My request was to have two sets of certificates printed on different color heavy paper stock. I asked for the pricing multiple times, but was only told at the end of the job. I was also surprised that there was a difference in the weight of the different colored heavy paper stock. I contacted the shop and expressed my dissatisfaction with the latter. The team did an excellent job of solving for a formatting issue and reprinting the second set of certificates with the same weight of heavy paper stock at no extra charge. read more

I needed materials printed for the school - hundreds of them! But as a nonprofit, we have to look for the best prices without sacrificing quality. Out of dozens of printing companies across the country, our neighborhood Minuteman delivered. Alejandro came through with the lowest prices, quick turnaround, and the materials came out even better than expected. The quoted price was honored and they even helped me load all the boxes into my car. Thank you so much for your friendly, honest, and efficient service! read more

Alejandro & Gary took eased so much of my wedding planning anxiety by taking care of our beautiful sign, menus, and name cards! Communication through gmail and google docs was the true definition of great customer service. If I wasn't able to respond, Alejandro called me before his end of day at work! Will definitely use them again and recommend! read more

Went to go get blueprints for my home addition and needed copies fast. Called 10 minutes prior to arriving and they said they can do it. I showed up with my thumb drive and they printed my documents on site within minutes. Only charged me about $2.15/page. Other location quoted me $225 for the same documents that i paid $33 for. Met the owner and worker they were super nice. read more

I've had many great experiences here, and would absolutely recommend them. 1) Prompt - When I need a job done, they can get it done super quick. 2) Good customer service - Ryan has been great to work with. There was a small mistake one time, and he bent over backwards to correct it. They would seriously do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. 3) Good communication - Have been able to do all my ordering over email, and then just pick up my stuff when it's ready. 4) High Quality - I only need black and white copies on a thicker than normal paper...but man does it look good. Much nicer than another local place I had looked at before. Their machines are top notch. My business has a continuing need for printing, and I will 100% come back to this Minuteman Press in the future. I know I'm being taken care of by good people, with good service, and a good product. Don't hesitate, bring your business here. read more

We do a lot of routine printing. Ryan and Mike have become very familiar with the usual tasks and help me stay on track. They take care of details so I don't have to. Whenever they see more efficient ways to get the printing jobs done and at a better cost to us, they take the time for explanations. As an executive assistant I appreciate their help when the many tasks get hard to juggle. As a service company, we recognize good customer service when we see it. read more
