I drove to the location and peered inside the entrance that faces Beach Boulevard, and his shelves are all gone, there are empty postal bins stacked by the cleared counter, and there were new cardboard boxes (still flat) propped up against the wall. The cash register is still there, though. We've been using this place for 15 years. Dealing with Jim Yoo was hit and miss for us. I always had to hope that I was catching him on a good day. - If you catch him on a bad day, he could be abrupt and rude. - On more than one occasion, he'd be closed during his posted hours. - Getting Amazon deliveries became hard because Amazon would often deliver outside of the posted hours. Jim knew about this issue and blamed Amazon. When I had told him that we were now receiving Amazon packages at our house, he wondered why. - Now, he goes out of business without so much as a letter of notice to his mailbox clients. We paid our last annual fee in July 2022, which meant we were paid up until June 2023. I guess I should have seen this coming...

I was waiting in line but until I waited, someone acknowledge me and told me they will be right with me. They really care about their customers. The lady I think is the manager greeted almost everyone with their name which is more impressive to me. I came in with a print project which I thought that they cannot able to do it but they pulled it off really nice. I came to do a booklet, the manager happened to help me, it took her 10 to 15 minutes to arrange all the papers and aligned it because I just came with not organized file. But she did it and printed out the sample for me. The booklet is really good in quality than I have expected. I have her got it done 50 of them. While i waited I seen the flow of the customers, all in and out with the best customer service they can provide. They even go outside of the box to help out the customers with their Amazon returns. Every customer left happily. Such an amazing experience I had even I waited 10 to 20 minutes while my booklet getting printed but My wait time really worth it. I would recommend this store to everyone. At the end they gave me the coupon for next time printing service and the list of the other product. I did not know that they also do notary, fingerprinting, shredding, passport pictures, they even have mailboxes. I thought they only shipping and one of my friends recommended here for printing. He said, "I'm going to try to do this fast because I have a lot to put away" in an annoyed tone.
