PAMS saved my butt from driving artwork from Costa Mesa to Burbank this afternoon. Not only did I not have to deal with the Thanksgiving getaway traffic, PAMS made the delivery 2 hours early. Jason Costa Mesa Canvas read more

Its sad that this company rips off their drivers. these poor drivers have no transparency as to what they're getting paid for each run. Positively the drivers are getting the shaft when it comes to how much a customer is charged and how much the driver is paid. These kind of couier messenger companies are the ones that make a bad name for the one or two good ones that are still out there that do this type of work. Companies like Jet Delivery are fully transparent to every driver. The driver can see how much their run pays, a driver can negotiate the price with the dispatchee, the driver can ask how much a company is getting charged for that run. And this makes for very happy drivers that do a really good job. Its so sad when I hear drivers from this company say to me they do 10 or 12 pickups and deliveries a day and they're only making $600-700 a week. In this industry that is just a complete rip-off. And if you're a consumer using a company for on-demand pickups and deliveries. You get what you pay for and if drivers are not happy then you're not going to get good service. read more

I use this messenger service once in awhile for work. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with customer service the other day. My call was transferred to someone named Janene. I don't know if I caught her at a bad day but she was unwilling to help, unapologetic, and very passive aggressive towards me. I was just inquiring about an unknown charge on my account which I ended up paying for. It was a fee that I wasn't informed about. I tried to have a reasonable discussion with her but the conversation got to a point where I didn't mind paying the fee anymore. I just wanted to be understood where I was coming from but she didn't want to hear me out and constantly tried ending our conversation so she came off very rude. With that said, I don't want the good things in this company to go unnoticed. The drivers that picked up the orders have been nice and delivered on time for the most part. Many of them seem friendly and professional. Unfortunately the conversation I had with Janene left me with a bad impression with their customer service. read more

I used to use this company several years ago before they merged. They did a great job back then. I have started using them again and 2 of my orders were not picked up in time to make the delivery commitment. It seems that maybe they are overwhelmed now and taking on more customers than they can handle. If they are too busy to complete my order they should tell you that at the time of the initial call. Both orders were delivered over an hour late and when I asked for a discount, it was comical what they offered for their mistake. Why is it so hard to find reliable services these days! National Messenger Service has saved me SO MUCH time which saves me SO MUCH money...The cost of driving to a client, visiting, and driving back to my office can take hours out of my day...ON the other hand, National Messenger Service has very REASONABLE PRICING, and they are very RELIABLE. I have never had any problem with a late delivery. I highly recommend them!!! read more

Awesome service... Reasonable prices! We use them for our Big Bear deliveries from Anaheim and never had a problem...

Wow the best delivery service . I have used several services over the years and they are hands down the best. Great company . I use them 3 to 5 times a day and they beat fed ex prices most of the time. I called them had a package delivered from Newport beach to the city of Anaheim hills and they made it in 35 minutes. Awesome service read more

I had some documents I needed rushed to make an important deadline. When I phoned the company, I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes, and, when I was finally attended to, a woman named Lisa was rude, inconsiderate, and didn't even apologize for placing me on that long hold. I have nearly 250 items that need monthly delivery, but after this experience, I won't use them again. When I was quoted the price, she had a "take it or leave it" attitude (I didn't even bother telling them of my future plans). What a way to run a business! The unprofessionalism of the staff was a complete opposite to the driver who handled my delivery. He was nice, understanding, and apologized for Lisa's inability to properly vet a client. Why is it that their drivers are soo nice, yet their office people are not? read more
