From the moment I signed up, I was almost immediately reached out to by a driver from Ziply. He was friendly and politely informed me that his vehicle was too small for the job, but that Matt from dispatching would be searching for an alternate vehicle and would be calling me shortly. All of that happened. Not only was my mattress picked up quickly, delivered professionally, but also, the cost was so much more reasonable than what the "tasker" had charged me. Definitely definitely recommend!!!

It took me about 5 minutes to sign up for an account, and I immediately scheduled a delivery at 11:13 am. I realize that there are delays in deliveries due to Covid, and Gofer It!'s website makes that abundantly clear...but here's the crazy part: 8 minutes later I received a dispatch notification and 20 minutes after that the driver was knocking at my door to pick up the package! My package was safely delivered to its location in under 2 hours and they provided delivery notes as to who signed for the package and when. My business is small and it hasn't made any sense to sign up for a permanent courier service. Gofer It! will be my go-to from now on!

I chose LA…read moreMessenger because of the reviews that I read and let me tell you...they did not disappoint!! Ron and Rowena are that absolute best. Their professionalism and customer service is outstanding. It's not often that you call a company up, last minute and they tell you that they are there to help you...what can we do for you. In fact, the latest service reservation turned out to be quite the challenge but they took all of the stress and worry off of my shoulders simple by being so reassuring and supportive. Plus, their drivers were the best. I actually forgot to include some paperwork the very first time that I used LA Messenger. Thankfully I remembered a few minutes after the driver left but he had to come back with the box and was the most accommodating person. He definitely exemplified the value that LA Messenger places on their clients by graciously assisting me and not making me feel like an idiot even though it was my mistake. Let me follow that up with I have not been disappointed with the professional service that every driver has given. That's why I highly recommend LA Messenger and they will definitely be my go-to for business and personal purposes from now on!
