It's been a while since I've been to this Post office, but today it was conveniently located. I was at first hesitant because of past experiences. Today was a nice experience, fast, friendly and kind smile! Thank you! I see that there was a younger lady who was friendly & she answered questions with a smile and we didn't seem to be bothering her. Out with the old & in with the new! Sometimes that's what companies or organizations need to do. Question yourself, "does this person represent my company like it should be represented?" I can't express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this office. I have gone in with my boss several times to get an address change for her mom whom. Has passed and all they do there in that office is give me the run around. We brought allllllll the paperwork they requested then decided to add more requirements that were not originally requested making us take more then 3 trips. The manager iIS NO HELP!! They stood there shaking there head when as if we were the issue when his employees can't explain anything. We can't have my bosses mother come to sign since she is passed so it's really crazy and ridiculous that we have to go thru this! We are going on our 5th trip. I received a phone call this morning from an unlisted number. Normally, I decline and send it straight to voicemail. I hadn't had my coffee yet so I actually answered the call. I'm glad I did! I didn't get his name, or more likely I don't remember it due to lack of caffeine. Anyway, he explained he was calling from King Station, had a package with my name, phone number, house number, zip code, but no street name. The people there are great, but the policy is garbage. According to the POSTAL clerk, your package isn't scanned in there, but rather it is transferred and then then scanned at the USPS hub on Sunflower. So, be careful when you send in your package because if they lose it, they'll claim they've never received your package. That's the dumbest logistical error I've ever heard. Giving us American a bad name when you're representing the UNITED STATES. Garbage. read more

DO NOT DROP OFF PREPAID SHIPPING PACKAGES! Especially if you don't want to wait in line. I suggest that you wait inline to receive the PROOF RECEIPT that it was scanned into the tracking system. They lost my package and will not take responsibility!!! I dropped it off and hand it personally to a worker since it was prepaid. I was in a hurry so I did not get a tracking receipt because the other post office workers were busy with other customers. They obviously didn't scan it into the system,I wouldn't be surprised if they were stealing since it's happened plenty of times..READ THE LOW RATING REVIEWS. The whole "they scan it somewhere else" is BS because you obviously get a receipt that it's been scanned and tracked if you actually wait in line and demand receipt. read more

I've been trying to drop off a package for over a week. My package already has a label I just need to drop it off but they're never open. I come here because it's close to my house and work and I come during regular business hours and no matter what day of the week I show up they're always closed. Honestly just shut it down if you're not gonna be open. Why even bother to put this place on a map. read more

I went in to go drop off some mail today. I had to write a note on a potato inviting my friend to our Halloween party and as I asked to borrow a pen and find a counter in the lobby to start my penmanship, this bitter old white lady who was working behind the counter starts arguing with her coworker, the black woman with the thick accent in such a condescending manner. I was disgusted. As the black woman tried to deescalate the situation by saying "okay okay, I'll ask someone else."the white worker had more smart remarks to say behind her breathe "I have over 30 years worker here how are you going to question me, you should of learned that during your training..." This "experienced" worker needs to be let go, no matter how long she has been there. It couldn't of been hard to show a little kindness and talk to her coworker with some respect. I was thinking of applying to work here but not with that toxic old white woman. read more

This place may be small but they scan in packages faster than any other post office location within the area. When selling online that's very important. Yes parking may be limited but who stays at the post office for a long period of time? You're in and then out. It's not that hard to find a quick spot. Whether it be in their teeny tiny parking lot or street or even across the street at the liquor store. It's worth it when you need packages moving THAT DAY to their destination and this place will get it moving. Customers love my fast delivery times because of this location and that's coming from my AWFUL experience with the post office located off of Sunflower :/ The one off of Sunflower is TERRIBLE! They take a FULL business day before shipping out your package AND they lose packages regularly. So YES I'm happy with my switch and YES each post office varies with how they manage their work load. I mean honestly, how do you know what these employees do with your stuff? It's your word against there's so I guess insurance is key. read more

Request online to pick up some packages at my house. I put in the note ring the bell or knock on the door when arriving. The mailing just drop off and mail and pick up slip in the mail box and run. They so lazy. Couple hours later I received the email said package already pick up? I call the post office and complain some guy pick up the phone said I will track down that mail man and come back pick up your package tonight. I wait to 8 pm no one stop by. Bad service never request this service from this location again. Garden grove location is a lot better with pick up and drop off service. read more

