Exactly one week later I found out via my buyer and checking the tracking # that the FedEx package was never scanned into the FedEx system and appears to have been mishandled or possibly sent out with the USPS package instead. I called and also later that day returned to the store and spoke with the same employee who originally accepted the packages. I explained my concern and suspicion that the labels werent read carefully and was told they would "call USPS" the following morning. What bothered me most was the complete lack of concern or accountability. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and regardless of whether they were able to locate the package, no one ever followed up with me the next day to let me know what they found or whether they even tried to resolve the issue. Because of this, I am now dealing with a poor seller rating, refunding my buyer, losing the shipping costs, and losing the merchandise itself. Mistakes can happen, but customer service matters when they do. A simple apology, some effort to investigate, and an update would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling like the loss of my package simply did not matter to them. I would not trust this location with an important.. or any shipment again.
