They made my hats in the wrong size after I gave them a sample hat to use and then refuse to fix their mistake. The embroidery's were also poor quality with very shaky uneven lines. Do not ever go here unless you want to be ripped off read more

Had a horrible experience here. Had to return hats because they got the colors wrong and the circle wasn't even a circle. The shirts we tried on in the store weren't the same fit as the ones we received. They won't refund us because they said it was the manufacturers problem and not theirs. read more

Terrible! Was told the only possible way to get my order placed and completed within one week was to fee but that still would guarantee getting the shirts on time, all orders placed had paid the extra fee. Was then told I had the option to pay a larger fee and the chances of getting it done would be increased but still not guaranteed. Since they couldn't meet my needs, I asked for my art work back, which they told me they needed to call someone, a designer, who would then send it back to me. Had to wait an hour in their shop while the designer sent it. read more

Brought a custom jacket here for a GREEK LETTER embroidering. This location did seem to take a BIT LONGER than the EMBROID ME located in IRVINE. In addition, the customer service here was horrible! The person that was helping me didnt seem knowledgeable at all! Compared to the IRVINE EMBROID ME...and what I mean by horrible customer service...when I asked the guy (costa mesa branch) what color or design would look best with this custom jacket....HE WOULD SAY "UM I DONT KNOW" ARE YOU INSANE??? WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT?? so for that sole reason...and him not being able to help me pick a color, and him not being able to help me pick a font, and him not being able to help me pick a contrasting color....this place was horrible! Compared to the IRVINE LOCATION...when I have done my GREEK LETTER embroidering at that location: -they were able to assist me with the font -they were able to assist me with the different colors -they were able to assist me with matching the colors -they were able to assist me with creating a contrasting border -they were able to give me there ideas on what would match best with my custom jacket -they were able to finish the job in less than 5 days But again...I guess I expected the same type and amount of service at this location as compared to the irvine location UNTIL THEN!! ^-^ read more

The owners very nice and everything we have ever ordered has turned out just as planned. We get company polo shirts from EmbroidMe and also a few other things like COVID masks and hoody sweatshirts. No complaints so far do for the record I think this is a five star business that I recommend. read more

The staff was amazing and they were so helpful when it came to guiding me on how to embroider my dads jacket for his birthday - I wanted to do something special and they took the extra time to help me design something amazing. Will definitely use them for anything going forward and I now have a new source of cool gifts if I want to monogram things :) read more

Super service, very fast, professional and efficient with excellent pricing. Could not recommend these guys any higher, I had the best experience with than and look forward to getting many more uniforms made up by these guys. Don't even bother looking elsewhere- these guys are the best! read more

This will be the last time I use them. They use to be prompt and on top of getting things done when they told me a time frame... well that has changed. Not sure why, all they can say is the machine was being set up??? What does that even mean?? Too bad cause I've been using them for years... until now. The order was for 3 handkerchiefs, didn't think it was a huge order or something that they couldn't handle.... guess I was wrong. What's terrible is that I have to break it to the KIDS whom they were being designed for, not to mention that it was a new design or even something that is intricate, merely letters on a handkerchief. The only reason I gave two stars was because of how friendly they were in person... over the phone it was just excuses and why they haven't finished the job. If you can, go elsewhere. read more

Found this place on Yelp while looking for a last minute embroidery on a suit for an upcoming wedding. They were able to turn the jacket around same day at a reasonable rate. This is a great find in Newport and I'll absolutely return to give them future business. read more

So slow! I dropped off a junior guard backpack for embroidery and was told it would take 5-7 business days. I've brought in JG backpack before during the peak of the JG embroidery frenzy and it took 2 days. I've gone to other places that charge the same and turn it around the next day. Also, the woman that helped me at the counter wasn't very nice. She wasn't rude, she just wasn't friendly. I drove out of my way to go here, but next time I'll stick close to home with a 1 day turnaround for the same price. read more

Super quick and efficient friendly service! I started a new job and needed to get some polo shirts embroidered with our company logo. The shirts were done in less than a week and looked great. I chose a ball cap from their in store inventory and had it embroidered as well. They have high quality products and do a top notch job! read more

