It's hard to get excited about trucking, warehousing and couriers, but trust me - this one is worth getting hysterical over. On Time is precise, efficient, and goes the extra mile to make sure your needs are covered. We have been lucky to be their customer for almost a full year now, and I am more than impressed with how careful and reliable the entire team is over there. Connie and the front desk workers are always pleasant, willing to help, and prompt. I literally never have a hard time reaching anyone. Tony is a superman when it comes to attention to detail and making sure everything is done right. And Apo, the owner, genuinely cares about all of his customers and making sure our needs are taken care of. Their rates are very reasonable and I appreciate their can-do attitude towards all of our requests. Here's to another good year - thank you! read more

I found these guys on Yelp and read their reviews. When I gave them a call last Friday they were very helpful and prompt. They did a quick same day delivery for the company I work for and were very nice and professional. I would recommend them and use them again. I mentioned the Yelp discount on the phone, but not sure if I received it since the invoice was not itemized with any discounts listed. Doesn't matter much though cause they helped us out in a bind. read more

I needed help getting about 15 boxes and guitar amps back from the NAMM show in Anaheim to San Fernando Valley. Didn't think any messenger service would haul that much gear. Apo offered to rent a cargo van and charged us a very fair rate. Was even accommodating on the time when my colleagues had a flight to catch. Extremely professional and would recommend without hesitation. read more

On Time Messenger Service provided excellent customer service for our recent courier need! Apo was personable, quick to get our delivery scheduled, and provided excellent fair pricing. He provided a tracking number and even had his courier attach a photo to the delivery confirmation e-mail for our records. Next time we need a courier in SoCal, we will reach out again! On Time Messenger Service is amazing. My client had a firm drop-dead deadline in El Segundo, California and they allowed us to email the documents (almost 1300 pages in 14 separate emails), they printed them, call to confirm how the documents were to be presented, packaged them and delivered them within hours to the location. This would be amazing by itself, but with less than three hours to go to the deadline, my client sent 14 additional documents (approximately 800 pages) and again they accepted them via email (15 separate emails), processed them and made the deadline with time to spare. OTMS also took the time to call me throughout the process and kept me informed. I highly recommend OTMS for your messenger and delivery needs. John Jones, Managing Member J.R. Needed transport of a 61# boxed wheelchair. I felt like the price they quoted was fair. They charged an extra $10 for 3rd floor (with elevator.) They came about 1.5 hrs before scheduled and got it to the destination quick and easy. Friendly phone service (spoke to 2 different people), friendly guy that picked up the box. So I would definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone asking. read more

Tony and Apo were so professional on the phone. They really made me feel like my urgent package was in good hands. On-Time also had the best price - I quoted out 3 different companies. What I really liked is that they checked in every step of the way, from pickup to delivery so that I knew it made it to the client on time. I even had to make a pick-up location change (running late to my office holiday party) and they made it happen smoothly, without extra charge or hassle. I would definitely use them again! read more

I own a custom t-shirt business and one of my customers had a rush order that needed to be printed and turned around within a couple of days. Unfortunately I missed the UPS cut-off for the order and was unable to drive up to pick up the shirts the next day. Waiting for UPS would push the order out another day and I still wouldn't be guaranteed to receive it until potentially end of day. My customer was willing to pay for a courier service in order to ensure that we could keep to their already tight schedule. I called and spoke with Peter. The job required shirts from two different suppliers about 12 miles apart and another 20 miles from me. He was able to quote the job and work with me on pricing for the double pick up. Peter called out to the suppliers and was able to coordinate the job to minimize time based on who had the order ready first in relation to where their driver was. I think this service went over and above as they could've just taken their chances and charged me a wait fee if the order wasn't ready. Kudos for that. Funny thing is I got a call from one of my suppliers confirming my request to switch my order from UPS to will call and letting me know it was ready for pick up about two minutes before the driver walked up and delivered my packages. While the total cost is a bit high to use on a regular basis, when I have situations like this where time is more valuable than money, I won't hesitate to use them again. read more
