Came in to have a package taken care of and he was rude, wouldn't listen, and acted as if I was disrupting him from something he was doing in the back. The absolute worst. Everyone should boycott this place, especially the locals. The system was down when I arrived to return some shoes to the UK. There was a system upgrade that was taking an inordinate amount of time. The gentleman shared that his wife is usually working, but he had a day off and was there instead. He told me they went to breakfast that morning. We compared local restaurants. I was there a good 15" just chatting. Other customers came and went and the conversation picked up where we left off. Ultimately, the system did not come back on line in the time I was there. I took a photo of my package and his business card as proof of the drop off. Today I looked to see the package was delivered. This is a mom and pop establishment worthy of my patronage.

This is my North Orange County place to go to for NOTARY, Drop Offs, and shipping. I've never had…read morean issues with this location, which is why it's one of my go to places. A "Mom & Pop" owned store with slow but friendly service, which is why it's not a 5 star. Dealing with real estate I need to deal with notaries, document shipping, and faxes. Yes, faxes...and that's why I go to places like AIM Mail Center and Postal Annex. I've shipped FedEx Air and UPS ground packages from this location because they give me a price break. (not so much on the UPS ground but on my FedEx Next Day Deliveries) It's a regular customer thing...I've seen it done to several others as well. I notice Santa Ana, Westminster, Garden Grove, Fullerton and Anaheim business owners do this for me...gotta love those perks. As for USPS - Post Office service I do use them here for time related convenience because I use USPS when I have to deal with CA court related documents. And it's not that far from the OC Court House. They mark up the prices, which I understand why since they do since they don't get a price break from the USPS but I rather do it here than in the Post Office, since I don't carry supplies and I need photo copies. To the E-bay'ers just go to the post office for those nickles and dimes. I always see them complaining at this locations and I just want to say that. Heck, I'll give you a dollar to stop complaining and leave so I can do my work in peace. This location has a reasonably priced dry cleaning service, which is an added positive factor if I actually came here enough. Since I've never had it done, I really don't know if it good or not...sorry.

So negative I don't recommend this place. You'd be saving yourself literally go anywhere else. There's a UPS down Harbor and another UPS counter in Staples across the street.
