I have a box here. I have all my packages delivered here, my mail comes here. They are super friendly and super efficient. The service is top notch. I don't have to worry about "porch pirates " because they keep a sharp eye on everything! The price is insignificant compared to the convenience and security I get. They send me a picture when a package is delivered so I never waste my time. I recommend Mailbox Express. They do shipping as well! read more

I have a box here and could not be happier with the customer service. Mark and his team are always polite and helpful. I get a lot of mail, including FedEx envelopes. I was out of town for two weeks and Mark kept my overflowing mail safe for me until I returned. read more

I have maintained a mailing address here after moving out-of-state. Mark is always helpful and pleasant. Terrific location as the center has other venues I can visit. Mailbox express offers all you would get at the post office as well as MANY other services (notary, shredding, copies, fingerprinting etc.) Cute gift shop too. ALL GOOD! read more

They have 65 different types of boxes, it's the kind of place with wholesome "home is where the heart is" type signs and yankee candles burning so it also smells nice, but most importantly of all: If you have a prepaid USPS label, you can go here instead of going to the post office. YOU CAN AVOID GOING TO THE POST OFFICE. Mark is super laid back and helpful. Highly recommended. read more

They are the best! Have had a mailbox for many years. The owners are very knowledgeable on shipping pricing

I've had a mailbox here for about five years now and highly recommend this business! Beth is absolutely lovely and Mark always helps with a larger sized package. I always look forward to coming in and saying hello. Their prices are good, supplies always stocked and never had a package lost or missing. I've had other personal mailboxes and this is by far the best in service, price and location. Thank you for always taking such great care of me when I come in and even when I'm out of town! Appreciate you all so much read more

Had to return a product via a UPS shipping label. Never did that before, and John helped guide me through the whole procedure. John was very helpful and an excellent employee - please include a salary increase at his next review. read more

Very helpful & knowledgeable. Quick '& easy. One stop shop. Got my notary done & was able to get it sent out with them too. Paid only $15 for the notary & $20 for postage. Overall great experience. read more

Couldn't be bothered to help me cut up a box that was only a couple inches too large. Laziest owner ever. Never again. Don't waste your time. Learn how to run a business I was going to pay for it! That's money for your failure of a mailbox store , just bad read more

Best mailbox store, the quality of services and pricing beats out any other mailbox service location I have ever found in Orange County. Beth, who works the front of the store , knows her job as if she's been doing it most of her life. She greets every customer that walks in their store with a smile and knows most of them by name, this tells me that the store has their regulars .They offer a variety of services with good pricing and are always helpful with packaging, shipping, shredding and more services that you might need. They even have some small gift ideas to purchase along with greeting cards. "A one stop shop", If you want to avoid long lines and the craziness of the US post office, UPS store, or any mailing store, then this is your go to. Thank you read more

I came in to mail a package and was pleased with the excellent service I received by Beth who is an employee at this location. I was also happy to hear that she is also a notary and I often need documents notarized. I will definitely be back as their prices are very reasonable. read more

Highly recommended in fact I recommended them to a few friends that needed their services, plus they do notary paper shredding packing and mail service of all kinds, not to mention they have Novelties and gifts to mail off to people or just buy to take home. Terrible customer service!!! I received a notice that my package from ups was left at mailbox express on my door. I called mailbox express to confirm that they received the package before taking time out of my busy work day to drive down to the shop. The individual on the phone said he could not check as he had more important customers in the shop then proceeded to tell me to come in and check for myself before immediately hanging up on me. As a professional with experience in customer service, this is not how customer inquiries are handled. - Edit: we went into the shop to check in person and the man was completely rude about checking for the package. We addressed checking via phone and he said that was him and said you can come back tomorrow and stormed off. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! read more

SUPER HAPPY. I have never gone to one of these Mailbox places primarily bc they look so dingy from the outside and kinda sleezy. We needed a pension withdrawal notarized. Searched on Yelp. A lot of mobile notary's. I have used one once, when there were multiple signatures for convenience; but, not my choice on a personal level bc their registers with personal information and fingerprints, I feel, are less secure than a mortar stationary business. Our transaction with two signatures was super efficient, professional and thorough, checking to ensure all was in order. The price was the same as the mobile. They are in the Newland Center about four doors down from Mother's Market. The store is super clean, including a Hallmark like gift store... really nice merchandise. I observed people coming in for shipping and the familiarity to their customers was remarkable. read more

I came here for a notary and the document needed two witnesses, and they made it all happen. Thank you for quick and easy notary.

