Updating this review because WOW - this experience was a COMPLETE different one from last year. Went in to get some cardstock printouts for something for the business and GEEZ. The man "helping me" was not helpful at all. I understand maybe you don't "do walkins", and maybe the office was closed when we stopped by, but no need to literally shoo us away. Obviously we stopped by because we needed more help and insight than what we could figure out on our own online. (Did it ever occur we might have even driven further just to come support this business? - which obviously wasn't appreciated). Answering my questions with one-worded answers in a RUDE tone really turned us off - and Suggesting BLACK paper copies because it's cheaper is a horrible suggestion - of course we can't print on black cardstock. Treating me like a dumb client was just WOW. Scoffing at us suggesting maybe 100 copies was not cool. Did it ever occur that we just weren't sure about the pricing and wanted a quote for different quantities? Again - maybe the office is closed and you don't do customer service at 3:30 pm but at LEAST be courteous and TRY to be helpful. Maybe the man there is primarily only in the copy room, but BOY did your tone change when I mentioned this was for our business and not personal use. My sister came here because I spoke so highly of your business and customer service and came home with one of the worst experiences ever. I first came across this place when I needed sell sheets done. My expertise is not in design and I was trying to do everything myself. I ended up not liking anything I came up with and that is when I decided to throw in the towel and seek professional help. The drafts that they came up with upon starting were a huge improvement to anything I was creating. The team here is communicative and worked with me to make adjustments and tweaks to finalize a product that I was happy with. The second item I got done here was a banner for my booth. Months later, it was followed by more things for my booth, including a retractable banner stand and a tablecloth. Love it! As someone that has zero visual creativity, my ideal designer is someone that comes up with something without my having to articulate the details of what I want.......because a lot of times, I don't even know exactly what I want. I love it when I go in not having a clue about what exactly that I want and then they come up with something I wasn't even thinking about but end up feeling it. Like, I'll honestly be stumped when a designer asks me what kind of font I want or what I want to go where because I don't know what would be the most aesthetically appealing and would rather the designers be in charge and then show me what they come up with. I'll end up feeling it or not feeling it. As a new business owner, I haven't quite found my exact branding look....but Christina has helped me immensely in getting there, in developing my brand look. I mean, we all start with something, but as the business grows, evolves, and develops, it can evolve into something way different than what you have started with. When I first started my business, I had a logo and all, but the branding image wasn't fully developed because I felt like I needed some percolation time to get a sense of brand identity. Fantastic customer service from Lupita. We wanted custom postcards printed and she was very fast with emailed responses, detailed quote information, and assistance with any questions I had. I am giving 3 stars because the ink on the postcards were blotchy in places when it was supposed to be a solid color. Also either the bleed I put into the document was not enough and they didn't tell me or their printing was not centered because there was a white strip on one side of the cards that was supposed to be cut off. They should have caught these issues with a test print and fixed it. I would have never let a product like this ship out if it were my company. I felt embarrassed to send the postcards out to the recipients because they reflect poorly on us but we already paid for them and were on a tight schedule. Excellent pricing, customizability, and turnaround time. I chose GP Select to support a small business, however I will probably not come back. Whoever did the printing for my order needs to be better trained. read more

I chose this print shop based off yelp reviews and was very happy with the outcome! SGP handled 7 different prints for me at once and they all came out perfectly, in a timely manner. Communication over the phone, in person, and through email was very easy. I personally liked emailing them the file, and then going in store to discuss paper options so I could see and feel it myself.
