Contacted this business after seeing good reviews; even took the time out and scope out their website. Past customers seemed happy but I must admit I got probably the worst service. I got a total of 36 shirts printed and oh boy, it's HUMILIATING to have my techs wear it. The shirt logos are spotty, the outline was not clean, the shirt quality was cheap and rough... if the logo turned out blurry, as a "professional", why didnt you contact me for a clearer logo? They're quick to take your money and even quicker to ignore/block you. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and contacting the city to file a complaint. Worst quality, pathetic excuse for customer service... STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY, GREEDY BUSINESS. read more

Awesome customer service!!! I help manage a small ice cream shop and im in school most of the week so i get very busy and cant really drive around. We were in the market to order retractable banner for a seafood restaurant with heavy foot traffic. We contacted KMZ general email on Monday and got banner by Thursday. I got a few shirts printed for my Kpop concerts and I was afraid they would crack when I washed them but they never did! I've washed them 3 times now and they still look brand new. 2K Print is by far the most reasonably priced business to get your t-shirts printed. I needed these on the fly the very next morning for my little brothers high school game, and while although I showed up the night before at closing time, the owner met my deadline. Originally I was charged $32 flat for two t-shirts (must provide your own) for both back and front printing, but seeing as to how I checked using the yelp app, the owner was nice enough to deduct taxes and +$2 for a grand total of $30. The deduction of a star is for poor placement of the numbers and letters on the back of my t-shirt. I felt they could have been slightly placed a bit higher, and made a bit larger, but for the amount of time given, job pretty well done. P.S. the place can be very hard to find as it has no business sign of address out front so I would suggest calling in advance for precise directions. read more

We were referred to 2K Print by a friend who had his cards done here and received a fast turn around time and quality print work. The setup process was a breeze up until we received our cards. When we picked our cards, we noticed that they were printed with a perforated grey border. This boarder was initially used on the template to designate how much spacing we wanted from the edges. When we brought this to Ken's attention, he stated that we didn't request for him to remove the boarders. Who knew we needed to tell him to remove a guide on a template. Anyways, even though we felt it was his mistake, both parties took fault and we still paid for the cards. As a compromise, he offered to print us a new batch with the needed corrections for 50% off. Which was totally fine with us. He gave us an ETA of approximately a week (7 business days). Which we confirmed because we had a trade show that we needed them for. After a week went by, we still had not heard from him. After two weeks of leaving multiple messages and sending numerous emails, he told us he was not feeling well and had forgotten to put in our order. Due to our time constraint, he agreed to put in a rush order for us for BASIC cards at no charge and was promised a new ETA of 7-business days for the corrected cards. Another 2 weeks go by and we still have not heard from him nor had he returned any calls or emails. When we finally got a hold of him, he just stated that "the company that does the foil for the cards has a broken machine" and that he wasn't sure when they would be able to do it. All we had requested from him was to keep us updated. We had events that we needed our cards for. If we would have known it would take this long we would have went elsewhere. He is extremely unprofessional with updates and communication. read more
