The owner Blake is pretty unprofessional, called me for what I thought was going to be a conversation explaining the situation and how it could be easily remedied on both sides, instead he basically politely told me off and then hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak. Then when I called the next day I realized they had blocked my phone number - not sure what type of business they're running. You can get just as good prints (full color service as well) from Craft Works Printing in Orange and much nicer service.
