Arrived late in the day with a package I wanted shipped VIA FEDEX to a friend in Oregon. After closing, I noticed that it was being shipped VIA USPS. If I had wanted it shipped by the US Post Office, I could have gone across Chapman. The man who took my order seemed not to care what he was doing. The next day, I arrived at the business as soon as they opened to retrieve the package and was told by the woman at the desk -- without apology, I might add -- that it had already been taken to the post office. In the future, I will try another place to take my business that gives better service and cares about its customers. read more

I was looking for a place to receive mail as I live full time in an RV. My neighbor who also is living full-time in his RV suggested "the international mailbox on 1519 east Chapman avenue in Fullerton CA. I walked in and told him I needed a PO box to receive mail because I was living in my RV and I moved around a lot. He (I didn't get a name) gave me paperwork to fill out, saying that I had to have proof of a permanent resident. Huh?? I am confused, because I get my mail at a friend's house now. But I don't get Mail where I am??? He had absolutely no patience with me and basically said he couldn't help me "Go somewhere else". No problem I said, and left. What a horrible way to do business. How is this business a registered livescan location? It should NOT be. I went to this place with no expectations - literally just needed a livescan aka my fingerprints scanned and uploaded and documents faxed to the Board of Registered Nursing. Simple. Doesn't require any skill. However, he exceeded my expectations and managed to make this experience horrific. If you need a LIVESCAN or something important done right, don't leave it up to Choi. He didn't communicate anything that he was doing, wanted me to blindly trust that he knew what he was doing, pay the fees and just leave. He made the other customer in there feel uncomfortable, and he made me feel as if I did something horribly wrong by asking him questions. What an embarrassment of a business... this ruined my day. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LIVESCAN. This was the only location near me open on Saturday so I decided to give it a chance. Worst mistake, stick to UPS or the police station. He doesn't know what he's doing and it shows. read more

International Mailbox has been excellent. You get great friendly service for affordable prices. Hard to beat that! The only knock is that it's a small location run by a family, so if there's more than 2 or 3 people waiting to ship something out, you might have to wait a bit. But that's not enough in my book to knock off a star, so I'm still giving them 5 out of 5. read more

I needed to get Live Scan fingerprints done, and because of Covid, the police department was not offering this service so I was recommended to come to International Mailbox. It was quick and easy. Plenty of parking in the back. I also was able to mail my Real Estate application while I was there, which saved me a trip to the post office. Was not helpful at all. We wanted to send some items to Mexico buy he said we can't send anything. If we want to send items is too expensive for us just send money. I call a different office and they said we can bring the items and they will package it and ship it. I don't think he cared to help us out as a customer. read more

I know, this seems like an odd thing to review. But if you have ever had to send a package overnight, or needed materials for packing things up, and had to deal with all the crappy shipping offices out there, then you will appreciate this. This business is awesome. It was my first time there and it is just down the street from where I work. Easy parking, no line, and the guy working there (owner?) was pleasant and very helpful. I even got a discount on the FedEx fee! I have no idea why I haven't come here sooner, but I highly recommend using this location if you are in the CSUF area and need to ship something via FedEx, UPS, or whatever. read more

I was looking for a place to get a passport photo for our infant daughter. Due to her size, she must be photographed while laying down. Even though International Mailbox only has a traditional passport photo setup (for people that can stand up), the owner was kind enough to take time and look for another photographer that could take a picture for a newborn. But that's not even the best part. When the other photographer he called quoted a price of $40, he went out of his way to adjust his equipment to take a picture of our daughter and charged us the regular price!
