My client had a firm drop-dead deadline in El Segundo, California and they allowed us to email the documents (almost 1300 pages in 14 separate emails), they printed them, call to confirm how the documents were to be presented, packaged them and delivered them within hours to the location. This would be amazing by itself, but with less than three hours to go to the deadline, my client sent 14 additional documents (approximately 800 pages) and again they accepted them via email (15 separate emails), processed them and made the deadline with time to spare. They did a quick same day delivery for the company I work for and were very nice and professional. I would recommend them and use them again. I own a custom t-shirt business and one of my customers had a rush order that needed to be printed and turned around within a couple of days. Unfortunately I missed the UPS cut-off for the order and was unable to drive up to pick up the shirts the next day. Waiting for UPS would push the order out another day and I still wouldn't be guaranteed to receive it until potentially end of day. My customer was willing to pay for a courier service in order to ensure that we could keep to their already tight schedule. I called and spoke with Peter. The job required shirts from two different suppliers about 12 miles apart and another 20 miles from me. He was able to quote the job and work with me on pricing for the double pick up. Peter called out to the suppliers and was able to coordinate the job to minimize time based on who had the order ready first in relation to where their driver was. I think this service went over and above as they could've just taken their chances and charged me a wait fee if the order wasn't ready. Kudos for that. Funny thing is I got a call from one of my suppliers confirming my request to switch my order from UPS to will call and letting me know it was ready for pick up about two minutes before the driver walked up and delivered my packages. While the total cost is a bit high to use on a regular basis, when I have situations like this where time is more valuable than money, I won't hesitate to use them again. read more
