I have so many great things to say about DTNtech. I've been using them for years, starting back in high school when I ordered custom t-shirts for things like Girls League, ASB, and birthdays so this review is long overdue. Fast forward to now, and they've been my go-to for some really important milestones. They created custom shirts for my husband's 40th, and went all out for my son's Lunar New Year birthday with personalized signage, labels, posters, bar signs, and even custom stickers for the big inflatable jumper. Most recently, I used them for a large work event, and I was honestly blown away by how much they've expanded. They now offer everything from custom invitations and PR boxes to full event support, and everything was executed flawlessly. What really stands out is the team. You can tell the owner truly cares about her employees, and it shows in the service. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things right. Vanna was my event coordinator, and she was on top of every single detail from start to finish. Her energy never dropped, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is completely in her element when it comes to the creative side. That's my kind of person! She even put together an Instagram reel for us to capture all the highlights from the night, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every time I've worked with them, they've exceeded expectations. Best of all the value is 10/10. I'll continue to use them for future events without hesitation. read more

I came here back in the day to make shirts for my radiology program and here I am again for my printing services for my wedding! We wanted a Photo Booth style wedding invite. I got my template from Etsy and reached out to them to see if they were able to print and cut for me. They turned out perfectly! Quality was great! Came back again for my wedding menus. I wanted an oval shape and they were able to execute perfectly! They printed a mock before and allowed me to check it out. Asked them to fix something and came back and it was perfect! Super easy to communicate with and so easy to pick up! Highly recommend them! Super easy communication and great service! read more

Evon has been helping me here since 2013 when I first purchased 100 t-shirts. The t-shirts are high quality and her service is exceptional, attentive, extremely professional and quick. You request what you want, give her details, colors, sizes, quantity etc. and your order will be ready in 7-10 days, most likely sooner. If you need help with your design or resolutions, etc., they are here to assist. They have a great system where you can pay in advance online. Thank you Evon and DTNTech for such great work! read more

I am beyond disappointed with this company. I ordered some polos from them in early September 2021. They charged my bank account and did not send a receipt or anything. Fast forward to November, I had to reach out to them & finally got an email saying it was delayed and could possibly be ready by end of December 2021. Fast forward to December, nothing came. I asked for a refund and was informed I would get a receipt and the money back. Today is Jan 13th 2022, and neither has come. No receipt. No return/refund. No product. Nothing. And the company takes a week to reply to my email. Beyond disappointed. I hate giving one star to businesses because it is a hard time for them. But this is beyond frustrating. read more

The team at dtn.tech are so wonderful and professional! The process of working with Serena and James was easy, seamless and the end product was of high quality! I'm very pleased! I'm involved with a youth mentoring program, and every school year we reach out to our previous supporters to thank them. This was the first year that we decided to have some personalized thank you cards with the organization's logo on it , and we're not only glad we did it but we're so thankful that we contacted Serena! She's so sweet and so gracious! I wish I had known/heard about dtn.tech when I was planning a big party for my father's retirement a few years ago - because the company that I had used at the time was not only slow - I personally thought the end product looked amateurish. But my father was just happy to have a big party in his honor so I never said anything. I just opted never to use that printing place again. However, that experience left a bitter taste in my mouth how it was such a waste of money that it's been a couple years since I have tried another printing company in OC. I'm going to use dtn.tect the the next time I need formal invitations or personalized stationary for myself or my husband. I'm a fan! Cheers! read more

I love DTN ! Thank you for the wonder service . Everyone here is so nice and always greets me whenever I come in. I love how everyone is very professional and helps me in my time of need. I came in needing some shirts and cards done along with some engraving. I have dealt with different companies who made shirts & as soon as I wash the clothes a couple of times it wears off. DTN is different the work they do is quality ! May I mention DTN helps and makes shirts for my sons school (plavan). He has jackets and shirts that were customized and printed by DTN ever since the beginning of the year, now the school year is almost over with 22 more days remaining left and his jackets and shirts are still in perfect condition ! The schools logo is still on and hasn't even came close to fading ! The cards that I was needing done came out so perfect as well ! The card quality is top notch and they made sure to meet up to my par. Happy customer here ! Their engraving is extraordinary! Came out the exact way I wanted it to be. Everything about this place is super professional and top notch. I would highly recommend this place to everyone whose needing shirts, cups, engraving, or what not done. If you're needing something done and don't see it on their website don't hesitate to give them a call ! read more