Pro: Fouled mouth graphic artist on-site that WILL speak her mind. Fast turn around, tons of samples to test out, and all around fun/crazy staff. Con: A bit crowded in the shop due to all the samples. Crazy parking with the Newport moms out of their mansions buying everything up. While having Embroidme clients up and down San Diego and Costa Mesa, I will only use Lois's (Owner) shop for my business stationary and outfits. All because of the care she puts into showing me what's out there... also Jackie (the mouth) letting me know when a logo is truly ugly and she can fix it up in a second. Try this place out, you will not be disappointed. read more

We used Embroidme for silkscreen and embroidery. They emphasized that though they may be more expensive than other competitors, their quality of customer service and work is what you're paying extra for; that is laughable. They were extremely slow, and the quality of work was inconsistent. Some of our logos were not placed correctly. One of our orders they printed without allowing us to approve the placement of the logo. The manager/owner is rude and defensive. It was a nightmare working with Embroidme and we will not be returning. read more

Needed to make a custom t-shirt fairly last minute and these guys came through. All I had to do was bring in the t-shirt and the image on a USB drive and they took care of everything else. They did a great job color matching and sizing the image properly on the shirt. I loved the laid back atmosphere and kindness of this shop (they had a cute dog roaming around). Prices were reasonable. Plan to go back if I ever need another t-shirt customized. read more

Brought two white coats here to be embroidered. They look great! They gave the perfect size and description of what they would turn out to look like. It took then about a week to get the job done. The family that runs this business are terrific. I found their service well above and beyond others in this space. Meghan helped me get an order for a new sports team put together. The pricing was competitive, and they got the order complete ahead of when it was promised. Everything looked great too! Finally, i had a supplemental order and they made a special trip in over the weekend to accommodate me. That kind of quality, personalized service is rare and refreshing. i'll be bringing a lot more orders to these folks. read more

I'm a big believer in supporting local businesses, but EmbroideMe in Costa Mesa is overpriced. Watch out! To start with they have a $55 setup fee to convert your logo (it's already digitial!), then each order has another $15 setup charge. The first time I went there I was guaranteed the first setup charge was the ONLY setup charge. After checking other local providers, these guys are really, really PRICEY. Embroidery for 2 shirts: $42!!!! Hello??? Found a local competitor who would do 2 shirts for $16. SAME quality read more

I called for a quote to have my scrubs embroidered and the quote was 71% higher than what Corki's down the street quoted me. If you care about how much you are paying make sure to get quotes from multiple stores before using these guys. read more

I've never had embroidering done before so this was a first. I was quite skeptical at first but I needed it done for a Halloween costume so I decided to give it a go. First of all, I was so worried that my jacket wasn't going to be done on time but it actually got finished pretty fast. The lettering came out beautiful and I'm so ecstatic. The workers are very nice and easy to talk to so that's a plus. If I ever need embroidering done again, I will definitely come back and I will recommend. read more

Started out really excellent service and quick turn around. Ordered more that was awesome! Increased my order and plopped down to never got a response, called Paul 3x on different days to call me back, nothing. Reasonable prices, quality work and awesome customer service! I came in to get names embroidered on three Pottery Barn baby towels that I bought as gifts. My husband had accidentally texted me the incorrect name, he claims his phone autocorrected. Anyhow, we did not realize his mistake until I brought home the beautifully embroidered towels. I took the the misspelled towel back to EmbroidMe to have the towel re-embroidered. They fixed it and it was ready for pick up later that day! I prefer to take my items to EmbroiderMe instead of having a company like Potter Barn embroider it. There are more thread, size and font choices. They are great at helping you visualize what the end product will look like. Unlike Pottery Barn, there is also no limit to the the number of letters they can embroider on an item. read more

Thanks for the service Embroiderme!!! We been doing business for a long time. Keep up the good work.

Got my Christmas stockings embroidered here, and they look beautiful!! They had the perfect thread color and font to go with my Christmas decor theme this year. Extremely nice and helpful staff. The turn around time was great too. I was also given a baby blanket last year as a gift that had my daughters' name on it (embroidery done here as well) and it was gorgeous.
