They have 65 different types of boxes, it's the kind of place with wholesome "home is where the heart is" type signs and yankee candles burning so it also smells nice, but most importantly of all: If you have a prepaid USPS label, you can go here instead of going to the post office. Beth, who works the front of the store , knows her job as if she's been doing it most of her life. She greets every customer that walks in their store with a smile and knows most of them by name, this tells me that the store has their regulars .They offer a variety of services with good pricing and are always helpful with packaging, shipping, shredding and more services that you might need. Terrible customer service!!! I received a notice that my package from ups was left at mailbox express on my door. I called mailbox express to confirm that they received the package before taking time out of my busy work day to drive down to the shop. The individual on the phone said he could not check as he had more important customers in the shop then proceeded to tell me to come in and check for myself before immediately hanging up on me. As a professional with experience in customer service, this is not how customer inquiries are handled. - Edit: we went into the shop to check in person and the man was completely rude about checking for the package. We addressed checking via phone and he said that was him and said you can come back tomorrow and stormed off. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! read more

SUPER HAPPY. I have never gone to one of these Mailbox places primarily bc they look so dingy from the outside and kinda sleezy. We needed a pension withdrawal notarized. Searched on Yelp. A lot of mobile notary's. I have used one once, when there were multiple signatures for convenience; but, not my choice on a personal level bc their registers with personal information and fingerprints, I feel, are less secure than a mortar stationary business. Our transaction with two signatures was super efficient, professional and thorough, checking to ensure all was in order. The price was the same as the mobile. They are in the Newland Center about four doors down from Mother's Market. The store is super clean, including a Hallmark like gift store... really nice merchandise. I observed people coming in for shipping and the familiarity to their customers was remarkable. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now- it started with needing a fax sent for work and then I started shipping things to my sister and family. Everything that we have shipped has been so well packaged and put in the right box. You get to choose how you have it sent and they keep your existing addresses on file so you don't need to remember every time!!! The gift shop has been so handy for adding unique gifts the the packages I send. I haven't used the notary or live scan there yet but happy to know I can!!!! read more

The More! Is pure attitude when you come in here to simply drop off a package and not buy anything. This place is just ok, not A-Ok. I've only been here to drop off packages that for some reason FedEX wouldn't accept. The few times I've been here the guy behind the counter seems pissed that I'm not one of the million grandma type mailing center items in the store. So yes, beyond the overpriced shipping charges this place also sells knick knacks and outdated stationary items. It's like this place was built in the 90s and then kept ordering the same items for the past 25 years. Need stamps, shipping boxes, or a kittie calendar? Not only was I greeted professionally by Alex/Sammy but they took the time to explain how their services. Here's what I didn't expect: 1. Text messages when packages are received. (Including size to be prepared) 2. Informing me of items I may need as a courtesy (he had extra items he was going to discard but asked if I wanted them) 3. Making us feel that any reasonable request from profession such as this is met with a care and dignity not often seen. Box subscription and this center was still receiving my incoming packages and held onto them for weeks and texted me notifications and worked with my relative to allow for pickup. I would have assumed these packages were just total losses but this was beyond customer service for someone who's not even their current customer. Sad that I moved to Laguna Hills because the office im with now can't even get my text notifications running.