I've been using Mailbox Express now for 13 years. The current owner, Mark, took over about a year ago and provides a friendly and excellent service. I'm never disappointed with a very friendly and engaging staff,Beth and Kevin. I've used a number of their additional services, fingerprinting and notary. Overall, this is an outstanding mail provider for both sending and receiving mail. Saves getting your Amazon deliveries from being stolen! read more

I've been coming here for a few years now- it started with needing a fax sent for work and then I started shipping things to my sister and family. Everything that we have shipped has been so well packaged and put in the right box. You get to choose how you have it sent and they keep your existing addresses on file so you don't need to remember every time!!! The gift shop has been so handy for adding unique gifts the the packages I send. I haven't used the notary or live scan there yet but happy to know I can!!!! read more

!! OWNERSHIP HAS CHANGED !! The new owners are very personable, efficient, and helpful. So far I have only dropped off packages, but the folks here are nothing but friendly. I do find it very unfortunate that the new owner(s) took over a business with terrible Yelp reviews, but I appreciate their response to my previous negative review so that I was able to frequent this location again. **This business is following recommended Covid-19 protocols.** read more

I am so glad, happy relieved that this place has new owners! They are so lovely, helpful and actually seem to enjoy their customers! Alex and Sammy are a breath of fresh air and now I don't need to drive far to mail packages to avoid a negative attitude. Highly recommend this place read more

The More! Is pure attitude when you come in here to simply drop off a package and not buy anything. This place is just ok, not A-Ok. I've only been here to drop off packages that for some reason FedEX wouldn't accept. The few times I've been here the guy behind the counter seems pissed that I'm not one of the million grandma type mailing center items in the store. So yes, beyond the overpriced shipping charges this place also sells knick knacks and outdated stationary items. It's like this place was built in the 90s and then kept ordering the same items for the past 25 years. Need stamps, shipping boxes, or a kittie calendar? Let this place be your third option. read more

It is a shame that you cannot reset the Yelp page when a new owner takes over. Alex and his lovely wife are doing everything right for a new business. They are personable, competent, non-gauging, and work hard. They give their customers all the choices available for shipping and ways to cut the costs. read more

Service is always polite and fast. Have used the business to pick up packages, buy stamps and get documents notarized

How is this place even still open? The guy that is always there with the glasses is a complete joke. Does not know anything about customer service or anything about being just nice. Ask him anything and he just answers you in the rudest way possible. That just shows you how bad of a person he really is. Please if you wish to be talked down upon and be spoken to very rude then by all means come here. If not avoid this place at all cost. Go else where. Please do not give this place your business. read more

This place is very efficient, helpful and clean with a variety of supplies and gifts. Mark and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

NEW OWNERS. Absolutely wonderful people who not only care about their business, but also their customers as well. I had a boatload of documents to sign and/or notarize, and the gentleman was so patient and helpful to ensure that we did everything correctly. In my time there, I observed nothing but courteous and genuine customer service. Could not recommend this business more. read more

I love Mailbox Express in Huntington Beach, CA. Alex and Sammy are very friendly, knowledgeable and offer a variety of services, not just sending and receiving mail! Recently moved back to HB and needed a reliable place for mail deliveries. I went a couple times to Mailbox Express to obtain information on their prices for a mailbox. Not only was I greeted professionally by Alex/Sammy but they took the time to explain how their services. Here's what I didn't expect: 1. Text messages when packages are received. (Including size to be prepared) 2. Informing me of items I may need as a courtesy (he had extra items he was going to discard but asked if I wanted them) 3. Making us feel that any reasonable request from profession such as this is met with a care and dignity not often seen. I look forward to supporting Mailbox Express and the hard work the continue to display! read more

Reliable mail service. Will price compare across carriers for you every time when shipping! Very nice owners.

I had moved and unfortunately had to cancel my P.O. Box subscription and this center was still receiving my incoming packages and held onto them for weeks and texted me notifications and worked with my relative to allow for pickup. I would have assumed these packages were just total losses but this was beyond customer service for someone who's not even their current customer. Sad that I moved to Laguna Hills because the office im with now can't even get my text notifications running. I had to leave a review to let you know how much I appreciate the mindfulness and generosity of your establishment. Thank you read more
