I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon planning to spend a few hours at the self-print station. I had dozens of documents that I needed to print, each with specific page numbers and print specifications. My plan was to manually select each document, review which pages needed to be printed, and print out everything. These documents had sensitive information which is why I wanted to print them out myself instead of sending it online. The machines for some reason weren't printing from my usb drive. Each machine I tried gave me an error message and told me to get assistance. I went to the counter and Sarbani helped me. She reviewed my documents and the machines, and couldn't see what the issue was. Sarbani took it upon herself to personally help me, and I am so grateful for it! At the counter, we went through each of my files on my usb drive, reviewed them, and confirmed which pages needed to be printed - exactly what I would be doing by myself but now much faster with her help. We spent over an hour going through every file and she was patiently helping me out, confirming everything with me. She had incredible customer service as she helped me out and I was able to get all of my documents printed perfectly! Working customer service jobs can be extremely difficult, especially when customers come in with tech issues, but she maintained extreme professionalism and I could not be happier with the results! I only came to this location since it was open on Sunday, but I may just take the drive out to this location just because of Sarbani! Managers - give her a raise! She's doing an amazing job!!!

He showed me some of his work, and gave me some info and pricing and honestly it was a no brainer, went home and designed three stickers for my business and sent them in to him:) he did offer to help me design them initially too, but I've had some ideas saved for a while and had a specific vision in mind and he said it was no problem just to send them to him and he'll make it happen. He got it done quickly, and he did offer a variety of sizes and cuts and was super efficient with responding to DMs and communicating!
