I needed some t-shirts for my band's upcoming gig at the Coach House so I did a web search of companies near me who might be able to get them done in a fairly quick turn, as cost effective as possible and with the best quality taking into consideration that the art I had available for the image wasn't the highest resolution. I found Cypress Printing online who are about a mile or so from where I live and emailed them with details on what I was looking for. I received a quick response from Erica and got pricing and she was also able to alleviate my concerns about the art by having their in-house graphics person work on it to get it into print-ready shape which they did. Service is beyond excellent. Quality was better than I expected and the pricing is competitive! Thank you to Erica and Rick for being awesome and actually turning the tees faster than initially agreed upon. Nothing negative to even come close to saying about this company and it's personnel. I will use them again and highly recommend them to everyone! I really enjoy working with this print shop. They make me feel comfortable and they have the skills to do any job you need. The front desk office clerk is friendly and warm. She has a wonderful smile and positive energy. The owner/ operator is a great guy to talk to and understands the nature of the job. It appears that he has been doing this for a while because of the quality of the work and his knowledge. I think he has kept on top of the rapid growth of vast technological tools in his industry. I would recommend this print shop any day for any job to anyone. Personally I have had business cards, loyalty cards and a giant 6ft by 9ft banner printed on a plastic woven type canvas with brass fitted holes for the rope to anchor it. 5 Stars is not enough for this company. I was under a lot of stress and pressure to have a funeral program made and I contacted this company and was more than pleased with their service. The owner Rick knows the true definition of customer service. Rick knew how important it was to me to get this done on time and make it nice and he spent hours helping me to do that. I left this company feeling like I was a priority of the owner. As I kept changing my mind on how I wanted things he was extremely patient and even giving me extra creative ideas on things that would make it look even better instead of just throwing it together any type of way. I wanted to go with something that was more original, just something different and Rick made sure we got that done with no problem. My programs came out wonderful and it just really made my family happy. Rick and his team work great and fast and prices are great as well.