It is the first time in years I have left the post office smiling! She had tons of Valentines singing stuffed animals and had a killer personality!! I'm not sure why this location has such a bad review. I have been coming here for years and They have been nothing but helpful. I shipped a variety of items and Sofia helped me all the time. Saved me money when even shipping a book! You have to go at the right time where there's no line otherwise you will expect a wait. I usually go in the middle of the week otherwise it gets busy Monday or Friday when people are trying to send things before the weekend. read more

This is by far the friendliest nicest most professional post office in the area. I put wax seals on my cards but also in case the wax seal in an envelope so doesn't make a mess if it cracks they appreciate that and always just charge me the non machinable never overcharge me like all the other post offices in the area. I love the community this post office encourages and will continue to come here I just wish I could come here more but on a fixed income I can only make it every so often. But the staff definitely encourage me to send more snail mail out then I usually would. read more

This younger mailman which works out of this location tossed my packages standing from the sidewalk and didn't want to open my gate which is only waist high. He delivered the regular mail normally earlier in the day to my mailbox. When he came back a 2nd time with his truck to drop off the packages he just tossed them On the cemented portion of my yard opening up one of the packages. It's happened on multiple instances. Over he last few months we've been having MAJOR issues with this post office. We have a small dog and our carrier was obviously opposed to him. In our first incident as most dogs do, he got out the screen door and ran at the carrier. The carrier made a conscious choice to kick my dog. It's my understanding that they changed the carrier and we got a curb side box. A month or so later our mail stopped arriving again. I went to the station and asked about the issues. The lady at the front couldn't give me a time or date but stated my dog tried to bite the mail man. Ironically no one had been home that weekend so it seemed high unlikely it was my dog. We spoke with the supervisor and after a few trips they agreed to reinstate our mail. But nothing ever came. Multiple family members have gone down to the station and they keep saying they are fixing it but the issue still persists. I went down today and they lady at the front was very rude to me. Wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor at all and stated we have 10 days to get a P.O. Box or they are sending all our mail back. Currently on hold to file a complaint with the usps. My family has owned this home for over 50 years and never had an issue till the end of 2018. I'm appalled at the level of customer service given by this station. read more

I bought a package off ebay and received a notice that the package has underpaid postage. I contact seller who provide a link to an official ebay (https://community.ebay.com/t5/Announcements/USPS-Begins-Automated-Package-Verification-Changing-Underpaid/ba-p/27295374) that basically said if sender under or overpaid postage the difference will debit/credit to account. I explain to postage person who seems to have no idea what this apv system is and then said the sender underpaid so I either pay up or send it back. I believe both sides but believe more on the sender and ebay more than the post person who most likely did not know this apv or don't want to use it whatever. Either way it means more work for me which makes me cranky. I suggest the post office people read up on the apv system so my package will actually arrives without fault of my own. Very poor customer service! What happened to this place? The staff here used to be so friendly. I came in to mail a pkg late this afternoon and a young lady working behind the counter (I didn't get the correct spelling of her name Romaine?) was assisting two non English speaking customers and was speaking down to them in a very condescending tone. One was doing his best to interpret for his senior citizen companion and you think "Romaine" could have had a little more compassion. I offered to help interpret and she just rushed to push us aside. She was rude to all the foreigners as if they were a bother. Show some damn humanity! If you were in a country where the language was foreign to you, plus you were elderly and could barely see how would you feel? Plus to be talked down to! I'm sorry but you're a straight up bitch! USPS you need to give your employees at this location some better customer service training. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect! She seemed more bothered than grateful that I helped them. The gentlemen, on the other hand, were very gracious. Shame on you Romaine or whatever your name is! Small office, but most disappointing, they have removed the outside blue box, and lock the doors after and before business hours, even to the mail slots. You have no ability to mail a letter other than the business hours they are open. This should not be called a U.S. post office. read more

This post office is the size of a utility closet, has little to no parking, and looks like its been cleaned less than the homeless guy on the corner nearby. Even with all this, its still better than half the post offices I've been to. This tiny location has one thing going for it, no one knows its here and thus lines are never very long. The staff is "entertaining" to say the least and so long as your needs aren't to complicated will serve you well. Come prepared because the selection of boxes/tape etc is non existent. read more
