They picked it up and delivered it to my door steps. I asked the guys what other services they offer, he said (ANYTHING). Positively the drivers are getting the shaft when it comes to how much a customer is charged and how much the driver is paid. These kind of couier messenger companies are the ones that make a bad name for the one or two good ones that are still out there that do this type of work. Companies like Jet Delivery are fully transparent to every driver. The driver can see how much their run pays, a driver can negotiate the price with the dispatchee, the driver can ask how much a company is getting charged for that run. And this makes for very happy drivers that do a really good job. Its so sad when I hear drivers from this company say to me they do 10 or 12 pickups and deliveries a day and they're only making $600-700 a week. In this industry that is just a complete rip-off. And if you're a consumer using a company for on-demand pickups and deliveries. You get what you pay for and if drivers are not happy then you're not going to get good service.
