I went to drop off some pre-labeled packages, and what really upset me is that his shop has a sign clearly advertising "SHIP PACKAGES HERE." Yet when I came in to do exactly that, I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. There was nothing on the sign indicating that pre-labeled packages weren't accepted or that he only wanted to handle packages that generated money for his business. The most upsetting part was the way he treated me. I wasn't trying to take advantage of his business or make things difficult for him. I specifically went there because I wanted to support his small business. I could have dropped my packages off somewhere else, but I chose his shop because I wanted to support him. Being spoken to and treated that way when I was genuinely trying to support him was extremely upsetting and honestly left a really bad impression on me. read more

I happened to come across this shipping store and I am so happy I did. Tony helped me find boxes to ship all my different Christmas gifts of varying sizes and was able to give me USPS vs UPS pricing. Also, it was much cheaper than my previous UPS experiences with shipping which was a pleasant surprise. To top it all off there was no wait, which is unheard of during the holidays. Although they accept package drop offs for prepaid ups and fedex, such as for return packages, they will not provide any kind of receipt or proof of drop off so I cannot recommend. They said only ups or fedex stores do this but that is incorrect : AIM mailing center on Warner happily provides a return receipt for their customers.
