The building of this Post Office is so cute! It might be the most aesthetically pleasing Post Office I have ever seen lol You wouldn't even think it'd a Post Office. Candidly, I drove right past it the first time. It also took me a second to find parking. I came here for a package that went missing. They were able to help me out. I also saw that they do passport services at this location. That's great! I usually go to FedEx for passport things, but next time I will come here for that. The Passport Lady everyone talks on here about, is absolutely horrible beyond belief with her rudeness! I came in today to pick up my package and LIKE ALWAYS nobody is tending the front desk. I waited 5 minutes. I asked if anybody was in the back. The rude Passport Lady answered something unintelligible. 2 minutes pass I ring the bell, still nobody. Almost 10 minutes. I ring the bell again and finally the Passport Lady comes out yelling that she is busy and I have to wait. Then she yells "and if you don't like it go somewhere else!". I told her no wonder so many Yelpers call you rude and she responded with "that's because I don't take anybody's s__t!". I got news for you Passport Lady, you're in customer service, I'm in customer service. WE ARE PAID TO PUT UP WITH PEOPLE'S S__T! By the way the posts on here about "wonderful customer service" are fake post by either friends or family. Please see attached pics, nobody at the front window. Horrible. Dropped my priority express mail package there and asked the younger blonde girl to make sure that it was going out that day and says assured me that it would. It needed to be in San Diego by the next day from Fullerton... they didn't ship it out until the next day and it has still not reached its destination in SD. This is really bad service. I paid $35 for overnight shipping and they couldn't even get it out the day they promised me it would go out. read more

Parking is on the street or around back. I visited this location because I didn't receive a package I ordered 3 weeks prior and on the USPS app, it said it was delivered. There were a lot of transients out front and even on the side driveway that leads to the back parking lot. I waited in line on a Friday afternoon for about 5 minutes and was told I needed to go to the Chapman office and talk to them about my missing package. I visited a few weeks prior to this and also showed my proof of residency so I could receive photos of my mail arriving in my box e-mailed to me ahead of time. Staff were nice and line moved fast just feels like they're limited on services. read more

Although the customer service was great, there were lots of homeless on the sidewalk. They did not approach me, but I felt unsafe walking past them. Worst post office experience. Had an appointment today and they couldn't honor it. Apparently there is only one person in the office who can process passports. The girl at the front desk was unprofessional about the whole situation. Plus the " not my problem" attitude. At least be apologetic and try to accommodate. Also get some trash cans. No trash cans outside or inside the building. We had to come back three times before being helped. The only employee in the office was a gentleman named Sit. He was there by himself for the majority of the day which baffles me. Can we please get this man some help????????? Tip: bring your passport application filled out (don't sign it ). Bring your original ID/ passport / birth certificate AND bring copies of the front and back of all of these. They will not help you without the copies. Bring passport pictures. read more

Today, the post office had an extremely long line of customers. Zulma and Sid got the line down quickly and after everyone was gone (except me ), I thanked Zulma for always being patient with me whenever I came in and had more than the normal amount of questions. She responded with thanks and I also let her know how helpful Sid was to me, on a prior visit. They are so understaffed, it's ridiculous. Yet, they both have a great disposition. I swear with people having so much free time they just want to mail stuff. This location has been having crazy lines. I'm not used to that. They balance it out with not having enough windows open. Use this site at least twice a week. Workers there are excellent and always helpful! Zulma and Sit are sometimes required to handle the place on their own but they prove themselves to be super troopers as they always do their best to patiently help each customer to the best of their abilities! They do passports here as well, so you do have to be patient at times, in which case, if they do get overwhelmed, they will direct to other site on Chapman. Walked in one Friday afternoon, I brought in a large LIGHTWEIGHT brown box to ship. I was in a rush since I was there during my lunch break so just paid the asian lady and left. As I sat at my desk I noticed the woman charged me for a 12LB box. I know FOR SURE my box was NOT 12LB's....which explained the $43 shipping charge. Stupid me! I didn't care to ask why it was so pricy. I then called them directly and the only reason why I gave them an additional star was because the man on the phone rushed to check if my box was still there. Unfortunately, it already left the facility which means they were not able to re-weigh the package so I could get my refund. So customers, beware! double check the weight before you pay! read more

Stopped by to drop off a package around 1:30pm on a Thursday. Man at the desk was kind and fast. I had to buy packaging tape for my package but then he helped me tape my package & then cautioned me about the sharp side of the roll before handing it to me. Beautiful exterior. Parallel park at the 15min green zone right in front or there's a couple 2hr spots after the driveway. Don't go into the driveway, which is what I did, because those parking spots in the back are only for the other businesses there. read more

This is my local post office and I have never had a problem with transacting my business. All of the employees are absolutely lovely. There are long lines, yes, but that is any and every post office and always has been. I have a feeling most of these negative reviews are less about the quality of service at the post office, but the own person's lack of patience and understanding. These employees have to put up with a lot of abuse from unhappy customers on a daily basis. read more