My friend and I had the pleasure to work side by side with DTN Tech during his term in non-profits. The staff had a very fast response time and provided great service. We ordered shirts and plaques from them the entire 4 years he has been with the organization. We would see ourselves working closely with them again if we need to print more products. They were very prompt and made sure you get the products you are looking for. DTN Tech has very patient staff that will walk through products with your specific needs. They will not offer anything that is unnecessary to you. I would recommend working with them because they are professional in all aspects. We were grateful to see proofs before they printed it out. They will not rush you. As long as you know what you are looking for, they work very fast into making your vision into a reality. My friend is located in New Orleans, but hey were still able to get the materials to him as soon as possible. Big or small organizations/companies, they treat all their clients with the same urgency. Thank you again for the great work. read more

A friend recommended me after seeing her wedding invitations. I gave them a call to set up an appointment. Their availability is very limited being that it specific people only doing wedding invites. My main complaint is the entire lack of response. I was scheduled to meet JoAnn on a Thursday and had contacted her via a reply email Tuesday; I did not get a response until two days later after I called to see if my email had not gone through. We rescheduled and with my work schedule, I had to reschedule again. Same case, I have to call to get an email response. Considering how bad the response time is before they have your business, I wouldn't trust them with my business. I would suggest a better response time and calling someone instead of emailing them your response which is already delayed. Looks like I will be going elsewhere... read more

Hard to compare but here goes... I ordered a t-shirt with a design that had three colors (this was quoted for $25). I ordered it on Tuesday and was told that I could pick it up by Friday. The process of getting a quote, submitting a design, etc. was quite quick (this was done via email). Unfortunately, I never got confirmation that the shirt was ready for pick up (as we discussed) so I shot them an email after hours asking when would be a good time. 12pm rolls around on Monday and I decide not to wait around and give them a call and was told that it was ready for pick up, gah. I show up and there is no one sitting at the reception desk. I wait around for about 5 minutes before snooping inside the other rooms to get some assistance and alas someone is ready and willing to get my help. While this staff member was quite personable, it was off putting that she had no shoes on while she was helping me. The shirt itself was about 80% of what I expected. The quality was pretty solid though the colors were not exact and my drawing I guess fell victim to bleeding from the t-shirt press machine. All in all, they got the job done but I would focus on getting some of their kinks worked out. I can only imagine how I would feel if I did a big order through them. read more

DTN Tech is the best printing company I've ever worked with, and the ONLY one I go to now. I've dealt with too many bad experiences with various other printing companies that don't take my needs very seriously. Other companies have been overly expensive and uncompromising even though, I'm ordering for a university based student organization that requires large orders of t-shirts, flyers, awards, and other items every single year. This has resulted in unprofessional communication, late shipping, and misprinted low quality shirts, flyers, pamphlets, etc. But that's never the case with DTN Tech. They're always professional and go the extra mile to ensure that I'm completely satisfied with my items. Their website offers a variety of products, and the experts work with you not just to help edit your designs but also to choose the best material/product to print on. My organization has sent in several original designs shown in the my pictures and DTN has never failed to deliver. Speaking of that, shipping has always been cheap and on time. Even though the company is located on California and my organization/university is in Texas, DTN Tech has always been extremely reliable and affordable on a non-profit student organization's budget. read more

