    The staff is nice, but the store isn't. I've now renewed my mailbox for 2 years without 24 hour access like it says on my receipt. The price goes up and I get nothing more for it. I wouldn't recommend a mailbox or anything else really. Cheapskates don't even offer a discount when you have more than one box!

    1st time in, and I'd do it again.  Friendly, Helpful and glad I stopped in. - Two men are inside a UPS Store, one taking a selfie and the other standing behind the counter, both smiling.

    Got here at 830am on a Monday. The definitely don't open at 830am. Lights off, doors locked, no one inside. Definitely unreliable

    This review is for Sarbani…read more Sarbani is such an amazing employee and was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond in helping me today with my print order. I went in on a Sunday afternoon planning to spend a few hours at the self-print station. I had dozens of documents that I needed to print, each with specific page numbers and print specifications. My plan was to manually select each document, review which pages needed to be printed, and print out everything. These documents had sensitive information which is why I wanted to print them out myself instead of sending it online. The machines for some reason weren't printing from my usb drive. Each machine I tried gave me an error message and told me to get assistance. I went to the counter and Sarbani helped me. She reviewed my documents and the machines, and couldn't see what the issue was. Sarbani took it upon herself to personally help me, and I am so grateful for it! At the counter, we went through each of my files on my usb drive, reviewed them, and confirmed which pages needed to be printed - exactly what I would be doing by myself but now much faster with her help. We spent over an hour going through every file and she was patiently helping me out, confirming everything with me. She had incredible customer service as she helped me out and I was able to get all of my documents printed perfectly! Working customer service jobs can be extremely difficult, especially when customers come in with tech issues, but she maintained extreme professionalism and I could not be happier with the results! I only came to this location since it was open on Sunday, but I may just take the drive out to this location just because of Sarbani! Managers - give her a raise! She's doing an amazing job!!!

Since the new owner took over, the level of professionalism and reliability has changed dramatically. My last three visits in November were all problematic. On one morning, the owner arrived about eight minutes late, and another customer was waiting with me. On the other two mornings, I arrived at 9:00 AM (their posted opening time) and the store was still closed at around 9:12 AM. I never saw the owner arrive on those days, and I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait indefinitely. I have photos documenting these late openings. These late openings were not isolated mistakes. They formed a clear pattern over multiple visits. After failing to pick up my mail during these three visits, I stopped going in person because I could no longer trust that the business would open at its posted hours. Because of these repeated delays, I asked the new owner to confirm a 9 AM pickup time for my remaining mail. I wasn't asking for anything outside their posted business hours. I even gave a wide range of possible days. Despite that, my messages were ignored for two full business days, even though I replied within a couple of hours during their business hours. When I finally received a response, it was a single word "Monday" with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the previous delays or missed openings. The communication was consistently cold, minimal, and unprofessional. Update: I went in on 1/26/2026 to pick up my remaining mail. The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.

The lady who did my fingerprints was very sweet and helpful. There was a guy there who I guess was like a security guard kind of a guy just not really in a security guard uniform who was basically just there to make sure I don't cause harm or whatever but he was I guess not overtly aggressive or anything, I just thought maybe he didn't read the clues very well and could've been a bit more friendly towards me. The cost of the fingerprinting isn't relevant to Orange Hill Mailbox but it wasn't bad, at $39 per set. It was an interesting drive to a new area for me!

    Came here to get a LiveScan fingerprint reading for a job and Mena's Mail Place did the trick!…read more They were not busy at all so I was able to get my fingerprinting done in less than 10 minutes for $20... However-- this is not what makes this place awesome. What makes it worth writing about is their selection of merchandise. If you are into statues of Jesus, Egyptian themed artifacts (serious), rhinestone encrusted dogs (still serious), or other various highly desirable gift giving opportunities--then this is the place for you. Never have I seen such a random display of items for sale. The greeting cards have probably been sitting on the shelf for at least a decade--they referenced things like the "El Nino" weather patterns and "The Macarena". The only thing missing was a card that talked about that "new" rapper, Vanilla Ice. Or maybe something about Crystal Pepsi. It was like going to the Smithsonian for pop-culture references of the 90s! As if this wasn't enough to make this place epic, they also had pamphlets giving out information on the bible in both English and Spanish. And wooden birds. And children's barrette's. So when you feel like making your white elephant gift exchange a real hit, come to Mena's Mail Place and pick out something absolutely unforgettable that people will be talking about for the rest of the year.
