Two weeks ago, I used their online service to ship my stuff to the office so they could help me pack the package and send it to VN. They recently let go all the old front desk staff I knew for a long time for reasons only god knows. The new hirings don't know how to process my stuff which normally get done within 5 mins by the old staff (either the dark tall guy or the long hair one, they always get it done very fast). Now it took them over 30 mins and then it seemed like the new face messed up something in the system and they had to void the whole shipment and redo from the beginning, which took me more than 30 mins again. They don't train newcomers properly. The glasses guy, looked like a manager, told the new face "do this, do that, ect..." and then went away doing his things in the Sport section, without observing or double checking if the new face did it right or wrong. read more

Transit time usually gets delayed during Mid December due to the heavy volume of parcels for the Christmas season. I was for fortunate as my parcel arrived in time for Christmas as I did not expect it to. My parcel to Tay Ninh was shipped on December 16th and was delivered on December 23rd. I am very surprised of the quick transit time My friend shipped me a parcel on December 10th using DHL. It did not arrived until December 24th. DHL is the world leader specializing in international shipping. They lagged shipping this parcel. The routing was very unusual ; Ho Chi Minh City- Kuala Lumpar- Singapore- Hong Kong- Los Angeles. What kind of idiotic routing is that? Since DHL does not service my city, it was contracted out to another courier ; GSO. I requested DHL reimburse my friend's shipping fees as the transit time was unacceptable and the routing was ridiculous. My friend is happy as she received full reimbursement of the shipping fees . She used DHL as T Express does not offer service from VN- USA. If they did, the parcel would arrived in a much quicker time I have never been disappointed with T Express. First, I didn't have any verbal agreement with you at all. Second, there were more than 3 times your staffs packed my goods as you said you would not charge extra to pack. But you did not take responsibility three times. I have all the texts to communicate with you. Since you didn't take any responsibility for these broken items, I started packing by myself. And your response was "you didn't pack, you would not give me credit" Either way, you tried to avoid your responsibility for my shipment. After 2 weeks I'm tired of playing nice, I asked you very kindly to let me watch the cctv of your worker taping my box yet you won't let me. I didn't want to Yelp , but you forced me, to Yelp, Out of all places , I used to ship, This place is really suspicious, when items go missing from their end , they won't let you watch the cctv footage of how their workers are packing our boxes. I have used many places to ship products but this is one of the place I won't return, One item was missing and they refused to show us the cctv footage. And claimed only the police is allowed to see. And blamed us for their act of the missing item. What kind of company blames the customers for their Action, they're the once's who don't allow customers to tape the package. We gave them 2 weeks. To let us watch the footage yet they still refused and claimed they watched it nothing looks "suspicious" everything looks alright. If it's not suspicious let us watch it. If you have proof that you aren't stealing let us watch the footage of how you "packed my items". And somehow it's vanishing in thin air. Let us watch it, They won't allow customers to tape the package , and only they're allowed to tape the boxes; as well they won't tape your box infront of you ,but let their workers go through your stuff. read more

Today, I went to T Express Cargo to send a 26 pounds package to Vietnam. The total cost was $84.50. To pay for that amount, I handed my credit card to the agent. He TOOK my credit card, PROCESSED it, THEN told me that the company DOES NOT accept credit card for transactions under $100. I took my credit card back and brought the package home to add more stuffs. Two hours later, I came back with a 30.5 pounds package. The same agent told me that the total cost this time was $99.125, and he CAN NOT accept credit card for payment. I TOOK TWO trips to T Express Cargo trying to ship a package to Vietnam, but they insisted NOT accepting my credit card for payment. I left and later realized that they "DID" CHARGED my credit card, then refunded the charge later. I included the photo as proof. Side note: I went to VietExpress with that same 30.5 pounds package. The total cost was $81.37 and they accepted my credit card for payment (photo as proof). read more

First of all, when they receive the goods and they bring them inside to package them, they make a mess of everything. I had carefully sealed the shampoo and gel bottles, but they somehow opened them and let them leak out. I won't come here again. 2,3 times my goods were very messy when my family received them. Feeling like they opened it all up to check or something? They also don't bring it to my family house, because they carry by car, while Vietnam has many small alleys. My family always gives delivery staff some money for tips. Previously, I was using the service of another company before coming here, the other company delivered it to my home very conveniently. I do not recommend this place. Make sure you also read the bad reviews about this business by changing your sorting from "Yelp Sort" to "Lowest Rated" to see all the "other sides of the story" before going with them for your shipping service. Yelp is free for customers to use but businesses will pay them so the sorting of reviews are always set as "Yelp Sort" to show the positive reviews first, since most people will only have time to look at the top reviews. So make sure to change your sorting before reading the reviews. There is another shipping service in Saigon Supermarket on Westminster in the Pho Lu plaza and it is is a much better one to use. This business used to be good when they first opened and I was referred here by some of their very first customers, but since they got busier over time, the service has been very bad, they don't tape the box in front of customers and their scale is cheating. They forgot the importance of customers and customer service. I think this business owner even contacted Yelp to remove my last review for some lame reasons that are pretty creative. If I were the owner, I would rather fixing the issue of the business than trying to put some lipstick on the pig. Also, I won't be using Yelp or write any other reviews on here. I've been with using the T-Express services for more than a year 2020-2021, in average I sent the package once a month to my family in Ho Chi Minh city, the fee which I paid to T-Express is about from $200 to $400 a month. The T-Express has excellent services to send the package from CA to Ho Chi Minh Vietnam, but unfortunately, by the time the package gets there, a total disaster of service starts to happen! the delivery services in the Ho Chi Minh city ruined the reputation of the T-Express because of the following facts which already happened to me time after time: #1. They did not call ahead of time to arrange the delivery time, suddenly they show up at the door, if the receiver is not home, bad luck they have to wait for the next day. #2. They only delivered one box at a time, intentionally, to get more tips by the number of trips delivered. This is a scam and not an honest business while the customer already paid for the services to T-Express. I hope the T-Express take this fact as constructive information and listens to the customer and do something about it and not point the finger at Vietnam services and with excuses 'that is in Vietnam, we can not do anything about it' because you are all in one currier system, and we already paid you guys for the services when sending the package. Meanwhile, if someone knows a better and honest service somewhere please share the customer their name. read more

A few months agao I requested T-express to delete the old names addresses that I was not sending boxes to anymore. They told me that they would delete it. I recently came back and asked if the old names and addresses were still showing on my profile, they said yes. So I requested that remove it again, they said that they couldn't do it at that moment and that they had to make a request for their IT to remove the data. So after I was told that by the gentleman helping me, I had requested that they show let me see my profile with them but they said that they couldn't because of company policy and how they wanted to protect their customers information. So then I asked them how long it would take for them to delete everything. They told me that it would be finished by the next day and that they would call me when it was done. The next day no phone call came so I called them and when I asked them if it was done they said no it was not done. So at that point I just told them to delete my enitre profile I wanted to wash my hands of this business. But what makes me so upset is that if someone is able to obtain a tracking number from the recipet and then anyone can get not only your information but the information of the person you are sending the package to as well. So that line of "protecting customer information" is just false. I am not sure what this company does with the information that they collect and I am not even sure if actually did delete my account with them. But I wanted to warn everyone who reads review that this place does not care about protecting customer information. read more