I've known about DTN Tech since I was an undergraduate student at UCSB. I heard about them through a friend that started their own business and wanted to focus on producing quality printed products. What makes them different from other companies is their willingness to work with you and understand your needs. They are very prompt and are willing to exceed more than what you expect. What I like most about this company is their willingness to work with student organizations and their budget. They are willing to work with 501(c)3 non-profit organizations, which is a huge bonus. As a president of several organizations during my undergraduate and graduate school, I have ordered t-shirts, promotional pens and tote bags, and acrylic awards before with the best deals. They respond very quickly and will give me a quote immediately. At times, they have also helped me picked out appropriate designs and colors for specific events and what they recommended is appropriate and professional for any occasions. They will always send you up-to-date quotes and final proofs of the design prior to printing, which most printing places don't do. This will help you give a sense of what the final product will look like and not have to worry about whether your design is too small or if the color combination doesn't work out. Highly recommend this place to take care of your printing needs, regardless if you are located in California or not. read more

I don't normally write Yelp reviews, but just had to for this one. I've been going to DTN Tech for years for printing collateral, apparel and other merchandise for my youth group, wedding materials and other projects. They have also become a main printer for us at LAUP and I am always extremely pleased by their professionalism, speedy response, and competitive pricing - not to mention just overall friendly staff!! They are always the first people I go to when I have printing needs and know that the quality of the work will always deliver. I've worked with other printing companies who just nowhere near match the level of quality service that DTN Tech provides time and again. They are also very flexible and will work with you on your project needs, giving options for your budget and recommendations to make it even better. Serena, Evon and the rest of the team are wonderful and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. Thank you DTN for everything!! read more

Fast forward 2 years and DTNTech has been my go to place for T-shirts. One of our football players passed away last year and we wanted to raise funds for the family so needed tons of T-shirts really fast and they totally came through and bc it was for the family in their time of need, DTN heavily discounted even though I didn't ask them to. It showed that they're not out there just to make money but they are really there to service the community. I have also ordered T-shirts for Yearbook, our Mediatech Video Team, AVID, etc. Great customer service, great prices, and quality stuff. read more

As the other review mentioned the shirts price was beyond reasonable and the quality of shirts were great since they were Hanes as well. I know that a lot of organizations and clubs at Fountain Valley High School go here for T-shirts. One of the workers, Vanessa, is very, very helpful with the students from FVHS. It's a bit late, or rather, really late, but I was amazed with the quality of their work with clubs' t-shirts, and I reached out to them to help me with a hair donation event. They agreed to help and ended up donating some t-shirts for my hair donation drive, S(hair) the Love, that I held last year. A HUGE thank you to DTNTech! They were very accommodating and were very timely, as if I were an actual customer. The shirts came out beautiful and the hair donors loved them! read more

Situation: I wanted to print a single sweater, front pocket design, full back, and on the sleeves. I brought in my own stock which made the price cheaper. Emails: Tracy was super quick with quotes! Took 2 days at most to receive a reply to any of my emails. I sent my designs, she sent me a quote and asked me all the necessary information in order to complete the print. The only email I did not get was a confirmation that my sweatshirt was done printing (Possibly because it was a single item print). We already set a pick-up, but I still would have liked to have an email as a safety measure. Tracy gets 5 stars! Results: The material felt kind of like puffy paint material? It felt similar to plastic. I was left a little disappointed with how the sleeves came out. I was expecting a white stripe to go all around both arm sleeves. I mentioned this when I dropped off my stock as well. The person who took in the stock assured that would be the case. It didn't print out that way when I picked it up. I asked if there was a way to print the rest of the stripe to go around the arm sleeve, and it turns out sleeves have a front and back? I think that's how the person at the front desk explained it to me. A sleeve design, at least if I wanted a stripe around it, doesn't count as one design, but two (probably means twice the price as well). It has to do with how it's printed. I knew sleeves were a tricky thing, but I wish they had communicated any issues with me via email of phone call. I would've had to print the entire thing again for the same price but I was short on time so I took it as is. TL;DR: My main issue is the sleeves and I wish they came out better. If it was a difficult request I wish I was warned at the beginning. I'll probably try a different place just to compare printing services in the future. read more
