I've come here multiple times and was always quoted $1 to print a shipping label. Suddenly, it's $2 with no explanation. When I asked if the price recently changed, the staff acted like I was imagining things and insisted it's always been $2. I told them I was here just last week and paid $1 like I always have. The senior employee who's the one who quoted me $1 every time stood there silently, avoiding eye contact. Not a word. Well, you know what? Keep on pretending. The folks here are wonderful!! I walked in and there was a gentleman replacing mailbox locks who greeted me as I walked in. A woman popped out behind the counter with the most amazing smile and welcome! She had a glowing aura around her that captivated my visit. The attention to service cannot be compared here. My transaction was to pay my rent and deposit for my community down the street and the transaction on the computer was false. She attempted to provide solutions, but we could not get there so I am headed back to the leasing office where I have got to deal with some duds. I'm so glad to have met these folks at the start of my day of folk encounters. The woman bid me farewell by saying "God bless", words you do not hear anymore and words that should be said, praised, and honored daily. I was so overwhelmed by my overall visit that I had to sit in my vehicle, appreciate my encounter, meditate and praise God, and write this review because this facility is one I don't frequent and they deserve the praise for their operation. This particular time I am a little overwhelmed as I am making a last minute move from California to Hawaii. This is the best place for your postal needs! Customer service is great. Instead of waiting in a big line taking 20 minutes to ship your order you can be in and out in less then 5. Easy parking in the plaza. I sometimes have issues due to the nature of my business. I ship skincare, I have never had a returned package from this business. Finger printing I came in for finger printing for a new job. The lady working was really nice and got through my finger printing quickly. It was $90. I also came here to fax a piece of paper. I will never again stand in line at the post office to ship packages. Not when you have independent mail centers like this one nearby. My boss has a secure mailbox at this location, which he has been very happy with after his previous mail center in nearby Fountain Valley closed up shop. I come here whenever I need to send something larger than an envelope by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. They have all sorts of shipping supplies in case you run short: boxes, padded envelopes, tape, mailing labels, etc. The girl that works here is super sharp and informative when it comes to deciding the best (quick & cost effective) method of shipping something. She's also a notary in case you need anything notarized. Warning: You may be greeted by her huge but adorable & very friendly boxer dog Boomer who is often seen hanging out behind the counter. There is no signage visible near the street, but they're in the same center as Supercuts and US Golf HB, on the west side of Beach Blvd in between Terry Dr and The Olive Garden restaurant. If you're traveling north on Beach, you'll have to do a left turn or U-turn at Terry to get into the parking lot. read more

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PACKAGES AT THIS CENTER! They do not give a receipt of dropoff, nor do they scan or keep track of packages that come in or out of their facility. They leave it to the drivers from Fedex or Ups to scan the packages once they are "picked up"(from the piles of packages on the floor at the mail center), making it extremely easy for packages to go 'missing' or be 'stolen' with no record that you even left your package at The Mail Center in the first place! I don't understand how they can operate as an "official mailing center" and not be required to keep any record of the packages going in/out of the facility! I am in the process of reporting this establishment to BBB(better business bureau) in hopes that they can actually be held accountable for their standards of business read more

Fast services. Called several times before coming in here because I wasn't sure of the services I needed. Notary, printing and all etc. They were friendly and patient every time. Every month I have to deal with the lazy and rude woman that works at this place. She has no personality at all, her people skills are incredibly bad. This place has to be family owned since there is no way I would ever hire someone that is so damn lazy unless they were family. The last 3 times I've gone in there she is laying on the floor with the dogs, she looks up and notices me standing there, give her dogs some pettin and lovin, before she decided to get off the floor and help me. One time i went in there and there was a line of people ( 6-7 people) waiting for her to finish her conversation with a friend (" no way, I can't wait til i get home to fine out what happened!") before she started helping customers. I hate this place! I instantly get mad every first of the month because i know im going to have to deal with this woman! grrrrrrrr Also, it's expensive to fax! I had a 5 page fax and it was 9 bucks! I don't fax that often so i dont know what the average is, but I think kinko's would be cheaper read more

I've been a customer at this location with a small P.O. box since 2009. I've always paid on time and never had any issues. I recently moved out of state and called to renew my box for 6 months. I spoke with Brook the owner who REFUSED to waive the late fee on my box despite being a long time and loyal customer ( I was 2 weeks late in paying). She said she would waive it if I re-upped for a year. It may be because I told her I had moved so she didnt see continuing $$ coming in, but imo that's horrible customer service. Paying for a year shouldnt be a reason to waive it if paying 6 months isnt. It's nothing out of pocket for them. Bad treatment of loyal customers isnt ok even if circumstances prevent them from being future customers. read more

Live scan & Fingerprinting I went there for TrustLine registration. The lady who operated was very nice and did in a professional way. It cost $80. Later, I had to go back there because my first fingerprint quality was not good enough to be used according to the letter I got. It was not her fault. The reason was the unclear fingerprints of some of my fingers. The redo was done for free! (The advance call is needed.) Even so she did more even more carefully than before for me. I appreciate her business. There was a nice, pretty and calm dog, too. She was friendly enough to give me the paw spontaneously . read more

I don't normally leave comments, but I can't say enough about how awesome it was to be helped by the owner who was so kind. I came here by chance mainly because the USPS nearby closed their doors on me just as I was walking up and I was frantically looking for a place to ship my Christmas presents. They had everything I needed and willfully shared their tissue wrap with me (because I forgot mine at home) so that the package was nice and presentable for the person who would be receiving it. They even bubble wrapped the contents to ensure safety and protection of my items. The owner was thoughtful and had so much care to ensure that my package wrapped nicely and securely.
