We are a professional interior design firm in North County who needed to have all our furnishings for a project delivered to one location. We needed this company to also store all the furnishings in safe keeping, and then delivered and unloaded at our clients house once all the furnishing had arrived. I was on the receiving end of a delivery and couldn't have been more impressed with the companies service. My friend, who lives out of town, wanted to surprise and send my two daughters four dozen Krispy Cream donuts as a graduation gift. She tried all types of companies with no luck. She called NorthStar and asked if they'd be willing to pick up the donuts and deliver them and did! Not only were the donuts delivered warm and fresh, the company called Krispy Cream in the am to confirm the order and even delivered a note from my friend. So impressed by them. I'm very grateful for Northstar! Yesterday my boss needed something couriered to him and I had no idea who to use. I went with Northstar based on their Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. They were friendly, trustworthy, and followed through with what they promised. They were able to get the package from Solana Beach to Irvine within 2 hours of my initial phone call and they did it for a lower price than the one they quoted me (which was still lower than everywhere else I called). When they picked up the item, they provided me with a slip signed by the courier that included a tracking number. They were really nice, even when the courier got to my boss's house and he was asleep and didn't answer the door immediately--they just calmly called me and asked me to let my boss know that they were there. The next day they provided me with an invoice and receipt. I really appreciate the service of this company; shout out to Jeff and Rachel who handled everything for me. As good as it gets. On East Coast and needed a special courier trip in San Diego for both pick and delivery. Rachel immediately agreed to help me even though it was an unusual request and out of normal service hours. She worked with me to coordinate a time at the pickup place and agreed to keep a person overtime to do the delivery. Moreover, they called me to verify delivery and that was completely unexpected.
