Fast, responsive, and efficient! My mom wanted me to send some stuff to some family in Vietnam and I didn't know where to look. I found this place on Yelp and gave them a call to ask some questions. They were super responsive and welcomed me warmly when I came in to drop off the stuff. The process was super quick and easy and they promised the stuff would get there within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, my package got stuck in customs in Vietnam so it took a little longer for my family to be able to receive it, but when I called to ask about it, they looked into it right away and gave me a response almost immediately. When the package delivered, my family said they were very courteous and helped check to make sure everything was in there and that we were all happy with the delivery. I am amazed with this place!! I literally dropped off my items to be sent, they helped me carry it in (big heavy box) from my car... weighed it, and packed it for me... and it literally took less than 15 minutes for me to be in and out the door. What's even more amazing is that they estimated my fam will get the box in 7-10 days.... They received it in 4 days !!! 4!!! The service was top notch, the items were packaged neatly, and everything arrived safely. And fee was cheaper than expected !!! I used Hoa Phat prior to this for many years... they always charge me tax for almost every item in the box, it takes my fam 2 weeks to receive usually, and the last time my box arrived opened with missing items. it took about 2 weeks for me to get my money back after I file the complaint. Luckily I had my fam record the unboxing process and sent it to them as proof. Even so, they still refused to believe that the box was opened when it arrived. Anyway, the only thing that really mattered to me was that what I sent got to my family safely in a timely manner. Thank you HuThui!! You deserve 100 stars !! I can't believe I found this place! I was wanting to send a package back to Vietnam because my original package I sent through FedEx was absolute nightmare to deal with. This place had boxes ready for me, packed the items for me, weighed it and shipped it for literally a fraction of the price FedEx had charged me!! I had shipped about 10lbs worth of stuff (which I didn't realize beforehand so I went to buy more things) and paid for the costs! It was about $40-50 for shipping and got there between 10 days to 2 weeks! FEDEX TOOK OVER A MONTH AND A HALF TO ARRIVE AND MADE ME PAY EXTRA TAXES! Just came here for the first time today. I called ahead to see if they do money transfer to Vietnam and they said yes. Very friendly and prompt service on phone. Came to the place and same employee was so nice and courteous. It's rare to see such good and efficient service. Place was small and parking may be a little difficult.
