It's a nightmare to follow up missing boxes or undelivered boxes. You don't feel confident that your boxes will reach destination. There is always an anxiety until your recipient receives it. They often deliver your boxes incomplete and you spend too much time following up. Worst thing they don't respond on time. I always have great service from the employees here - specifically there are 2 guys who you typically see working, which I just realized I've never gotten their name. When I need help deciding the size of something, they're very informative and I love that they don't try to up charge anything. They're honest and helpful always. I was waiting in line but until I waited, someone acknowledge me and told me they will be right with me. They really care about their customers. The lady I think is the manager greeted almost everyone with their name which is more impressive to me. I came in with a print project which I thought that they cannot able to do it but they pulled it off really nice. I came to do a booklet, the manager happened to help me, it took her 10 to 15 minutes to arrange all the papers and aligned it because I just came with not organized file. But she did it and printed out the sample for me. The booklet is really good in quality than I have expected. I have her got it done 50 of them. While i waited I seen the flow of the customers, all in and out with the best customer service they can provide. They even go outside of the box to help out the customers with their Amazon returns. Every customer left happily. Such an amazing experience I had even I waited 10 to 20 minutes while my booklet getting printed but My wait time really worth it. I would recommend this store to everyone. At the end they gave me the coupon for next time printing service and the list of the other product. I did not know that they also do notary, fingerprinting, shredding, passport pictures, they even have mailboxes. I thought they only shipping and one of my friends recommended here for printing.
