ask her to press the squares, we discussed how to identify who did what square. This was something I hadn't considered when people were designing their squares. At this point, I been messaging and working with Nicole for several months and I now had a newborn at home. She was super helpful in suggesting how to add initials and/or names to the squares. I was overwhelmed and not giving much direction. Nicole was, again, so quick to get them pressed and add names/initials. What really made it special was the time she and her fiancé took to place the names and initials creatively. She also helped us design the center square with our son's full name, date of birth, and birth stats. My mom has been sewing the squares and the quilt is now almost completed. This keepsake would have been just a sad-could-have-been memory without Nicole. Now our son will have a custom quilt from everyone who came to celebrate him at the baby shower. I'm so grateful for Nicole's wonderful services, but also her compassion and patience. This project is so special to our little family and wouldn't have been possible without her. read more

I came here to get my son's stocking embroidered to match the rest of the families. Parking was very easy and service was very straightforward and fast. I picked out a font and thread color and paid $15. About 1.5 weeks later I got a text that our order was ready! Pretty affordable and good quality work. read more

Simply over the top spectacular!!! I had a bathrobe embroidered. It was finished earlier than I had even expected and done with such care.

Younger Lady is extremely rude. Did not explain that she would call me when my item was ready. I showed up the day she said it'd be ready on, and she scolded me and said she hadn't even started it yet. Was not friendly about it at all. read more

I was looking for a business that would be able to embroider hearts on my canvas tote. I consulted with different ones, but had the most positive experience with Golden Stitch by far. Everywhere I was looking only seemed to do business logos, but Golden Stitch was flexible with what kind of designs they were willing to do. They were very reasonable with pricing and Nicole helped walk me through exactly what the bag would look like/where the placement of the hearts would be. She was able to do it in a week, not rushed -- just standard service time. The embroidery is perfectly aligned and neat. I am so happy! Thank you Golden Stitch and Nicole. read more

I needed to have custom printed tote bags made for a Cancer group, with a custom logo on them. Nicole was so kind and communicative the whole way through. She made getting it all done so easy for me, I had never had anything done like this. I had a very positive experience here!! For my school soccer program we do weights and our lift coach had split us into teams for weights Olympics. Each team is a different color and out of 6 teams the top 3 don't have to run and first place gets a special lunch of their choice. Additionally, you could get +3 extra points for best dressed! My team was team purple and I wanted some customized shirts for my team, I needed the shirts to be purple and I wanted image and text front and back. I went to numerous other stores and companies but none would be finished in time and/or the price was unreasonable. Until..! I came across Golden Stitch. The storeowner was nice and approachable and she helped make my vision a reality! The shirts were well priced, done in time, and purple! I was so happy to see my shirts turn out as I envisioned them, AND purple team won best dressed!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I've been toying with the idea of a clothing company for a long time and it finally came to life this year. I reached out to many vendors and all I got were auto generated messages with no personal connection. Finally I found Golden Stitch and made the personal connection that I needed to launch my business. Nicole is a wonderful business owner that delivers impeccable service. She's very honest, fair, and goes that extra mile to deliver outstanding products in a timely manner. I plan on going to her and Golden Stitch and would recommend anyone to do the same. Thanks for everything you do!!! read more

Nicole is amazing and exceeded my expectations. I asked if an embroidery could be completed within a week due to a time restraint and she made it happen with no hesitation. On the day my order was available for pick up, she stayed past her business hours to give me the opportunity to pick up my items the same day she agreed to. I definitely recommend any and all embroidery needs to be done at Golden Stitch. Thank you, Nicole for everything! read more

Sophie did an amazing job with my USC sash (stole). I got a lot of compliments about it during my graduation and many people wished they thought about customizing their sash. It's very memorable and worth it because the more I invested in customizing my sash, the more excited I was about showing it off during graduation. I recommend building your sash on https://www.pridesash.com/ and then emailing her a screenshot of it so she knows exactly how you'd like it to be. I'll admit, at first, Sophie seemed a bit abrupt answering my questions over the phone. I thought I'd be receiving poor service, but she's very nice to talk with in-person. It's probably because she gets a lot of phone calls asking for quotes on sash embroidery. I ordered mine's a bit late so I paid $40 to get my full name, school name, and degree to be finished within a week. I also paid $15 to get USC's logo stitched onto my sash. Sophie is very experienced and knowledgeable about sash customization because she gets a lot of sashes coming in during grad season. She knew the best placement of the school logo, matched the font I requested, and had the exact thread color to match my sash's original thread color (golden yellow). If you're looking for a sash embroidery, go to Sophie! read more
