    + Just about all the office supplies you could need, and then some. + Polite, helpful staff. + Ample parking. + Interior is spacious and not crowded. - They have pen grips, but not the design or color I wanted. - The staff may not be aware of their own sales, so you may want to take a photo to let the cashier know. Saved myself a dolla.

    This is for the TSA pre check that is located inside of Staples. Made appointment for Thursday 910am. Plenty of parking, store just open so basically empty. The TSA office is located in the back with a bunch of chairs for you to sit and wait. I was the only person there for TSA pre check. In and out in 10 minutes.

    This is a review for the TSA precheck inside this Staples location. I made the appointment and filled out the information on line. The TSA office is in the back and I was served on my appointment time. No line and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Very fast and efficient. I received my approved number in about 5 days.

    This review is for the TSA precheck inside the Staples. It's located in the back toward the left near the grey cubicle. There's a big sign that says TSA precheck if you miss it. There's 4 socially distanced seats to sit in if you're early for your appointment. They also take walk-ins but appointments will have priority. The system glitched and didn't have me on the list of appointments. Luckily the man in charge (might be butchering his name due to bad memory, Arvin) told me he could find me with the code sent to me in my email confirmation. The trick worked and he got my info and the rest was a smooth process. I appreciated that there were disposable face masks and hand sanitizer inside. You can't use the hand sanitizer until the appointment is over since you'll be taking fingerprints during the process. You will get your picture taken so prepare to put your hair behind your back and show your ears. The information confirmation is simple. You're not allowed to have your phone out or use it in the cubicle because it will cause a disruption with the TSA machines and cause the system to shut down. I was able to use my driver's license and birth certificate but the best support is your passport. Felt like the process was over in 15-20 minutes for two people. I recommend making an appointment because they'll have your info from your input ahead of time and you'll have priority.

    I really miss the Staples that was located at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. When the printer is out of ink and you need replacement cartridges in a hurry, you can not wait for an online purchase and delivery. I'm bringing the spent old cartridges that have accumulated over time with me. I do this also to make sure that I buy the right cartridge for my printer. Fortunately for me, finding this Stapes was a blessing. It is out of my way for sure, and it rained pretty hard as I drove the extra miles to find it. It is open and not too busy. I see that the ink cartridges are on the side wall to the left. Oh, no, only two security clear plastic boxes left and yikes each is $78.99/set for the combo colors I need. I had hoped they had individual color cartridges that I could buy. Well, this combination set of Black, Magenta, Cyan, and Yellow will get me going. My phone number is still good for any kind of rewards and recycling of the spent cartridges. Payment was easy. I'm glad that Staples accepts all common credit cards.

Detailed diagnostics showed dust particles, spots, and scratches on the glass that Nice repaired. I'm gonna call my repair at NiceRepair a loss & walk away. Can't say the man was particularly nice nor was his repair good either. Brought in my iPhone 16 pro with a cracked camera lens for repair. TLDR: the quality of photos is awful & blurry after the repair, especially zoom. Quality of photos is terrible after the repair especially in night photos. You see the light streaks in the holiday lights. Then when recording video, as you zoom in, the picture goes totally out of focus in the mid distance then back into focus as you zoom in. Close-up macro photos are not crisp. The man wasn't the most friendly person but with the reviews here I thought that wasn't important and he'd get the job done well. He was on the phone when I walked in and after some back & forth he agreed to lower the price for a computer battery down to $240 but was not willing to negotiate at all with me for the camera lens. I relented since he had great reviews. He gave me a whole $5 discount on $80 if I paid in cash. Then tried to upsell me on screen protectors for front screen & cameras. Photos & video speaks for itself. I won't be back. I'm out $75 (plus whatever it will cost to get a decent lens in my phone. I have a long time left on my contract so no upgrades for me) and the quality of my photos is garbage. Take what you will from this review. I hope your experience is better.

In contrast, Gadget Parts distinguishes itself by offering a robust one-year warranty, usually unheard of. Upon dropping off the device, it was quickly repaired and ready for collection the next day. I particularly appreciated their hassle free approach to the warranty: it is registered directly to the device, no need for the original physical receipts. I'm so glad to have rediscovered Gadget Parts and would highly recommend them for any Apple device repairs. Hopefully, I won't have to come back any time soon!

Not many people would've gone the extra mile to give me all of my options, they would have just charged me the $150 and sent me on my way. He even went over the benefits of even buying a newer generation and how the security features are supported on my old one compared to my new one. If I ever need anything repaired in the future, I am definitely coming here. I will be confident that. I'll get an answer in an auto repair.

So i called this business to ask for an estimate for a screen replacement for galaxy they told me $150 which I figured was a good price since everywhere else they were charging me 250 + ... i was busy so I had my cousin drop off my phone to them. I had no phone so my cousin had no way of getting a hold of me but I guess he was told by the same person I spoke to on the phone that they would have to replace my frame with a black instead of violet which is the color of my phone. He insisted that the violet color was an extra $100 to order. Since I couldn't pay anymore than 150 my cousin left my phone to him anyway. My phone was done the next day and my phone looks terrible. It looks like 5 year old replaced my screen and to top it off there was a tiny chip on the screenn. Also the frame wasn't even glued down properly and it's coming out of place. The screen cracked because I tried to press down lightly to get the frame to snap back into place. The glass was not worth $150 it felt like cheap plastic that looks like glass. I was never even told that the screen wouldn't be fingerprint compatible. My phone stopped charging because this man told my friend to make sure to have the phone with a case because the frame and the back/battery were not properly installed. As of today my phone no longer charges and the screen won't turn on it's completely dark. Also when i turned my phone on some of the settings were changed which means they must've went thru my phone (we will get to that later) .... I contemplated a few days if I should go speak to this person and explain to him what happened he could maybe replace my screen and this time with the original colored frame without the extra charge instead as soon as I began explaining to him he cut me off and said there was nothing he can do and that they didn't do refunds I tried to tell him that I was told one thing and then was told another and that the quality of the screen he installed was not good. He lied and said he had told me over the phone that the screen was after market. He never mentioned any of this otherwise I wouldn't have gone to him. Why would I agree to pay that much money for a cheap ass screen and a different color frame. ? He kept saying that he had proof that he did inform me of this and he said he would pull up his landline to show me the phone call where he stated this. I told him I would love to hear it and then he begins to cuss me out telling me to get the fuck out of his store and as I'm walking out he begins to charge at me and tells me to come back and fight him. I was shocked I couldn't believe that this guy really was treating me this way because I questioned his work which was not worth the money I paid. Then as I'm driving home my phone that he fixed completely blocks my network and won't read my SIM card or eSIM. I can almost guarantee he had a way to access my phone and since he was mad he made sure I could never use my phone again. And if he did that to me I can only imagine how many people he has done this too. He probably stores everyone's data from their phone. To anyone thinking of going here please don't. Idk how this guy is still in business he is no professional whatsoever. If you need a screen replacement your best bet would be to buy the stuff off Amazon and try to do it yourself I guarantee you can do a better
