Absolutely terrible experience. The service was extremely slow, and the employee named Nhu had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. She was not friendly or helpful at all, and the way she treated me made the whole experience even worse. On top of that, the photo she took was absolutely HORRIBLE. It looked nothing like a proper ID/passport photo. I honestly couldn't believe they would give a customer a photo like that after charging for the service. Very disappointing experience. I have no idea what Nhu's problem is. I've come to this usps multiple times and never encountered her luckily but seriously I understand why so many people have such issues and have left bad reviews I came in today with only one individual in front of me in line. My purpose was dropping off some military care packages overseas for the "FIRST TIME". I had my custom forms already printed, and just needed to attach them which she prompted me to do. One thing I had noticed was how curt she was with our interaction but that wasn't an issue, I understand we're all busy. But after her directing me to attach the customs forms, as I was working on that in the office I noticed when other customers asked her questions or asked for assistance, she rolled her eyes and would just say "oh my god". Rude af. Whatever- so I go back to her to drop off the packages after attaching the customs form and she takes my packages and just prints me out a tracking. I leave but as I'm walking out I realize that I hadn't had to pay postage which confused me since I I never paid online with the customs form- it just gave me an estimate based on my package info and weight . I didn't want to risk having the shipment sent back or destroyed because of unpaid postage so I go back inside and ask her about it. That's when she gives me the nastiest attitude and says "why didn't you tell me that first" and I said "that's why I'm asking you and double checking right now?" And she just proceeds to roll her eyes and basically scold me for not letting her know- but isn't it your job to make sure these packages are paid for (?) I'm generally patient as someone who also works in a customer facing job, but this was extremely frustrating and I tell her "like I had prefaced I had the customs forms printed, but in no way did I ever say I prepaid for my labels? Also I also said this was my first time sending packages overseas to a military member and you would think you would care to double check since this is your job?" Mind you up to this point I had been nice with our interactions and genuinely just curious and wanting to take the correct steps but Nhu was just extremely judgmental and acting like she didn't want to help. Only until I had asked for her name, and a huge line of people started to form behind me did she finally switch her attitude. Unfortunately at the end of this I wasn't even able to ship my packages because of a zip code issue. I ended up going to a different usps afterwards for better help with this issue. Definitely don't understand why this place gets such bad ratings. Just shipped a package out and the clerk was so nice. Receipt doesn't have name unfortunately it just says clerk 19 lol it's an older Asian lady with glasses but I could hear the younger Asian lady with glasses two windows down asking how someone's day is going. Sure, my tiny package was $17 to ship out so value is still cheaper than sending via UPS or FedEx. All in all still the most affordable way to send things through the mail. read more

Worst customer service experience. I needed to mail about 200 letters and was told I had to stamp each one myself -- after paying over $100. The employees behind the counter did not offer any assistance or even offer to collect the stamped mail, despite there being no other customers. Instead, they just stood there. For a service that handles high volumes of mail, this felt extremely outdated and inefficient. With today's technology, there are machines that can stamp or process bulk mail, yet none were offered or explained. Overall, very disappointing and not customer-friendly. read more

DON'T COME HERE FOR PASSPORT SERVICES! I should've read the reviews prior to coming here. Took time off work, went in to process my son's first time application for a passport. We had enough time to consider the routine processing time, however, due to David, and his inability to stay updated with legal documents, or incompetent in being knowledgeable in related areas, whichever suits his boat I guess. Turned my husband and I away from providing sufficient documents to prove my legal name as my son's birth certificate had my maiden name. He gave terrible advice, to go to the OC court house to change my name legally, when in fact my name HAS BEEN LEGAL for 20+ years. This guy was convincing enough that we wasted 3+ hours at the courthouse to realized, we were two idiots led by another idiot. Needless to say, we found another passport service elsewhere and took our business there, it took us less than 15 minutes, in-and-out without any issues with providing our supportive documentations. Paid expedited of course, since we wasted two weeks of our time at this USPS location. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST FOR PASSPORT RELATED SERVICES! read more

