Just shipped all my stuff out to Tennessee using the Postal Zone off of YL Blvd and Lakeview. They couldn't have been more helpful assisting me and repackaging some of my items that may have been too heavy, oversized and took extra precaution with my fragile items. They were also very generous with their discounts and prices. I highly recommend using their store. Don't think you would get this experience at a UPS or Fed-Ex store. read more

Came in to pick up a Uhaul and this lady was so rude to us! She kept snapping at me to pick up the pen and click buttons on the little credit card reader (yes, I have used one before, you don't need to yell at me every screen). When the total bill came up I was looking at the breakdown on her computer screen to make sure all the items were correct (we got a few extra things like insurance), and she got all salty and snapped at me to stop looking. Lady, I'm dishing out almost $150 here, can I not take 2 seconds to make sure the bill is correct? Stay, stay away. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. The new owner Glenn is The most unprofessional, unreasonable, conflicted and argumentative person I have ever encountered. The previous owner Sandy was amazing, in my 6 years as a customer of hers never did I have one single complaint. It is until she sold this business to Glenn earlier this year that the outpouring of mistakes, overcharges, disrespect and unprofessionalism begin. I've been a customer here for years. Sandy (previous owner) was always so helpful and friendly. I always loved talking to her while doing business... She would always tape my packages and print necessary forms as needed without charging me. Since then the new owners are all about business and money not so much customer service. Today I was there to mail a pre paid package. I did not have the mailing form with me & needed to be printed. I was told it would cost $2 for a service fee! Gimme a break...$2 to print a half page address form?!! I'm going somewhere else for now on to do business. Excellent customer service! It's my 2nd time doing a live scan and I chose this location, and I am absolutely pleased I did. My 1st live scan at a different location wasn't pleasant because I have sweaty hands due to genetics and the person assisting me was getting impatient and snappy However the workers here were so patient and kind. They even got out a fan so my hand would dry faster. I think because of how sweet the workers were, I wasn't as nervous so the live scan was a breeze! Drove from Fullerton to avoid the post office and it was worth it! The service was attentive, personal, and helpful. I got to see all the possible price quotes for shipping my package internationally and felt at ease with their recommendations and advice. FINALLY, Shipping simplified!!! I didn't have to fill out any forms -- they do it all for you, electronically. I didn't get any snark for packaging or writing addresses differently. I walked with a prepaid package but just want to make sure that the receiver will know that I really mailed it so I asked for a receipt and said they charge .50 cents for that!!!!! Seriously??? A pack of 20 stamps costs $11 at the post office and at many supermarkets, but at Postal Zone, it cost me $13.50. I needed a little bit of extra postage for a letter than weighed over an ounce. The extra postage should be 15 cents, but at Postal Zone, it cost 90 cents. Even though there are USPS (US Postal Service) signs on the front and inside the store, this store marks up the prices. Just be aware if you go there. Maybe, the extra cost might be worth it if you can't get to the post office. It would be really good customer service and fair business practice for Postal Zone to make clear that they mark up postal prices if they are going to display USPS and US Postal Service in their store. read more

Postal clerks personable and friendly but unfortunately NOT experienced with INTERNATIONAL mailing procedures. I do NOT recommend for international mailing. I was ILL ADVISED RE customs!!!!! I paid for 3-Day shipping @ $126.00 The package took WEEKS to arrive.....WEEKS....due to hold up in customs due to RED FLAG!!! Due to ill advisory of postal clerks RE value of package. It was so stressful....sending emails back and forth to Postal clerk and to recipient in Germany about product value and not knowing if the package was going to arrive or not. It took WEEKS to arrive due to ill advice on product value suggested by postal clerk. In fairness for fault of poor advice for quick shipping I'd requested a partial refund but denied. Again, I paid $126.00 for 3-day shipping and it took weeks. Clerks later chalk it up ---that its out of their control because it was in customs.....but NO.....the package was held up because of the ill advice for package value. STAY AWAY FOR INTERNATIONAL MAILING. I've never mailed anything international before and I've never traveled out of the country before....so this was a learning experience. read more

I unfortunately misplaced my passport two weeks before traveling to Cabo San Lucas. I had called and asked for a passport photo and sandy and another nice gentlemen made my experience here so nice and quick. We told her my mother and I were traveling down to LA in hopes to go to the passport agency and receive a passport faster and cheaper. She advised is her son had recently gone to cancun and got his same day and she would ask where, took down our phone number and texted us not even an hour after we left with the info of where to go. I needed a U-Haul truck recently when moving to a new home. I signed up for the rental using U-Haul's site and was told that Postal Zone was my pickup location. In my experience, places that offer a wide variety of services are generally mediocre at most of them, but my experience with Postal Zone was very positive. The service was quick, very friendly and the truck I rented was clean and ready for me to take right when I arrived. Returning the truck after moving took all of 90 seconds and the service--provided by a different person this time--was just as pleasant as when I first arrived.
