A huge shout out to Wendy who went above and beyond Customer Service to help me pack a very large bulky object for a return to Amazon. She's very creative, Customer Service oriented and worth the drive because of her great knowledge in the packing industry. I am so impressed that I would go out of my way to have her take care of my packages. Thank you so much for your kindness, empathy, and grace in everything you do. read more

Came here to do passport photo because the price was reasonable. The issue is that the picture was too far way so I had to pay again for another one at the post office since they wouldn't accept the picture from AIM mail center. If they offer this service they need to do it right. What a waste of money and time read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share it. The mail center was extremely disorganized and lacked accountability throughout the entire process. They assigned our business a mailbox that was already being used by someone else, which resulted in another person receiving and taking our mail. We later discovered that important filings had been sent to that mailbox and never reached us. When we raised the issue, they denied that any mail had ever been delivered there, despite clear evidence that documents went missing. Correcting these filing issues is now going to cost our business a significant amount in fees and time. What's most disappointing is that they refused to take any responsibility for a situation that was entirely caused by their own mistake. read more

In the past I have the 5267 Aim Mail center on Warner a 5 star rating. I couldn't say enough good things about them . That was when Jeff and Tree were the owners. Unfortunately now since there has been a change in ownership ( that for some reason the new owner doesn't want anyone to know who it is , even though it's really easy to look up ) , I have noticed a significant change in customer service . It' is not my favorite to write a negative review. But I felt it necessary to let people know. read more

I will ALWAYS use this AIM center from now on. There is no need to go to the awful UPS store on Edinger. This AIM center does it all. Does it with a smile Helped me with my cumbersome UPS Amazon return package (where the UPS corporate place did nothing, but try to upcharge me There's nothing like a place that takes pride in being good at what they do. Here we are able to get so much more done. I am glad to have found them --- I know my women's group uses their post office box services. A great local resource that will always be my GO TO place from now on. THANK YOU!!! read more

Called ahead to see if the had a notary service. I was short on time and they got it done quickly. The document to be notarized was from another state and that was not a problem. This place is great. The people who work here are really nice. This is where I do most of my mailings when I don't want to wait in that long post office line. They also do Notary's here. It's got plenty of parking. It's between Ralph's and Savers. I will be back. Happy Yelping! read more

We went to get passport photos. It was quick and reasonably priced. Angelee (sp) was very helpful, professional and friendly.

I wish I discovered this business years ago. I no longer have a need to go to the post office, or staples. Jeff and his team are the friendliest crew around. They can ship out what you need, print quickly and efficiently, or copy/fax your papers. They also have a couple friendly birds chirping around. This mail center has made my life easier, and saved me both time and money. Thank you Jeff and your team of dedicated workers! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have been coming here for many years and everyone there is always so helpful, friendly and nice. I regularly send packages to my family abroad or my sons in college and I appreciate how they always try to save me money by adjusting the box size or giving me less expensive options. They also have so many fun items, cards and nick knacks for sale at their store- I especially love to see what they have for the holidays. Try them out- I highly recommend this store! read more

I own a small business and I ship goods quite often. I wish I would have left a review earlier. I have been coming here for years and they always help me with my shipping needs nationally and internationally. Sometimes I give them crazy industrial stuff to ship and they always find a way to help me. This is a great AIM location, I have been to other AIM locations, but these guys I always come back to. Highly recommend for service and their products. read more

I've been here dozens of times and have always had a pleasant experience. There's rarely a wait and if there is, customer service acknowledges me right away letting me know they'll be right with me. Lately, I've been shipping out items more than I'm used to and am slowly familiarizing myself with the most economical options. Whoever is at the front is always more than patient and understanding with my questions on rates, and recently they helped me repackage an item into a smaller box in order to help save me a few bucks. I have to admit though, their prices are higher than the USPS store, so you're really paying for the convenience of no lines and swift service. Unfortunately I haven't come here as regularly because with my consistent shipping needs, I need affordability at this point. read more

You will never find a more helpful "shipping center". The people here are super friendly, fast, caring and affordable. I use them for shipping out my "sold" items. Pricing is perfect!!! They speak English, they hustle, they're thorough. In this area, there is no reason to go anywhere else. I will use them for anything and everything that I can. They've earned my lifelong business. read more

I've been relying on the services of Aim Mail Centers #29 since the first COVID-19 Stay-at-Home orders. Today I went in to mail some bling to a client who is staying indoors right now. Helpful as always ... well, today, they were more than helpful. I left my credit card in the store and ran a few more errands. I didn't even know I had left it behind. When my roommate contacted me, I was amazed! Someone from the store had already dropped it off at my house before I made it home! read more

Beware: Needed something shipped with FedEx. I inquired on the cheapest way to mail it and stating that I don't need it to get there quick. Not knowing all the FedEx options, I just went with the employee's suggestion which was the FedEx Airbill 3 day. I inquired on the cost since it was getting billed to a FedEx account, but he said he doesn't know how much it is as it's not through his shop.. I though this was a little weird. He then encouraged me to go with the 3 day as it's most economical. I found out it was ~$77 for the Airbill 3 day when I could've gotten it shipped by Ground for ~$22 in 4 days!!! read more

I had a return that needed to be picked up by UPS, I brought the package into the office with the intention of buying some packing tape and getting the box ready there.
