Recently had a move with Rigo and his guys. From step one I had nothing but a great experience. They were the first to provide me a quote and price was the best. I went with three guys and they worked super fast getting everything done in less than the estimated time. They even took apart one of my refrigerators to fit out the door and then put it back together in BETTER working condition. A little of places charge double drive time but these guys don't. Don't fall for the "by the state of California we are mandated to charge double drive time...etc" that a lot of other companies use. This is not true, the state mandates that a moving company must charge double drive time during a job rather than charging time to get to the job site and/or going back to base after everything is unloaded. Amazingly my move was cheaper this time being 35 miles away than it was with another company the previous time, just 2 miles! I would not hesitate to hire Local Trucks again! read more

When we first reached out, Rigo was quick to respond and very friendly, unlike some other companies that the response I got clearly came out of an automated template. For the actual move, we unintentionally picked the hottest day of the year to move (it was like 101 degrees), but Gio and Eddie did a wonderful job. They carefully wrapped all the furniture as needed. In order to move our king size bed (that's fairly complicated to assemble) without damaging anything in our house, they disassembled it and assembled it for us. We recently moved and our new place is on a second floor. Our couch from our old place would not fit in the stairway to our upstairs unit. I contacted roughly 10 moving companies on Yelp. Bought a large expensive table and needed a way to safely transport it. They were first to respond on Yelp and responded fast both on Yelp and subsequently through text. On the morning of the pickup, I was informed through text that Andrew and Gio was heading down to pickup at seller's location. Seller messaged me saying that the movers I sent were fantastic which was a relief as I already paid for the items. Guys them called me to let me know they were on their way to my house.
