My partner didn't want me to write this, because she had good interactions with Maryah and Victor…read morein the past - but for 3 weeks i've been staring at a box and bags of decorated blanks we had KMV do that we can't use or sell. It's maddening. Let me break it down We brought KMV a sample, 100% polyester fashion mesh crop top to Maryah (they've printed tees for us in the past) for a front print and asked, if possible, can we do a printed tag as opposed to having a paper one. She thought it was possible, great! We did a sample and it came out great -saw that it was possible, brought them all the crop tops to be printed, then picked them up, paid, got home and noticed the front design word ended up much lower than where it was supposed to be or what we explained in the email that my partner sent-There was an agreed miscommunication (on both sides) on the measurements of placement with front logo. It was printed low and couldn't be used. They had to be redone. Bought more of these crop tops (some had to be made so we had to wait two weeks for them to be done) asked if they can go halfers with us on the reprint price this time around, since there was an error- They agreed, great! Another almost 2 weeks of waiting for them to get the print done - picked them up, paid, unpacked them and the logo on front looked great, right where it was supposed to be, printed tag looked good too BUT we turned the shirt around to the back and to our dismay the printed tag bled through on 90% of the shirts (see pics) Strange, because there was absolutely no bleed thru with tags on the first round of crop tops we did so we know it's possible and we know it can be done. Alerted them ASAP and asked if there was any solvent they can use to get rid of the bleed so we can at least salvage them. A few days pass and finally after calling and emailing Maryah, finally she got in touch and said they can "shoot it off" which removes the ink and we can try and reprint tag with a different ink color - about a week later, picked them up- she said the printed tag with a different ink color couldn't be done ( ok fine) and that the bleed was removed on all the shirts. At this point our plan "B" was just gonna go and have somebody sew in the labels now to salvage the shirts. Most of the shirts had the bleed fully removed, some you can still see, fine, BUT that wasn't what tripped us out - it was that some of the tops with the white collar trim were stained with what i'm guessing was the solvent (see pics) So can't salvage those. It's a wrap. We didn't notify them because at this point it's pretty clear their complete disregard to the job and lack of care. Waste of precious time and money Be careful.

I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . We hired this signage company to produce and install new graphics throughout our large retail sports store. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The owner lied repeatedly -- about pricing, about the timeline, and about the scope and quality of the work. What was promised and what was delivered were two completely different things. The installation crew he hired was shockingly inexperienced. They didn't even bring proper equipment and had to use our ladders. At one point, one of the installers fell because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. The times they showed up were never run past management at the stores, just showing up whenever they felt like it & leaving without a word. It was unsafe and completely unprofessional. Nearly every graphic was printed in the wrong size. Instead of simply reprinting one incorrectly sized graphic, they removed one of our store's metal frames, took it back to their shop, and actually CUT THE FRAME to make the incorrect print fit. When they reinstalled it, the damage was obvious -- especially since there was an identical frame right next to it that showed the original size. You could literally see the cut lines. When we confronted him, he denied it and tried to gaslight us. The vinyl installation quality was equally unacceptable. Graphics were bubbling everywhere, several were installed in the wrong locations, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. To make matters worse, they never completed the job. Less than half of the requested graphics were installed. This was one of the most unprofessional vendors we have ever worked with. Between the dishonesty, poor workmanship, unsafe installation, and failure to complete the project, we absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.
