This is my second time come pick up my Mail on Saturday and was closed, 9:30am still not open, and also the time before I came Saturday at 11:30am, I rent this mailbox for years and never happened like this recently, please!!!! check with the staff who have responsibilities to open for the people pick up their mail, it was ridiculous, I hopefully this review for the Main post office can resolved this problem. The young/hispanic worker who worked this morning approached me with an attitude. When I told him about my intents to mail a small package, he came off as a worker who was bothered/annoyed. As of January 2022, they are no longer accepting packages from HB or Garden Grove! I loved this post office. It's closer to my apartment than the Huntington Beach one, but since I have an HB zip, I can no longer drop off my packages here. They were having to get a second truck to pick up shipments at night. David is the absolute best, efficient, quick, I've never had a late package with this post office and the wait is never as long at the Garden Grove or HB one. This is weird but actually went well. The back alley and front is 2 stars (almost not good) by my eyes but the interior is awesome! My service was to send a package and someone help me get the package done to send it to a friend. Their quality is awesome!! I requested to pack a gift inside the box and ship it. The value is good (not great) and kinda awesome for me. At least they have postages If you don't have postages at home. Will it compare to Garden Grove USPS? I am always treated well here! Customer service is excellent. Today I was helped by David and he was awesome and very friendly. I have been helped by various other employees and they are always real nice to me and helpful (although...I have yet to be helped by any of the Asian ladies I've seen working here). This location is quite small with two parking stalls in front, a small lot in the back, and street parking. I've shipped packages around Christmas time and Valentines to Hawaii and no matter what time of day I come I never have to wait long. In terms of USPS in general (no matter the location) I really wish they put things like labels, tape, and scissors out for public use. read more

This is a great location to ship your items if you live nearby and don't feel like dealing with the bigger (and usually more busier) hubs off of Goldenwest/Bolsa or GW/Warner. There are only two parking spots up front, but plenty of parking in the back. It has a really small footprint, but there are still quite a few hundred post office boxes inside - the lobby is also pretty small as well, but they do carry the full arsenal of typical USPS services. The clerk can definitely be a bit more friendly, but the transactions are usually over in a few minutes anyway. If you're looking for stamps that the bigger hubs don't carry, this location usually has them - I was able to pick up a few "Magic of Disney" forever stamps here that were out of stock at the other locations =P. read more

I've never been to this local USPS. It's very small compared to my usual one, but the experience was much more pleasant. Usually my lady doesn't talk to me and just points in a direction or grunts when I have a question. Today, I was helped by David. Here it is almost 1 1/2 year later. I still visit this wonderful small post office although I admit, I no longer have the PO Box. This is the place to get all your stamps and special envelopes and boxes with delivery requirements that keeps you ahead in the game. So you can use your credit or debit card when cash is kind of short. Ask for the seasonal stamps and you won't be disappointed, how about jack o lantern for Halloween and always a favorite, snowmen and nativity for the holidays. Friendly service bar none, and yes, parking can sometimes be a challenge. I'm for convenience and reliable service. I know that when I use the Midway City Post Office that my mailings will get to their destination. read more

Small post office tucked away on Jackson and Bolsa. Went around noon and there was no line, ample shipping supplies and service was quick! Noticed that the worker knew everyone by name. I actually prefer the goldenwest location since it's bigger, but also means it gets more crowded. This location is good if you want to just drop off your mail and go. I came in the morning around 9am and there was a line since they wait til exactly 9am to open. I couldn't tell if the post office lady was having a bad day or if that's how she really was. She seemed like she hated her job and wasn't very friendly nor did she greet anyone. read more

I visited this post office because I needed to ship something but also to check out the P.O. boxes. It is quite small compared to other post offices I've been to. I only saw the two parking spaces in the front but as another reviewer stated there is more in the back but I honestly thought that was only for the mail vehicles. Anyways it seems that I've encountered the same lady that people here are complaining about. It's an older Asian lady from whom I immediately felt her attitude just asking what would be the cheapest way to ship my item. Once I picked out the way I wanted to ship, she asked if I wanted tracking and that it's an additional fee. I used to ship for a warehouse so I found it surprising it would be additional since the price she was giving me was similar to what I used to be charged at the warehouse WITH tracking. I declined the tracking and it wasn't days later that I found out that the class of shipping I chose already had tracking included. I saw it on my receipt today which led me to give this place a 1 star review. She purposely tried to sell me something that was already included. As you can imagine from this first impression, I will not bother getting a P.O box here just because I wouldn't trust them with my packages/mail. TL;DR- Bad attitude from an older Asian lady who tried selling me something that was already included. Checking if I should get a P.O box, I didn't. Better off going somewhere else. read more

Can you actually love the Post Office? I do. I've always had this innate fear of the Post Office due to hearing a lot of horror stories about long lines and terrible service, and I'm happy to say that this place changed and destroyed my fear. I've recently started shipping things out to people and sending packages to online friends, so it wasn't until this year when I got acquainted with the Post Office. This location is alot smaller, quieter, and I never have to spend more than 20 minutes here. I'm usually in and out asap. There are a lot of negative reviews, but I've always had amazing customer service here. I go here quite frequently about once every 1.5wks. I'm always helped by a nice man or an asian lady. Both always helped me with shipping out large quantity of packages very quickly & nicely. It is smaller, but I don't mind & im always able to find parking. I would recommend going here. Ridiculous customer service. I came to mail out an important document within the state. I asked to explain the different b/w priority mail n certified mail. They very briefly explained to me. One is for speed n one is for signature confirmation. So i choose the fast-speed one. He then charged me $6.70 n gave me a receipt w/o telling me when my mail be delivered. Turn out look at the receipt it said "delivered on Thursday." I sent my mail on Monday. Then I confronted him "how is it faster then a .50cent stamp, n cost me $6.70." He gave me the look like i was stupid n said" u chose it, what done is done I cant redo it." I meant why didn't he tell me in advance that it gonna came just as slow as a regular .50cent stamp, so i don't waste my money. How can he except the money knowing that it gonna came same time as regular mail. That guy at the post office need some ethic lesson. Ridiculous!!! read more
