I recently stopped in to return a UPS package from Amazon, assuming I would be seeing the previous owner. I later realized the ownership has changed, and my experience was very different from what I've been used to in the past. I had my return label ready to go and the box fully packaged, but I had just run out of packing tape and was short one strip across the top -- about 12 inches. In the past, I've always made sure everything was fully taped, and I didn't think one missing strip would be a big issue. Unfortunately, I was told I would be charged for that small piece of tape and that I needed to pay cash. I was also informed that I would have to pay for tape to attach the shipping label as well. Because of this, they refused to accept my package as-is. The interaction left me disappointed. I understand businesses have policies, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming over something so minor. It's unfortunate, as this has long been a staple business in our community. Based on this visit, I won't be returning. I do wanna mention a woman is standing behind me, was also denied help because of few minutes later I saw her at the post office, with the same box that she had in her hands. read more

Staff was helpful and they had always have a notary available. The notary is hit and miss at other places.

They used to charge .25 cents to print out a USPS label, then they raised it to .50 cents. Then two weeks later, today I went in and they charged me $1.00 to print it out! Absolutely ridiculous! It costs .13 cents to print out something at FedEx, this place is a total rip off! I am never going back there ever again! I hope the owner knows that the people that are working for him are charging people these prices because I don't think he knows. The people I am dealing with are middle eastern. Always come to this AIM location as the service is excellent, and the prices are decent for usps packages. Went to the GG location, and as soon as I walked into the door, I was told the package would be $40 for usps, and after saying that didn't sound right, I was told $35. I asked for a padded envelope but was told the same price but was placed inside with no bubble wrap used. I came here and asked for a padded envelope and item was bubble wrapped and only charged $21. read more

The owner Jim is a rude snob. I was charged $42 for a box and bubble wrap. NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING!! I needed a box for a special painting. He had me leave it as he said he had to make the box. I returned 24 hours later only to see my painting UNWRAPPED, UNBOXED and sitting on the floor in the MAIN part of the store. He didn't remember me. I attempted to re-tell him how important it was that I box this painting properly and get it to my brother. When I returned at 4:30 this afternoon the box is ready to go and I was charged $42. I find this to be extremely ridiculous as I have had many boxes made there in the past and none were sent elsewhere to be made. I feel that he absolutely forgot about me but then somehow made it my fault. I will never use them again! And I will definitely be spreading the word! Jim needs some people skills! Used to come here to send letters and get passport stuff done, but will not be anymore. I always send small postal letters here internationally to Europe (costing me around 4$ every time). Yet today I came in, and I was told sending the letter would cost at first $70, and then around $28. I told her I've come here before to send letters and it cost me only $4...it's a small envelope that barely weighs more than a piece of paper, I didn't want no fast delivery or anything. She then was gonna out my addresses labeled envelope letter into another set of packaging...like just put the stamp on the envelope itself? The lady seemed very kind about it and was nicely trying to also figure it out with me, but I honestly I don't know if she was wrongly calculating it or if something wasn't working on their system or what. It even took two of them trying to figure it out when all I wanted was the stamp and to mail the letter. Either way, thank god I went next door to the US Post office, as it ended up costing me only $1.45 to send the letter to Europe with the stamp (even cheaper than the $4 i had been spending here before... and the $28 they were asking me for today??). read more

First of all they have new owners so all the negative reviews about the previous owners should be deleted. The new owners have completely cleaned up the shop and are very helpful and friendly. But this review is for one of the employees Annjolie. I sent a box with extremely sensitive personal information to one of my clients via UPS. UPS said they delivered the box on the 15th and that someone named Rick had signed for it. Come to find out, the receiver was not even in the office when the box was allegedly delivered, and there is no one working there named Rick. Fast forward 8 stressful days later and I end up telling this story (after UPS declined to open an investigation) to one of the reps at AIM named Annjolie. She immediately went into to Private Investigator mode, took down as much info as I had, and told me she was on it. I did not have much hope at this point, so I left and she told me she would work on it. She called me later that day to give me an update, and assure me she was pulling out all the stops to find the package. The next day, the package magically appeared at the correct location. Then Annjolie called me ON HER DAY OFF to tell me she had called every surrounding business, struck out there, then tracked down the area UPS store, lit a fire under someone who must have found the box the driver had not really ever delivered and delivered it that day. I don't know the entire chain of events, I am just relieved this woman was the one working that day. Not finding this package would have caused a lot of issues for my business and for the receiver. I can not thank her enough! And UPS - you suck. No help at all. read more

