I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

She watched us the entire time. We were so desperate we went to a boba drink shop in the complex to charge. When we came back she was still staring at us. We printed our files and then asked another employee for some help regarding larger scale printing services. As we walk down to the counter the manager and another employee are straight up staring at us while being with customers themselves. We just felt really uncomfortable.

Staples is not inexpensive, and I could probably find things on Amazon for less, but you pay for the convenience of being to able to actually see what you're buying. I purchased my last few chair mats here, as well as my printer paper, which I usually have delivered so I don't have to carry it or load it into my car. Their text message deals are actually pretty good if you pay attention. The people who work there are nice enough, though one guy swore they didn't make what I was looking for, even though I had bought one there years ago. I simply waited a couple of weeks, and it turns out it was just out of stock.

My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Since the new owner took over, the level of professionalism and reliability has changed dramatically. My last three visits in November were all problematic. On one morning, the owner arrived about eight minutes late, and another customer was waiting with me. On the other two mornings, I arrived at 9:00 AM (their posted opening time) and the store was still closed at around 9:12 AM. I never saw the owner arrive on those days, and I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait indefinitely. I have photos documenting these late openings. These late openings were not isolated mistakes. They formed a clear pattern over multiple visits. After failing to pick up my mail during these three visits, I stopped going in person because I could no longer trust that the business would open at its posted hours. Because of these repeated delays, I asked the new owner to confirm a 9 AM pickup time for my remaining mail. I wasn't asking for anything outside their posted business hours. I even gave a wide range of possible days. Despite that, my messages were ignored for two full business days, even though I replied within a couple of hours during their business hours. When I finally received a response, it was a single word "Monday" with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the previous delays or missed openings. The communication was consistently cold, minimal, and unprofessional. Update: I went in on 1/26/2026 to pick up my remaining mail. The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.

The staff seem very happy & nice but the service is severely lacking. I experienced two insufficient transactions in two weeks, and I had to make two trips back to the store. The employee that assisted me the first time was trying to manage several customers at once. Subsequently there were several errors and one customer left very unhappy! After my second visit I called and spoke to the manager to get my transaction corrected. He was very abrupt and unconcerned and said he would call me back. I never received a call back and I was directed to contact the consumer complaint department at ups.gov. This situation is not the employees fault! I think management needs to be a better example and get more staffing help! read more

Came in to ups store today to make an amazon return, was unaware that they charged for tape the associate Mark offered to let me use the regular scotch tape so I said ok. The manager Greg Veix said we should be changing you for that all rude. Need a new manager with customer service Greg Veix is not that person. Never come to this ups again. read more

Usually finding a notary can be difficult or expensive this particular UPS Store has a notary on site and only charges $12 so well it sucks that I have to go to court at least the notary service to serve the bastard only cost me $12 read more
