I have so many great things to say about DTNtech. I've been using them for years, starting back in high school when I ordered custom t-shirts for things like Girls League, ASB, and birthdays so this review is long overdue. Fast forward to now, and they've been my go-to for some really important milestones. They created custom shirts for my husband's 40th, and went all out for my son's Lunar New Year birthday with personalized signage, labels, posters, bar signs, and even custom stickers for the big inflatable jumper. Most recently, I used them for a large work event, and I was honestly blown away by how much they've expanded. They now offer everything from custom invitations and PR boxes to full event support, and everything was executed flawlessly. What really stands out is the team. You can tell the owner truly cares about her employees, and it shows in the service. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things right. Vanna was my event coordinator, and she was on top of every single detail from start to finish. Her energy never dropped, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is completely in her element when it comes to the creative side. That's my kind of person! She even put together an Instagram reel for us to capture all the highlights from the night, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every time I've worked with them, they've exceeded expectations. I am beyond disappointed with this company. I ordered some polos from them in early September 2021. They charged my bank account and did not send a receipt or anything. Fast forward to November, I had to reach out to them & finally got an email saying it was delayed and could possibly be ready by end of December 2021. Fast forward to December, nothing came. I asked for a refund and was informed I would get a receipt and the money back. Today is Jan 13th 2022, and neither has come. No receipt. No return/refund. No product. Nothing. And the company takes a week to reply to my email. Beyond disappointed. I hate giving one star to businesses because it is a hard time for them. But this is beyond frustrating. read more

My friend and I had the pleasure to work side by side with DTN Tech during his term in non-profits. The staff had a very fast response time and provided great service. We ordered shirts and plaques from them the entire 4 years he has been with the organization. We would see ourselves working closely with them again if we need to print more products. They were very prompt and made sure you get the products you are looking for. DTN Tech has very patient staff that will walk through products with your specific needs. They will not offer anything that is unnecessary to you. I would recommend working with them because they are professional in all aspects. We were grateful to see proofs before they printed it out. They will not rush you. As long as you know what you are looking for, they work very fast into making your vision into a reality. A friend recommended me after seeing her wedding invitations. I gave them a call to set up an appointment. Their availability is very limited being that it specific people only doing wedding invites. My main complaint is the entire lack of response. I was scheduled to meet JoAnn on a Thursday and had contacted her via a reply email Tuesday; I did not get a response until two days later after I called to see if my email had not gone through. We rescheduled and with my work schedule, I had to reschedule again. Same case, I have to call to get an email response. Considering how bad the response time is before they have your business, I wouldn't trust them with my business. I would suggest a better response time and calling someone instead of emailing them your response which is already delayed. Looks like I will be going elsewhere... read more

Hard to compare but here goes... I ordered a t-shirt with a design that had three colors (this was quoted for $25). I ordered it on Tuesday and was told that I could pick it up by Friday. The process of getting a quote, submitting a design, etc. was quite quick (this was done via email). Unfortunately, I never got confirmation that the shirt was ready for pick up (as we discussed) so I shot them an email after hours asking when would be a good time. 12pm rolls around on Monday and I decide not to wait around and give them a call and was told that it was ready for pick up, gah. I show up and there is no one sitting at the reception desk. I wait around for about 5 minutes before snooping inside the other rooms to get some assistance and alas someone is ready and willing to get my help. While this staff member was quite personable, it was off putting that she had no shoes on while she was helping me. The shirt itself was about 80% of what I expected. The quality was pretty solid though the colors were not exact and my drawing I guess fell victim to bleeding from the t-shirt press machine. All in all, they got the job done but I would focus on getting some of their kinks worked out. I can only imagine how I would feel if I did a big order through them. read more

I've dealt with too many bad experiences with various other printing companies that don't take my needs very seriously. Other companies have been overly expensive and uncompromising even though, I'm ordering for a university based student organization that requires large orders of t-shirts, flyers, awards, and other items every single year. This has resulted in unprofessional communication, late shipping, and misprinted low quality shirts, flyers, pamphlets, etc. But that's never the case with DTN Tech. They're always professional and go the extra mile to ensure that I'm completely satisfied with my items. Their website offers a variety of products, and the experts work with you not just to help edit your designs but also to choose the best material/product to print on. My organization has sent in several original designs shown in the my pictures and DTN has never failed to deliver. Speaking of that, shipping has always been cheap and on time. Fast forward 2 years and DTNTech has been my go to place for T-shirts. I remember one time I needed some t-shirts and sweaters last minute for a retreat I was planning and the places here couldn't do it for me, but Serena over at DTN TECH could. Situation: I wanted to print a single sweater, front pocket design, full back, and on the sleeves. I brought in my own stock which made the price cheaper. Emails: Tracy was super quick with quotes! Took 2 days at most to receive a reply to any of my emails. I sent my designs, she sent me a quote and asked me all the necessary information in order to complete the print. The only email I did not get was a confirmation that my sweatshirt was done printing (Possibly because it was a single item print). We already set a pick-up, but I still would have liked to have an email as a safety measure. Tracy gets 5 stars! Results: The material felt kind of like puffy paint material? It felt similar to plastic. I was left a little disappointed with how the sleeves came out. I was expecting a white stripe to go all around both arm sleeves. I mentioned this when I dropped off my stock as well. The person who took in the stock assured that would be the case. It didn't print out that way when I picked it up. I asked if there was a way to print the rest of the stripe to go around the arm sleeve, and it turns out sleeves have a front and back? I think that's how the person at the front desk explained it to me. A sleeve design, at least if I wanted a stripe around it, doesn't count as one design, but two (probably means twice the price as well). It has to do with how it's printed. I knew sleeves were a tricky thing, but I wish they had communicated any issues with me via email of phone call. I would've had to print the entire thing again for the same price but I was short on time so I took it as is. TL;DR: My main issue is the sleeves and I wish they came out better. If it was a difficult request I wish I was warned at the beginning. I'll probably try a different place just to compare printing services in the future. read more
