This location is usually a great and efficient stop, which is exactly why I chose it during a tight morning schedule. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment and had planned enough time to grab breakfast and drop off some UPS packages, feeling productive and on top of things. Unfortunately, this stop completely derailed that plan. The store was closed when I arrived, even though the posted hours indicated it should open at 8:30 AM. I stayed and tried to call them, I had my heavy packages with my kid in tow. Because of that, what should have been a quick and easy errand turned into wasted time, and I ended up rushing the rest of my morning without being able to drop off my packages. Disappointing experience, especially since reliability is exactly what makes this location stand out when it's operating as expected. read more

I've visited this location a handful of times and it's always been a pleasant experience. I went in today and was in and out of there in 5 minutes! Howie did a wonderful job helping me out and was very friendly throughout the visit. I was returning equipment for Spectrum and instead of waiting 60 mins at the actual Spectrum store in the same plaza, you can drop off your stuff here and you'll be in and out in record time. read more

I would like to pay a HUGE compliment to Arcaido at the UPS store at 16478 Beach Blvd., Westminster, CA for helping see me through an important situation I was having a problem with. I was having surgery soon and had been trying all week to complete an Medical Advanced Directive, have it notarized and send out to my family before my surgery. The directive took longer than expected and once completed I had made several attempts to catch the notary in A DIFFERENT STORE but for reasons I won't go into they weren't able to help me (I should note it was only one of the notaries I was having a problem with, the other staff is very nice and helpful). Frustrated and stressed it was now a day before my surgery. I decided to make one last attempt, this time going to a different location, the UPS store at 16478 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA. Even though they were closing in a few minutes Arcaido greeted me with a warm welcome. I explained what I had been through trying to get this completed and Arcaido was so kind, understanding, professional and willing to assist (when the notary at the other store was not). He helped me find the correct page and notarized it for me even though I ended up keeping him and other staff there a good 10 minutes or so after closing (which I was sorry to do). He never complained or made me feel bad, he just got the job done. What a relief and comfort it was for me to finally get this sent out to my family in time before my surgery the next day. I want him to know how much I appreciated the trouble he went to for me and how grateful I was. He demonstrated such excellent customer service so I hope this review reaches his supervisor and other higher ups to bring to their attention what a quality employee he is and how much he cares about others in need. I appreciate that there aren't massive queues (the way Whole Foods is) for Amazon returns, and if there is one, it moves pretty fast. With that being said, the most recent time I came in, Angelina greeted me and helped me take care of my tasks. She was friendly and efficient, and I believe most of the staff I've encountered here have been the same. read more

First off, this UPS Store smells so good. Need to know what fragrance they are spraying in there because it's so so good. I went in today to return a handful of Amazon packages. I was a bit confused and had a TON of returns so I was a little nervous of being an inconvenience or needing too much help but Linda was helpful and quick. She answered all my questions - which is great because I'd assume she isn't required to answer questions about Amazon seeing as she isn't an Amazon employee - but she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience. Also, there were 2 other people able to help customers to avoid a line. Overall a great experience and easy for returns. This is the second time I've had an issue with this store... be prepared to be nickeled and dimed for EVERYTHING. $2 for tape even if you buy the $7 box from them. $2 for a label. I bet if I asked to borrow a pen, they charge me $1 for ink. This place is a rip off! What service do they actually provide except to throw our packages around? The UPS stores off Brookhurst and Edinger are 100% more customer focused and aren't looking to scam their customers. read more

I'm in here all the time to send things back to amazon, etc. (man - why did Amazon have to start charging $1 for UPS returns?!) and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Last week I was in to ship a couple of boxes of presents and Angelina helped me. It's a busy time of year and yet, she was SO friendly! She was smiley and efficient and she made a chore I was dreading a breeze. I saw that UPS is giving cash bonuses to employees who are mentioned as doing well in reviews and well - she deserves TWO bonuses. Seriously, it's hard working retail this time of year and she made my day so much easier. Came here to drop off a UPS package. And the clerk asked if I needed stamps. Save yourself $$$$. Yes they sell stamps, but what they don't tell you is that they charge a 32% surcharge which is pretty outrageous. I didn't realize it until after I got home. I brought an envelope to this UPS Store because I was not going to scan the envelope for the UPS driver to pick up. One reason is mainly that I do not like to wait, and secondly, I was doing some errands that placed me a block away from this UPS Store. No problem finding parking, but that location is a tight area. I was immediately greeted and learned she is a trainee. I explained what I needed, and she knew right away what to do. All was in good order, and she gave me a receipt. The receipt can be used should any hiccups with delivery occur. I was in and out of the UPS Store in about 5 minutes and very thankful that I was very ably helped by the young trainee. read more

I always forget that there's a UPS store in this area. It's located in a giant shopping plaza that has a Target and a bunch of other restaurants. It's closer to the Daiso side, next to this awesome cupcake shop (Smallcakes). There's tons of parking and close to random shops you might need to go to so it makes it convenient to get things done. Stopped by a little bit after they opened on a Saturday (02/03/24) and no other customers were in, but I was literally immediately greeted by someone and he helped me process my return. I forgot to get his name, but I've been helped by him before in the past (tall, skinny, brown hair with a beard) and he's always been super helpful and nice. Luckily I beat the rush because as I'm waiting for Kohl's to open, I can see how many more people are coming and going.
