Very helpful staff and friendly. She was nice about serving their customers. Their location is very convenient for me. Easy access.

I frequently come to this UPS because of their great Service. I actually have one within walking distance, but the Service is unbeatable. They're very friendly, and are always willing to help. This last time that I went I was assisted by Kaden. I was trying to have Photo Copies made, from a letter in my Email, but my Email wasn't being accepted to the UPS Email. I waited in between Customers because it was important.Kaden was extremely helpful and after 15 or more minutes realized what the problem was and got the job done. read more

I'd like to show my recognition for this UPS location. There are three stores closer to my home, but I always choose to come here. The staff consistently greet customers with smiles and such positive energy, which really makes a difference. Even when I'm just stopping by for an Amazon return, they're always happy to help--and they're impressively fast, too. It's not often you see such a great attitude and strong work ethic, especially among younger staff. I truly appreciate the experience every time I visit. read more

This particular location always has very friendly staff and it makes it easier when you pre-print your shipping labels. I think today I shipped out to Lenovo PCs for under $30 for boxing obviously if you pre-pay your shipping label that is extra but it makes it so easy just to take your label and they have pack everything for you. read more

When I arrived at the UPS store in Cypress, I was greeted by Kaden... a Customer Service associate. I told him I needed to make some black-and-white copies he said... Let me help you and proceeded to copy various documents one at a time... In my specific order. He went over and above at his job and I highly recommend him for a promotion. His customer service was impeccable and I will continue using the services of the UPS store in Cypress. I also complimented Kaden's performance with the store manager, Chris and told him that his training of his associates was beyond fabulous. read more

I went here today to return a SHEIN order that had a loose button. I was able to get a QR code to return and I showed it to one of the employees to get this returned. Within two minutes, I was able to leave the place and my order returned. I'm just so glad that this place existed near my house so that I can return this without having to pay about $5 to return something. This place is quick with returning or shipping orders in under 5 minutes. I'm just so glad that this place is wonderful. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Bryan, Cristian, and Chris at this UPS location are absolute gems and the reason we go out of our way to bring our business here--every single time. My family runs a small business with frequent shipping needs (and more Amazon returns than we'd like to admit), and these three consistently go above and beyond with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. It's rare to find customer service that feels truly human, but that's exactly what Bryan, Cristian, and Chris deliver--every time. They're efficient and knowledgeable, sure, but what stands out most is how much they care. Each of them has taken the time to offer thoughtful words and sincere compassion during a tough time for our family, and that meant the world to us. They never treat us like just another transaction--somehow, they make us feel seen and valued. No matter how hectic our day is, walking into this UPS store feels like a bright spot, thanks to these three. They've made our lives easier in countless ways, and our loyalty to this location is 100% because of them. Thank you, Bryan, Cristian, and Chris--you're the heartbeat of this store, and we're so grateful for you! read more

The team works well together and even though the day can be long with different complaints (I'm sure I worked in customer service before); I never get a negative attitude from them. Thank you to Chris for helping today read more

I've used this UPS Store several times before and the staff has always been very friendly, polite and helpful. Today was no exception- I shipped 6 extremely heavy boxes, weighing about 45lbs each. I wasn't able to unload the heavy boxes from my car. Chris assisted with a flatbed dolly and wheeled in all 6 boxes, then one by one onto the scale. I truly appreciated his kindness and service. I rarely leave reviews, but Christian and Kristina absolutely deserve a shout-out for their stellar customer service especially during peak busy hours and season. I came in with an Amazon return that turned out to be way more complicated than I had anticipated. What could have been an incredibly frustrating experience was transformed into a seamless and surprisingly pleasant one, all thanks to these two. Christian and Kristina went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they take the time to repackage my item--which was no easy task, by the way--but they carefully taped it up and made sure everything was secure. They even printed out a label for me when I realized I didn't have one handy. It's rare to see this level of patience and attention to detail, and it truly made a difference in my day. They were professional, friendly, and empathetic throughout the whole process. Their teamwork and positive attitude turned what felt like a mountain into a molehill. I left the store feeling lighter, relieved, and grateful for their help. If you're looking for a UPS location where customer service is top-notch and the staff genuinely cares about making things easier for you, look no further than this store.
