Staff member was rude to my wife and my granddaughter. They brought in returns from Amazon and the guy told them you need box and label but we had a box. More and more, I really like the UPS Store. Besides being super convenient to where I live, the people I've dealt with recently have been super nice and very efficient, even when they are busy. They are pricy, but you pay for their service which hasn't let me down yet. What's not so good isn't necessarily this UPS store's fault, but their parking is horrible. It's not the number of spaces, it's how crammed together they are. If you park in front of the store, you're dealing with people coming into and out of the parking lot. Backing out can be real challenge when you get a couple pickup trucks, some vans, and then people trying to walk to/from their cars so be careful! read more

I always go to Anaheim hills location but I stopped by here while I was out and about to do Amazon returns. I will never return back to this location again. The man that helped me was the most aggressive, rude, unhelpful person. You couldn't get a sentence out without him, jumping in speaking over you. He was very argumentative and complained the whole time I was in there how retail needs to come back because he's sick and tired of Amazon returns every day. I'm a repeat customer. Usually have no problems. One day I'm dressed up for a job interview and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Then another day I'm dressed casually and picking up a package for a friend and the print on the directions said that all you need is a tracking number to pick up a package when usually they require the addresses to be there with their ID. The directions clearly said that if I was not the addressee I would just need the tracking number. I was treated with a lot of anger and frustration and it was implied that I was trying to steal the package/commit fraud. I understand that the worker was trying to follow best practices, but don't take your frustration out on me because your policies are inconsistent. I still said thank you and I understand his frustration with the policies and he didn't even look at me and ignored me, when he gave me the package. I've done tons of amazon returns here, no problem. Today when I walked in there was a different vibe. The employee working was explaining to another customer how he couldn't help her with her amazon return. I checked the fine print and my Amazon return to did need packaging but I had packed my item so I should have been fine? Nope! I hadn't sealed up my box properly so the employee was refusing my return unless I purchased a piece of tape. A piece of tape. I've been given tape for free at this and other locations before.. and it's hard to be warm to someone who when you walk in the door is being standoffish. " this is a business we can't be giving away things for free." I paid $1 for tape but I never received a receipt. I am doubtful I will continue to use this location for amazon returns -which admittedly was the only reason I would stop in here, generally usps is cheaper for shipping. read more

Don't come here to get passport photos done. Or just don't come at all. They don't follow the guidelines so your photo will be rejected by passport agents. I had to pay to get my photos done AGAIN. Spend a total of $20 at 2 places just for a 2 inch photo. Thanks a lot. Also they charged $2 for a strip of tape? Stupid ridiculous. So I came to this UPS store today and the kid behind the counter was very rude. I don't think he ever looked me in the eye, and he had a sour look on his face like he didn't want to be there. His name tag said he was the assistant manager. I guess that's what an assistant manager does. There were 2 employees in the store at the time and neither of them were wearing masks. I really don't care to be honest with you, but if they were not gping to wear masks, they should at least compensate by being a little more customer service oriented, friendly. There may be aline, but wait times usually are minimal - if they aren't moving, it's not b/c of the staff, it's usually b/c of unprepared Customers holding up the line. TIP: have ALL your QR codes ready (screen shots work well for me) ... internet lag, Amazon app/website lag. etc. are all non-existant if you take screenshots. read more

I must point out the Manager, Greg and the Assistant Manager, Mark, for their outstanding work, along with the daily operations of the store. They remain loyal employees maintaining the daily operation. This review partially reflects UPS- not this store!! The five stars reflects the service received from Greg who was trying to help us address the situation. I just don't know where else to write a review of UPS. My husband and I took the utmost care to put together a gift basket for his parents. He took forever to wrap things inside and even make sure the wine we were shipping was well padded and completely wrapped itself in bubble wrap. Well, not even 24 hours later we get a notice FROM UPS (not this store) saying the package was damaged. Clothes bought inside were likely stained because of a broken wine bottle(s). A gift card was inside as well. Not only are we heartbroken it will possibly not get to them in time for Christmas, but we are so sad to have to rebuy items we spent the money on. Thank goodness my husband insured the package, but who knows what amount of time we will need to wait to get that money. At Christmastime and year round, the drivers and employees of UPS (and the warehouses) need to take utmost care with packages marked as fragile, containing liquid, or just filled with precious gifts for friends and family. UPDATE- I spoke to Greg, the manager of the store and he graciously offered to cover new shipping costs. I know it wasn't his fault, but it was just so disappointing to spend all that money for our items to be damaged. I appreciated all of his help to do his best to rectify the situation. He even went over every item in the package with me on the phone after he received it back at the store. I wish there was a way to leave a yelp review for the actual UPS delivery people or warehouses! LOL. Just very grateful for Greg and his attention to detail! read more

I walked into UPS an hour before they closed thinking that my package was ready to go. WOW was I wrong! LOL... I realized that all my documents had several errors in it and couldn't be sent that way! Well, while it took everything in me to keep my composure I knew that if I tried to head back to work I would never make it in time. These packages needed to arrive in Florida the very next morning!!! I couldn't stop the tears, I knew that I had things that needed to be corrected and no time left. When Greg noticed I was stressing out, he asked me whats wrong and I just poured out my heart to him like he was the bartender and I was the lonely bystander sharing my life story. LOL... Honestly, if it wasn't for Greg my company might of been out 1000's of dollars!!! I owe him more than he could ever comprehend and his support that day saved my life. He calmed me down just by encouraging words and his soft voice and caring disposition helped me to stay on track and focused. I have had plenty of experiences with Greg, he has our entire company that only uses UPS because of him!!! He deserves a promotion, a raise, a vacation LOL and Employee of the Year!!! UPS has no idea what type of diamond in the rough they have working for them and the money they make because of the service Greg provides. Busy UPS, where all customers were wearing masks---but NOT the employee. No point in having plexiglass shields if you don not stay behind them (because you can not to serve the customer) and the employee is NOT wearing a mask, and obviously none even nearby. If you value your health, do not go here. I have also used the UPS store in Villa Park, and the employees always where masks, and they marked the floor to guide social distancing. read more

I told him I was never charge at any other UPS store before and ask do you have any sign or anything that said that he said "no but it's been our policy for years". This is probably not the best UPS store to go since the owner wanna nickel and dime you.