I usually do print jobs at Staples, UPS, Fedex, etc. and I've never been happy with their customer service experience. It takes forever to get someone on the line, then answers to your questions are different depending on who answers. The jobs come out nice but the time and effort to get it done has always been frustrating. My past experience with everyone else is once I send over the job on email, I would have to constantly call to ensure they received it, that they didn't forget about me, that it's ready before I get there. And even through all that, sometimes, I arrive and my job isn't done and I have to wait. If you call AIM Mail Center, the phone is always answered quickly and with amazing customer service. I had a 200 page print job (2 jobs) and wanted it quickly, I wanted to get in, grab my job and leave. I received an email reply that it would be completed and ready for me for my pick up time. When I arrived, my job was ready for me! It's how things should go but I never had this experience elsewhere. Jim and his team does a great job, highly recommend! read more

I want to say how helpful this Center is and how nice the people are. I know it's right next to the Post Office, but so much less crowded. I stopped in because I needed to buy tape. The girl behind the counter was so nice and helpful (I wish I got her name...if she reads this, I asked about renting Mail Boxes too) when I went to buy the tape she told me that she would tape up my boxes and put on the labels for me! You wouldn't get that service at the Post Office! They also have the cutest cards and padded mailing envelopes for special occasions. They carry office supplies and rent mail boxes. Next time you're heading to the Post Office on Atlanta, I'd give this wonderful spot a thought. read more

I called about 8:30 a.m. to ask if they would print a resume for me, the guy tells me to send it. I gave them two hours to do it and showed up at 10:30 a.m. and the grumpy lady told me I need to send it to a different email. Then she tells me to send it to the same email which I already sent it to, but now I have to wait for someone with several packages to pick up a single printed resume for 10 cents. Not worth my time. It was all worth it. Jim and his team just helped me complete my business card and WOW! I LOVE IT!! I am not a patient person. Jim had to walk me through multiple steps as we finalized the design, paper type, and finished look. For example, I fell in love with another business card that had a special feeling/sensation to the paper. I found myself holding the card longer, looking at it, reading it--all because of the silk/satin-like feel on my fingertips. I was determined to do something similar with my card and Jim was kind enough to give me a third option, SUEDE!! Man, I thought I liked the last card, but thanks to Jim, I love my card even more. Just when we thought we were done, I googled other ideas and found something like UV Foil. Sure enough, his office was able to oblige with that sheen/shine effect for our logo front and back! Jim did his best to manage my experiences but I must not have heard him correctly. Long story short, I was getting impatient and I had a presentation coming up. I really needed my cards but had already resigned myself to the reality they were not coming in time. Well, when there is a will there's a way! Jim made a special call to get the cards in ASAP and they arrived just in time! And when I say, "just in time", Jim arrived in person to drop off my cards AT MY PRESENTATION! Been a box holder here for several years. Both times I've used their Fed Ex service, they have failed me. The first time, I was charged an additional $20 by Fed Ex against my account, despite paying them $76 for the package. The second time, my husband came in to mail a fed ex package on Tuesday and they didn't confirm the delivery date with him and left me hanging on delivery because they didn't tell my husband the package wasn't going to be mailed for 24 hours. We could have chosen 2 day mail had we known the package wouldn't get to the designation by Friday. These people are living in their own cloud. These people really left me hanging this second time.