I sent a package to Aurora Colorado for $16, on May 27 with a guarantee of it arriving by May 30. it arrived in Aurora, Colorado OK, on the 29th, was scheduled "out for delivery ", not delivered, then the next day the current status showed that it was on its way to its distribution center in BUTTE MONTANA!! Three days later, it finally arrived back in Colorado and was delivered almost at 9 PM on June 5! Is this was any other business than our government, I would demand a refund, Elon certainly had the right comments on June 5 and sixth! There should be somebody with some business experience in that building in DC! It is that time of the year for holiday stamps. We drive to the usually busy main US Post Office of Westminster located on Bolsa by the 405 fwy. I wanted to get a couple of books of stamps to fit the Christmas spirit. Yes, I still send greeting cards to my close family and friends. The Post Office was not busy and had 2 eager to serve attendants. The lovely missus and I took advantage to drop off our ballots so it will be delivered safely and on-time. We were helped by a young lady with the assurance that our votes will get to destination. She also showed me many different artsy and holy stamps. All were very nice and appropriate for the Christmas season. I chose "snow globes" and "holiday elves". One thing is for sure, any left over stamps can be used "for ever" at this or any US Post Office. read more

This post office literally loses everything. They're not very knowledgeable after waiting about an hour and a half on the phone to talk to a representative. Nothing was done. They directed me back to the post office which direct me back to the phone so in the end, not only did I lose my package I receive no money back. It's just all a waiting game. Do not come here for passport services or any post office help to be honest. Made two passport appointments, the first time the person didn't bother to show up and even though the waiting area was full of people with passport appointments, the employees at the counter didn't bother to tell anyone. My husband had to go up to the counter and ask about it. The employees said they didn't know if the person would even show up. The second appointment was the same thing, the person didn't show up and the employees (two Filipino women) at the counter had no care in the world that it was the second time this had happened and they were very rude. I am super shocked to see that my regular home post office has such a low rating! I have been coming here for about 5 years now, as my PO Box is at this location. I often come to pick up mail from my box, packages that are held for me, buy money orders and ship things out of this office all the time. In my experience, I've only ever received pleasant and fast service. There usually is a line, but the staff here is pretty quick and efficient, it moves along quicky. Since I've been coming here the friendly and recognizable faces that usually help me are Hanh and David. They're so nice and helpful all the time, and with David, I usually get great service and a joke. I once had a mishap where they misplaced my package that they were holding for me, (I had proof of delivery and a slip in my PO Box for parcel pickup). When I went to retrieve my parcel, it was nowhere to be found. They took full responsibility and were very apologetic about it. They said that they would keep looking and if they didn't find it within a couple of days, they would then take steps to resolve the issue. I wasn't happy, but they then contacted me the very next day and told me they found my package. Yes, it was a drawback but even then I never felt that they were rude or unhappy to help me and all was settled. Again, this is the branch I use for all my mailing needs, I come and go probably 2-3 times a month, and I will continue to do so. I find them very convenient and useful! read more

Last week I went here to pickup my package because I missed my package when they trying delivery and needed my signature, so I CHOOSE to reschedule my delivery to customer pickup. The woman who is working on that day giving me a lot of attitudes, she was laughing, and slamming the table because she said I don't have to reschedule and stuff. The way she talked to me is like it's my fault, she kept on shaking her head on me, and laughing at me to humiliating me. Had an awful experience here at the passport agency. Had an appointment at 11:15 am to get my baby a passport. Waited around for 30 minutes. The employee there could hardly stand still long enough to answer my question as to how long it would be until we would be seen. He very rudely said (with an admonishing tone) "you see all the other people? They have an appointment too! I'll call your name when I call your name! It'll be at least an hour and half". We filled out the application at home but made some mistakes so David carefully went through them with us and gave us a new application to fill out there. I've never dealt with a worse USPS location than this one! I usually just drop my items off in the drop box but today I had multiple packages so I went inside and inquired if they had a bulk drop off as most USPS locations do. The lady who was working this Saturday morning was very rude and short to answer if they even had a bulk drop off. She asked if I was from Westminster and I told her I live in Huntington Beach which is LITERALLY only a city and street over and she said I CANNOT drop my items off at their USPS location. What?!! I've never heard of this rule in all of my years dropping off packages at other post offices. I'm pretty sure she was just on a bad one today and felt like being a complete b*tch but to tell customers they can't drop off packages just because they're from a different city is complete idiocy! Had a PO BOX here for a year and the ladies up front were very pleasant but there is an older man who wears glasses and is on a power trip.