Lady at the front desk for passport is extremely rude. Came in on Wednesday before 3:30pm and had all my stuff together. She asked if I had an appointment and I asked her where is the sign that I need one. Pointed at the hours on the door and she said it's due to covid by appointment, yet no signs anywhere. Then she looks at my paperwork and says you need copies you don't have copies. And turns me away. Come back the next day with appointment and while another nice lady helped me by the name Luci I noticed other people came in and that same lady who refused to help asked them for an appointment they said no and she started to help them. And the funniest thing is they actually make copies there so her excuse from the day before was not even true. Hope this lady changes her attitude and services. Hate I didn't get her name but thankfully Luci was amazing and the process was smooth as I had all my things even with copies. read more

One star is too much for this awful post office. Both workers were rude beyond belief! I came in to ship 3 different items. One, already having a free return label on the box. All I needed was tape- and he told me it was in the corner. Once I already taped up the box- he said the tape he told me to use was for priority only. And didn't have an answer to me telling him he TOLD me to use this tape. So I had to buy a $4 roll of tape, for something they should provide. The other item was a package I was looking to send in a flat rate box. I asked where they were, and he directed me towards the boxes. Mind you, I actively avoid the post office- so I had no idea the priority and the flat rate boxes looked so similar, or this wouldn't even had been an issue. So, I continued to fill the boxes with the items I was sending. After I labeled and packed the box, thinking everything was hunky dory, he says, "you want to send this priority." To which I said, "if that's the flat rate, then yes." So he said, "no, this is an overnight package. It's much more expensive." I asked him why he directed me to these boxes in the first place, and he didn't have an answer- instead just had a stupid look on his face. Once I found the CORRECT boxes, he tried to convince me that the items wouldn't fit into the envelope that I decided on instead. So, just to prove him wrong, I continued putting them in the envelope. They fit. The other lady who worked there was a complete jerk too. She was totally degrading to customers, and should NOT work in customer service. I certainly hope they kick them out from being the face of the post office and get some bright faced, HAPPY, and knowledgeable people there. Please, drive an extra couple miles and avoid this post office. read more

This is the first post office I've ever walked into and literally had no wait. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes flat during lunch hour on a weekday, no exaggeration. The building was clean, the clerk was courteous and helpful and I was seriously impressed with how quick and easy it was to get my package shipped. I'll be back for sure! read more

Two problems: If you visit this location then expect to be ignored for no known reason prior to the rendering of services. Enjoy the unnecessarily long line due to slow moving employees. Second, and even bigger problem: Mail something from Fullerton, and bet on the odds that your mailpiece will not arrive! Yes, you heard right, based on my experience, having sent hundreds of pieces through local business, you have a very good chance that your mailpiece will NEVER arrive. And then, you'll be that person telling your expected recipients, "its in the mail". read more

I'm not sure I understand the negative reviews. It's a Post Office, the postal system isn't great but these reviews should be about this office. At THIS office I've never had a problem with the employees, always helpful and sometimes funny. The building itself is beautiful and I've seen local art tours walk through and discuss the mural on the right inside wall of the building. The mail delivery service sucks with the "new" mail delivery man. He continues to leave deliveries on my house's front lawn! The last one, a $200 speaker! When I confronted him, his answer was: it is inside the fence. Great! No one would ever enter the unlocked driveway gate and take anything off the lawn, right? He can't put deliveries on the porch? With that kind of service, UPS/FEDex should replace US Post Office package delivery completely. Too bad I can't find the name and contact information for the Postmaster in Fullerton to complain. I stuck my envelope in the slot without postage and remembered right after, and the guy nicely went into the bin and found my letter. Luckily, it was a bright colored envelope. This review has such a low rating for customer service reasonings, not to me but to another customer. Added a star for the quick and nice service I received from the male worker who helped me. The female worker named Zumla seemed to be in such a negative mood and she was sassy. There was an older gentleman who wanted to pay his p.o. Box but he was writing his check and she just kept rushing him. She was like "c'mon" while he was he still writing. I just don't understand why she was in such a rush when there was no line behind the guy. Even her co worker had to tell her to be nice and then another coworker came out to help me and after I finished he told her to stop being mean & ended up helping the old man out. After he walked to his station, she was laughing like it was a joke. I don't understand why people are that way at their job. Customer service is important and how other people view you at your job is too. I definitely won't come back to this location because I don't want to run into a disgusting person like her again. read more

Went to this office to drop off my yearly contribution to the government (taxes) and I must say that even though I live about one block from the main post office in Brea I will make the trip over here whenever possible. Was meeting friends for lunch in dtf so ran in to drop of taxes and what a difference from the office in Brea. The clerks were working efficiently to get people taken care of and to keep the line moving.AND all clerks were speaking English so I didn't feel left out of the conversation!!!
